10000 years ago in the land of Equestria. A fearsome war had sprung out between good and evil, Harmonies Army VS Tierk’s Army. Harmonies Army was the Ponies, the Minotaur’s, and the Griffons. Tierk’s Army consisted of Demons, Windigoes, Mountain Trolls, and Changelings. Tierk’s Armies were stronger and more intimating than Harmonies, while Harmonies Armies were more into strategies and knowledge of their enemies. On the last day of the war Harmonies Army was losing and Teirk was flourishing.
They had been fighting for days on end, without rest or backup. “You can’t win Teirk” said Solaris, the King of the Ponies “Oh, but I will Solaris.” Said Tierk raising his sword only to be parried again “Your armies are retreating and mine is ready to give chase,” He continued “ but first, you must die in front of what’s left of your army.” He said while raising his blade to do a finishing blow on the weakened king.
But before he could, a bright flash shown throughout the sky. Crashing into the center of Teirks army, send roasted limbs and bodies everywhere. “What was that, Solaris, a new weapon?” questioned Tierk, clearly angry about what had just happened. Absolute silence covered the battlefield, only to be broken by a type of monster nether army had seen before had seen before.
This monster was easily 9 feet tall, was bipedal, and was wearing a type of armor that not only looked intimating but was also extremely durable.
Believe it or not, this creature used to be human, though very shy, was one of the most feared kid in his school. And one of Tierks generals just orderd his men to kill the creature. What happened next was not only freighting, but astonishing as well.
With one swing of its blade, it had sent easily one hundred soldiers flying. And that was just the beginning. It got up ready to take on more of the army. And it did not have to wait in the slightest. There was a mass slaughter of thousands of soldiers, with only scratches to prove it. That caused Tierk to worry a little. And that’s saying something.
(Creatures POV)
I was freaking out, why was there a FREAKING ARMY in front of me and where am I? Okay let start over, my name Nichole Anderson, but most people just call me Nick, and not TWO minutes ago I was at Comic-con with one of my friends.
(FLASH BACK)
“How much for the sword.” Nick shyly asked the merchant “For you, 150.” Said said the merchant “Deal” Nick handed the money over and took the blade. The blade was easily 4 feet long and would fight his costume nicely. Nick turned and went to go and meet up with his companions, Josh and Mike. When he found them, they were both flirting with female MLP cos-players, and before anyone asks NO I do not have anything against Bronies, unless they annoy the living crap out of me with the show. “Hey Josh, who are they?” Nick asked nervously “Oh Nick, didn’t see you there.” Josh said generally surprised “This Megan and this Krystal.” Josh introduced. Just then a loud noise came nearby. An army of fat bronies were dog piling on two Naruto cos-players, a steam punk cosplayer fell through a black hole in the earth, a Dark Souls cos-player vanished into thin air. A Magic cos-player fell into a portal, and some Kingdom of Hearts cos-players vanished into thin air. Then my sword started to glow, and then a white was all I could see.
(END OF FLASH BACK)
Now here I stand in front of this ugly creature with a sword in one hand and a… pony in the other? Okay seriously a pony. For some reason when I had looked it in the eye, I knew it was sapient and it was the good one. So I decided then and there that I will protect the pony kind from this evil thing. So I raised my sword to battle.
(3rd person)
Tierk looked as if he burst into laughing at any moment. This creature just swung his blade, effectively cutting of his head. It grew back quickly to the dismay of the creature. Teirk was a immortal and was immensely powerful. The creature began to plan his way to beat the demon before him. Then it hit him, he began to drag his blade along the ground throughout the fight until the last symbol was finished.
It was finished, The Diagram of Imprisonment, and it worked too, glowing a crimson red “What is this?” Said Tierk fearful. Sensing the power behind the symbols “What have you done!?” He screamed before being transformed into the tree of harmony. The war was one. Only two Generals of Tierks Army are alive, and without an army to fight with what could they do now. But with great lost, such as Solaris’s savior being turned to stone. On that day was a great grief formed.

(Nick POV) 10,000 years later
How many years had gone by, I don’t know anymore? For all I know, the star in the sky is about implode on itself any second now. It’s been centuries since the fight with… whatever that thing was, anyway here I am, in my own personal training ground. After being turned to stone, I found out that I could shape purgatory around me. Thus starting my training until I found a way out.
I could return to conciseness whenever I wanted, but to see the same stonewall of the fallen castle. I had just found a way out, all I needed now is just a little more concentration and time and I’ll be able move again, breathe again, and live again.
(3rd POV)
The forgotten stone statue in the ruined castle of the Royal Pony Sisters, started to crack and break. Within this cracks was a light so bright, that it could be seen clearly in daylight. Then the statue exploded and ruble flew everywhere. In the statues place was its model, who is now trying to hack up lung.
“Well, that could have better,” Said the creature in a demonic voice “well anyway, I best be off to see if I saved the right people or if they are in need of my assistance, if they have a good cause of course.” Said the creature that nopony could ever hope to understand “Now off to the nearest settlement, see if they are friendly, or at not being ruled by an evil overlord that is treating them like animals, ready to be butchered.” Said the creature in a slightly worried tone “Okay, let’s think about this later,” The creature compromised “First I need to find the ponies first, and make sure that they actually sapient, not just some wild animal with emotions in its eyes.” The creature trudged through the destroyed castle “If I get attacked by a lion, scorpion, or bat someone’s going to be sorry.” The creature said angrily.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” Screamed the demonic knight as it was chased through the forest by a manticore “ARE FREAKING SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!” It screamed as it neared the edge of the forest “I don’t want to hurt any animal that I don’t know is domesticated or not.” It panted as it was a safe distance away from forest”Well at least I know that the ponies didn’t lose.” It said looking around. As it took in its surrounding it noticed a castle on the side of mountain not too far off “Now I can run at full speed and not have to worry about obstacles or attracting attention.” It noted and a second later to all on lookers, the creature seemed to have vanished.
“What was that Sweetie Belle?” Said a anthro filly with a huge red bow in her mane “I don’t know Apple Bloom.” Said the opposed ‘Sweetie Belle’ “Hey Scoots, do you know what that was.” She asked the purple maned orange filly next to her “No, it seems to be fast but I think Rainbow Dash is not only cooler than it, but also more awesome.” The filly said as she boosted about her idol.”Oh Scootaloo,” Said Apple Bloom a little shaken by what she saw “You’ll never change, even though it seemed to be headin’ to Canterlot, where Rainbow and the rest of the Elements of Harmony are going to, at this very moment.” Scootaloo’s eyes bulged out as the new sunk in “OH NO, there is going to an epic battle with Rainbow dash and I won’t be able to see it.”Scootaloo said on verge of tears as her friends giggled a little at the sight.
(Mean While in Nick in 3rd POV)
Nick was climbing up the wall of the city, behind him was a pink force field of some kind “What kind of shield is it, and what would warrant it” He thought as he climbed. He had hoped that the land was now peaceful, but the shield proved otherwise “Well I could offer my assistance in war, if it’s for a good cause.” The creature didn’t know anything about the ponies other than the one that he saved “There must be something going on today to warrant a shield of this power” He thought as he reached the top. When he looked over the wall he was hanging on, he noticed a pony in complete golden armor “Mother of things holy, are these ponies retarded,.” He thought as he went back into hiding “Even after that battle, they still expect WEAKEST METAL to save their lives in the field of battle.”
(Guard 3rd POV)
The Guard didn’t notice the hands that were holding onto the ledge. But what he did notice was a mare bending over to pick up a dropped apple nearby, thus the reason of how a 9.8ft. Demonic Knight with a glowing red sword and an armor that looked it had been through Tartarus and back, got into Canterlot.

As Nick ran through the shadows, he noticed something. The castle is one of the most undefended place in he had seen yet, and he just left a ruined castle. The ponies patrols were basically lined up for him to pass through and he knew it was on purpose. He went to the next gap he saw in their defense that he knew wasn’t on purpose. He went through an avoided any and all contact with the ponies, witch for some reason had the ability to walk on two hooves.
The spoke a language that he didn’t understand, but by the looks of it, only formal looking ponies and the guards wore clothes. Witch to, Nick dismay, meant that the six mares that walked by him was quite an embarrassing moment. This wasn’t going to end well, and that was something he knew well he knew.

The party was going greatly, nothing out of the ordinary, the newly formed alicorn Twilight was talking with her friends, Luna talking with one of the guards, Discord running at me with fear evident in his eyes, one of the guards is looking at my- wait Discord?
“Discord, oh my, what’s wrong?” said Flutter Shy timidly “Yeah you look like you just saw a ghost.” Snickered Rainbow Dash “Oh it is much worse than any ghost you could conjure up, Rainbow.” Said Discord coldly while catching his breath “And for your information the DEMON I’m sensing is inside the castle will be here shortly.” “WHAT!” shouted the six antro mares in front of the for mentioned deity of chaos “What do yawl’ mean by that, partner?” questioned Apple Jack “Yes, Darling, what do mean by demon?” Rarity chimed in, sounding nervous.
“Surely you don’t a demon from Tarterus, right, Cerberus is guarding those gates with his life, nothing could have gotten in or out.” She stated matter-of-factly “ Oh, no I’m talking about a creature who’s is so skilled in fighting that he could turn legions into a nice pudding in seconds with his only his claws, strong enough to lift mountains with one hand, and is so powerful that he could kill a god, and he’s done it before.” Discord said with a tone that said he was dead serious.
“Discord, even if we were to believe what you said,” Celestia informed a little warily “Anyone here would think that your exaggerating.” Then a loud bang came from the iron door that lead into the ball room, the door was dented inwards by a great force. The guards lined up around 4ft away from the door, in a line of defense.
(Nicks 3rd POV)
Nick had just knocked on the door and it bent inwards “Uhhh, I hope I didn’t scare anyone.” He sighed as he grabbed the door pulled it towards him, removing the dent “Time to apologize, these ponies are able to cast spells so maybe they have a language spell or something.” He said without much confidence. He pushed the doors open as lightly as he could. “Don’t want to crush someone with a metal door.” He thought.
As soon as the doors where wide enough for the ponies to see him, he was pelted with spears and spells “Well, looks like I scared these… bipedal ponies?” He said as amusement turn into curiosity. Then six mares ran through the line of defense the ponies put up.
Nick recognized them instantly, and almost burst into flames “YOU MEAN I’M GOT SUCKED INTO A CHILD TELEVISON SHOW, WITHOUT JOSH.” His thought screamed at no one unparticular. The mares started to charge up the elements as Nick drew his blade pumped full power into it “I’m not being turned to stone today.” Nick said and a white alicorn suddenly more curios.
The elements shot a FREAKING rainbow at me; I merely split the rainbow in half “Well that was easy.” Nick said, somewhat disappointed that it was so easy. When he looked at the mares, the both seemed astonished and completely terrified “Uh oh” was all he could think.
(Twilights POV)
“What just happened” Twilight could not believe her eyes. Her eyes kept telling her that an armored monster just cut the Rainbow of Harmony in two, but that would be crazy right. “After all nothing can withstand the Elements of Harmony” She thought with a small sliver of hope the elements worked and turned it to stone. As soon as it stood up, all hoped shattered before her eyes.
She saw this thing overthrow Celestia and Luna with ease, her and her friends’ public execution or worse. The creature conquering all the nearby countries by itself, if what was said by Discord was true or not. Then all of sudden her daydreaming came to end and she saw the creature walk towards the cake stand and start eating. That ,for some reason, angered Twilight “What, are we not worthily of being conquered or something.”She thought angrily.
“Guys we’re going to have to beat him without the elements.” She stated warily “I’d like to see that.” The creature said in a slightly amused tone , that made this Twilight angrier even though she couldn’t understand a word he was saying. ”Miss Sparkle, I would think this through if I were you,” The demon kept speaking gibberish “before you go and get you and your friends killed, think of a battle plan such as splitting into groups of two and attacking from three different directions and how to avoid my own attacks and you should put together the information of what you know about me.” Twilight fix a confused stare on the monster “Well I best be off then.” And then the thing took off at speeds the made Rainbow Dash gape at.
(Nicks POV)
“Well, this’ll be interesting.” Nick said with a grin.

Okay, let’s think about where to live. The mountains, nah saw some dragons up there and even if dragons falling out of the sky with blade wounds are normal I’m not taking any chances. Those tunnels over there, nah who knows what could be in there. The forest, yeah that a good idea, predators do often fight each other over food, as to make the other food “So I guess I head to the forest.” I thought as I walked towards the forest when all of a sudden a message appeared of the sky.
So that’s what the knights name was, then another message appeared. Gilgamesh, okay, anyone else; hey isn’t Dullhan a headless with darkness in that game? Invention, sounds like a nice guy. Hey, aren’t those guys who got piled on by the wall of ham right? How are they still alive, oh right dimensional transportation. Xante, isn’t that one the ancient lichens?
Maybe I should as well, meh, couldn’t hurt. If anything it could help. I charged my magic and sent it into the other messages. The message said “For those stand in the way of evil may call upon me to aid them in the battle. I am Nichole the Honorable. Walk swiftly my friends and carry a big gun.” After I knew the message was crystal clear to all other on lookers, I laughed so hard that I was on the verge of crying.
After I had recovered from me almost pissing myself, I continued on towards to forest when I saw something start glowing out of the corner of my eye. Blade drawn ready to fight those ponies again, instead of a pony was a guy with huge wings and in battle gear “Hello fellow warrior, how may be of service.” I said as polite and friendly as could “I need you to protect this land from the incoming evil.” The angel of war said in a voice that if I were a lesser man I’d probably faint. “an evil being is going to attack equestria and we need you to protect it” He continued “if you accept then you’ll be granted the power to summon warriors to aid you in your battles.” I thought about; there is nothing bad could come from this right? “What about the others, will they get the same or is it just me.” I asked “The threat is only in this dimension, so the others have no need yet,” He said “But if you are unable to contain the problem, the other will be notified of the problem, plus you can summon one to two of them with this stone.” The angel handed you a pure white stone “with this stone you can summon other humans to aid you in battle, now I must go the ponies saw where the message came from well be here shortly, please protect these ponies Nichole, they can hardly protect themselves.” The angle said solemnly “Don’t worry, I didn’t save them just to watch them be destroyed by something similar,” I said “Well, I guess it’s time to disembark, see you into the near future.” I finished as I ran off towards the forest, leaving the angel behind with a warm smile.
As soon as stopped running I felt n immense amount of power enter me, and become a part of me. Knowing what I had accepted I prepared for war.
(Twilight Sparkles POV)
She and her friends were running towards the location the beam of light came, while accompanied buy four hundred thirty-seven royal guards, the other princesses,and her brother Shining Armor. Even with all the 'back-up' as they call it, she still felt scared of that thing; it had cut the Rainbow of Harmony in two with little effort, not even Discord could do that. Discord was absolutely petrified of the thing and for some reason won't tell us anything about the creature.
"Come on, Discord." Rainbow said irritated "We all know you know something about this guy, so tell us is there away to beat him." Discord gulped audibly "I'm afraid not, my prismatic friend." I looked at him as if he was crazy... well crazier "What do you mean by that Dissy, even you have a weakness besides the elements of harmony." Pinkie said while standing on the chandelier above us "Pinkie how did you get up there, and she is right Discord." I said in a soothing tone towards Discord "Not this guy, it turned itself to stone after the battle against my former master." Discord said shakily "And who was that Discord, darling, and what do you mean by 'turned himself to stone' are you really telling us that it used the elements on itself." Rarity said with a slightly concerned tone in her voice "Yeah, what does this guy have against us, other than the ability to cut the rainbow in two." Rainbow said cockily "I bet that if we faced him a few hundred guards and Shining Armor, he wouldn't stand a chance." Discord however appeared in front of her with terrorized expression on his face "NO, you mustn't, you and all those guards would be slaughtered in seconds!!" everyone in the room was looking at him in shock "Discord, pray tell, how do you know that would happen." Luna said cautiously toward Discord "Because on the day my master died by the hand of that thing, I could only watch the destruction it had cause and how warriors of a much higher strength and power be tossed through the sky if they weren't cut into pieces."

Chapter 5:Memories are harder to deal with alone
(Discords 3rd POV) some 10000 years ago
Discord was standing in the middle of the battle field waiting for the monster to break through the last line of defense that stand against it and Tierk. Discord was terrified of the thing, He and his squad were showered in another rain of blood and body parts.
"Seriously, what is that thing and how is it so powerful." said his best friend Terra " I don't know Terra, just that we have to kill it." said Sonorous, squad leader, sternly "Yeah and how do we do that." Discord said with smirk "Anyway that you can imagine,Discord." Sonorous with a smile "Here it comes, ready your weapons and shields,doomsday is upon us."
The battle was short, with just one survivor Discord laid on the ground with Terra's body on top of him. Terra's cold, blood drenched body was laying on top of his best friend, who was crying and laughing at the same time. Discord went insane and he did the only thing he could do at the time, run and hide.
8000 years later
Discord had grown powerful with all the draconequuses energy inside him, he could do anything. So he went to extract revenge on the monster the killed his best friend and ruined his hope of future.
He found Solaris and his wife Moonus eating lunch in their, he teleported them to a secret location (his bedroom) of solitude.
"How nice of you to join me on this fine evening," Discord said icily as they looked at him in shock "now all I want is to know where that monster that killed my friend is and I'll let you go." Solaris was the first to step up "Sir, did thou not see the entire battle, after the great explosion the creature and Tierk disappeared, leaving only a tree made out of crystal." Discord slashed and took Solaris's head clean off, killing him instantly.
"Now you are going to tell me were the bastard is or decapitation is the last of your worries." he said coldly as his face was smashed up against Moonus's "I-It's the t-truth s-sir." she said with tears running down her face. And what happened to her was to disgusting and revolting that the moderators have ordered me to not write it ever again or they'll ban my account.
Present time
Discord didn't mention the killing part, instead dulled it down to throwing into a endless void that no one been able to escape alive. Some what true, he did throw the remains into the void.
"HOW DARE YOU DISCORD, YOU HAVE KILLED OUR PARENTS FOR THE SAKE VENGEANCE." and Luna was having none of it "YES I DID, NO I'M NOT PROUD THAT I DID," and Discord wasn't taking the reveal any better. "WHAT I HAD DONE HAS HAUNTED ME TILL THIS DAY, I'VE EVEN STOPPED SLEEPING TO MAKE SURE YOU NEVER FOUND OUT." that took everyone off guard "AFTER THAT DAY, I MADE SURE THAT MY MAGIC OR PHYSICAL BODY COULD ACTUALLY HURT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE MIND AND HEART." Discord continued on "IF I KILL, I DIE WITH THAT KILL, NO MATTER HOW." Discord had tears running down his face by then "I BURIED MY EMOTIONS WITH INSANITY, IF I DIDN'T THEN WHAT I HAD DONE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE ONLY TIME." he finished panting, sweaty, and still crying
"Discord, it's okay let it all out." Fluttershy said patting Discord on the back of his neck from the position she was hugging him from "Uh Fluttershy, Discord just revealed that he killed the princesses parents and your trying to sooth him." Rainbow said confused "Oh my animals talk with me about things they regret, Discord doesn't even reach the top 20." Fluttershy said calmly "And as for the princess, Princess Celestia banished her own sister to the moon." she continued "And Princess Luna has to live with the fact that she tried to destroy Equestria for her own self greed, I think this isn't the worst that they've had to face." everyone in the room was staring, gobsmacked, at Fluttershy "Um, did I say something wrong, oh dear, I'm sorry." she said as she tried to hide behind her mane, behind Discord.
(Nick POV)
"I think this will do." he said as he looked over his camp "achoo, that's strange I wounder if anyone's talking about me, nah why would they do that."

Chapter 6:When Hell sends you a message
(Nicks POV)
OK, going to need to fight something that wants to destroy the world, really. Do I look like a mother fucking superhero to people now, first I get sent to a different dimension only to fight for my life, then get turned to stone to save the god damn planet. Only to find out after who knows how many years that I'm in a kids TV show, except that they walk on their hind-legs. I'm registered as a villain and the fucking power-puff wannabes try to turn me to stone. And here I am, preparing for a war that isn't mine to fight, but hell be damned if I don't I will never be able to look at my face.
"So I fight for people that don't want me, after this I'm going to cut down on my morale." I vowed as the night went onwards. I didn't take any chances in this land, there is a huge barrier that I do believe can block out any magic over my head, and just underneath is a barrier that only that monster could break.
I also placed a cloaking ward around my facility, renders me invisible for one week. So I felt less paranoid when I went to sleep, only to have nightmares of that day, that day I lost control and just killed everything insight without a second thought. I didn't like it, but I didn't dislike it either, it felt like something I do normally as if it's perfectly okay and fine.
"Maybe that's why the angel choose to give me this power." Nick thought and then realized exactly what had happened all of sudden, the realization brought him to tears in seconds. His family, his friends, his girlfriend, his dogs. All passed on in life, not one clue if I was alright or even alive. All they knew was that I fell through a hole along with many others.
"That bastard took me from my family, I won't let him rise or any of his followers, they'll burn for what they have done." Nick said while fuming smoke and sparks started to fly off the armor. He knew what must be done, he walked to a clearing about mile away from camp.
He stood in the middle of it and shot a beam of pure arcane energy into the sky, making sure nothing could escape it's sight. Then words started to from and for species that couldn't understand it saw the words shift before their eyes. A message laid out for every sentient being to read, it read.
From the ashes, one has risen.
From the darkness, a demon has awoken.
From its icy grave, it sees the future, present, and past go by.
From Odin's Hall, warriors are assembled.
For the day of battle has arrived, and nothing is getting by.
(Mane Six POV)
"What the hay are we going to do, that thing is assembling an army." Rainbow said obviously scared. The Elements were sent home with a appropriate amount of guards to protect them. Which now twenty Royal Guards didn't settle their worries, if anything it increased them.
"Well, I reckon we go an' hogtie Mister Scary Monster, if he is preparing an' army of some sort then y'all better pucker up an take em down before it's to big to stop." Applejack said determinedly and everyone seemed to cheer up a little bit. Then Pinkie Pie had to rain on the parade.
"Ah, AH, pinchy knee, pinchy knee." Pinkie said as she bounced around shaking one of her fore-legs.
"Princess Twilight Sparkle, Changelings are attacking the town, we'll hold them off while you get as many people out of he-" He didn't finish as a red slash stroked across the sky horizontally, turning any flying changelings to ash.
The ponies sat their in awe as a huge ray of red flew across the sky, knocking ponies out, but not intentionally killing them. Changelings low on numbers and the sky is dangerous now, fell back into the forest. When the Mane Six and some guards gave chase, they stopped at the edge of the forest. There was just silence, before screams of terror and agony filled the silence, the Mane Six could only listen as the screams ended abruptly, one by one.
"It's going to kill us and have us for an appetizer , and the rest of Equestria for the main coarse ." Rarity said with fear dripping off her voice.
And the one thing no-pony wanted to admit, they thought so to.
