When I discovered My Little Pony, Equestria seemed like heaven compared to earth. So when season two starts and I get a visit from Discord who asks if I want to go there?

I allready knew my answer before he finished his question. How foolish I was.

And then I'm here, hunted like a criminal, feared as a monster and living like a fugitive. And right about now I'm willing to do anything to get away from this world or to be left alone.

No matter how.

Rated T for swearing, some violence and depression.

This is going to be me trying to get back into writing again. I don't know what the results will be, but I'll try.

Foolish and Alone

Prologue: I Thought I Had Found A Gold Mine...

When I discovered My Little Pony, it felt like I had found a gold mine. Even though everyone told me I was too old for it, I didn't care. It's not like I fitted in anyway.

At school, I was just another average teenager. The only thing that wasn't average about me was my lack of "friends." Sure, I had some friends, but they weren't the best, often being selfish and not really friendly. I guess it's better to call them acquaintances instead of friends. I got good grades, but I didn't enjoy school. The teachers were stiff and boring, and the bullies often chose me as their prey. At least being chased by bullies made it easier for me to get away. But most of the time, I just got caught and beat up.

Home wasn't much better either. My mom was always cleaning, cooking or doing other boring household chores. My father was almost always busy with his job, making sure everything was paid for or sleeping. And my little sister did what every little sister does: being a whiny little snot.

So when I discovered My Little Pony, my life brightened up a little. I finally had something to look forward to. Equestria seemed like such a great place, with it's friendly ponies and colorful landscapes. It seemed like heaven, compared to earth.

And then season 2 was anounced.

New episodes! New adventures! I was ecstatic. But just when I was about to watch the first episode of season 2, a chimera jumped out of my computer and asked me if I wanted to come to Equestria. Me, being the fool that I was, immediatly answerred yes. As I hadn't looked up anyhting about season 2 to avoid spoilers, I didn't that he was Discord, the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony. He was also the new villain.

How was Equestria when I got there? It was filled with chaos and disaray, nothing like I had expected. It wasn't like that for long though. The Mane 6 made sure of that.

I thought, now that everything had been brought back to normal, I could introduce myself.

How foolish I was.
