Sequel to Essence of the Gods and Equestrian Apocalypse. Reading both of these first is highly recommended.

Celestia's denial of her ponies in their time of need shook Ponykind to its core. As the twenty thousand ponies that survived the Equestrian Apocalypse make their way for the relatively safe harbour of Ponyville, Celestia flees her responsibilities in the wake of Her Little Ponies' gross ingratitude and refusal to grow.

Celestia is more than merely a monarch, however - she is the living god of Equestria, a being whose very presence in the world represents a great threat to powers far beyond the relatively infinitesimal world. Only by her presence - and continued Equestrian citizenship - are these powers held at bay. But the Wild Horses have long extended the promise of release from the burden that is Equestria to all Ponies, including Princesses. The only price of entry is one's Equestrian citizenship.

Will our Little Ponies survive the Spectrospiritual Imbalance sewn by an excess of Harmony in the land? Will the sun rise again? Will Equestria ever find her way out of these trials? Will the words ever rhyme?!
