The galaxy & the land of Equestia are in the brink of total annihilation.
Half of the planet Equestia is infested with psycho madponys, & the galaxy is suffering from a time breach. The Doctor receives a urgent message from his 1st incarnation, telling him the cause of the chained destructive events. The Doctor soon learned that a illegal testing propagation is taking place on the outskirts of Canterlot.
The Doctor with help from his trusty companion Ditzy, land on Ponyvill & began their adventure. The pair of two traveled through, chaotic towns. Destroyed cities & fire a blazing deserts. All the way to a unwanted guest. The Master!
