After Button's meltdown, things finally started to look up for them both. Love got more money from her job than she thought she would. Button bought the new Ponystation 4, as well the new Ricochet and Clink game. After a few more days of packing, complaining, being sweaty, and general unpleasantness, they were finally ready to leave for their new home. After that was all said and done, Love called the "Ditzy Movers", and put the stuff in the van. Then, they rented a carriage, and were off to Ponyville, the land of Harmonious Chaos.

When they were close to arriving, Love had to wake up Button, as he had fallen asleep. And by wake up, I mean pouring ice water down his ears.

In the Everfree Forest, a lonely mare heard the most ungodly shriek she had heard in all her years.

"What is this? Some animal seems to be quite pissed."

"*)(*ARN SVICKLE CEN YUYTRE JUSTREW, WYRNMONY EIN FEIVIL?!" Button was so surprised and angry, he accidentally lapsed into Cave-Orcian.

"You wouldn't wake up when I poked you, so I had to resort to drastic measures." Barely stifling a giggle, Love Tap was trying to get her son to out of the carriage, when a pink... monstrosity smashed into her chest. The pink... whatever was was talking, but since Love had face-planted (and the thing was sitting on her head), she could not see it... but by Luna, she could hear it.

"HiI'mPinkiePieAreyounewinPonyvilleIhmygoshisthatyoursonOhgoodnessIneedtothrowyoutwoapartyWhoaGottagoBYE!!!"

After the thing had bounced away, Button rushed over to check on his mother.

"MOM! Are you okay? That thing didn't hurt you. Wait, did it? OH LUGHFHI-" he was suddenly cut off by a hoof jammed down his throat.

"I have had enough screaming for one day. So, to that end, shuddup."

And with that, the newest residents of Ponyville went inside their new home.
