I couldn't possibly know that sense there are no windows in this place that am stuck in.” I mumbled taking my laptop off my desk to my bed. Feeling relaxed as my body sank in to memory foam made me sigh in relief. I then reached to the left side of my bed to open my mini refrigerator door and pulled out my favorite Arizona tea with the longing of the artificial flavors. I cracked opened the can and took a sip." Man, I wonder how it would be if there never was this type of tea. I would probably still be in school or dead," I said, taking another sip. That would be better than where I am at now." I sighed and imagined the impossible. Several moments of daydreaming was then snapped in half when the laptop screen dimmed. That had reminded me to write in my journal, so I plugged in my wristband USB into the computer. June 10th, 2015 Entry {74} [Personal] Time 9:45 pm I have been thinking about my past and the choices I have made over my life, and I’m going to back trace my steps. First, it mainly started when my Dad disappeared on the day we moved out of Texas to Maine. I asked my mom why we moved. All she told me was that my Dad was in a better place and he'll always be there for you. At the time I was 6 years old and I was taking martial arts classes for Wing Chun. 3 years later, I found out what my dad was. He was a government official that did many important Projects. It happened when a letter slipped out of a box I’m my mom’s room. When it fell, I didn't tell mom about it until she asked me if I know anything about dad. That was when I was 10. At that time I was feeling alone without my dad. Whatever happens to him hope he can still be with me. Even if he's at his die words just getting to see him again would mean a lot to me... Never the less I continued on. During the time when I had turned 12, my mom meets another man. "He’s a total ass." I didn't say anything to mom, because he made her happy. And I was dumb to do so. One day when I was 14 years old I decided to walk home. Before I did I had sent a text that I was going to walk home when school had let out. When I got home to my door was unlocked when she never left the door unlocked. I thought nothing of it for some reason. Walking in my house everything was in disarray. Filled with fear I called for mom. No one responded to my pleading. After I checked my house I took my things and ran to my friend’s house to tell him what has happened. As I crossed the street a black van pulls up next to me. 2 men jumped out of the van, grab me and put a sack over my head. They tossed me into the van with no one around to see my kidnapping. They had hit my head hard enough to knock me out when I was tossed against the floor. About a few hours later I woke up in an interrogation situation... I looked around and there was a camera to the right. In front of me was a very tinted window. Next to me, was a cup of untrusting water on the metal table, the door clicks opens up and a man in a suite steps in and takes a set. He looks through his file before looking at me." "I'm ok for now.” I quickly said, looking down at the files. "Alright the let’s get down to business, your father has started a program before he had disappeared," He begun. I then cut him off. "Where's my MOM"?! I spat crossing my arms. The man stayed silent for a while but then said, "We don't know where your mother is.” “Who are we, the government? Why did you take me here by force?" I scoffed feeling frustrated. "Neil you're here, because of your father... And yes we are the government and what information I have is considered classified. We took you by force so you don't know where you're at now, and don't interrupt me again," the man said coldly, taking out a cigarette. He then began again by saying, "Neil, ever since the project started he planned to finish it but since his disappearance we need someone to fill his place." he stops and lights his cigarette. "And I that’s where I came in." I said with a raised eye brow. "That's right," He said with a sly smile as he huffed in the toxic gray clouded before breathing it out like a mad bull. "But why would you need me? I’m too young to help out.” I questioned him. "That’s the thing we need someone young." He said plainly, while he looked back at the window. "Why don't you get somebody else to it?" I asked getting up. "Because Neil, somebody else is not like you." he said taking smooth drag as he watched me. I passed to the black window. "What do you mean?" I asked, confused knocking on the glass. "I'll only tell you only ‘if’ you agree to help your father with his last project". The man said as he takes one of the folders and takes out a piece of paper. He hands it to me and says, “This is the last page for your fathers will." "Apparently, he had instead that you would be part of this if he failed to do so. What do you say Neil? Would you let for father down?" He said tapping this citrate on the tray next to him. I looked down for a moment and back at the man who wear a cold series look. Instantly I be gain to think this over to the point I came to a conclusion. "I'll do it for my dad," I said confidently. "I know you would make the right choice". The man said gaining back his fake smile. He then he snaps and a man that looked like a scientist walks in. "Come with me Neil. I have answers for you." He said with some excitement wavering off of him. I pushed my chair in and went with the scientist guy. "Hey, Neil.” The man said, turning off the camera. "Remember this; I’m here to ensure your safe during your time here." He said with little sympathy. I reassured him with a nod and left. *** . I looked around the large old fashioned room. I was surrounded so many books along the tall walls, and there was a single red chair in front of a dark wooden desk. I was standing next to the chair with unease. "Please sit," he instructed waving his hand to the chair. "So Neil, what do you want to know before we get started?” He asked. "Ok, what’s your name?” I said plainly. "O, right I haven't properly introduced myself. My name is James, Even, Kimberson. I'm the one of the head scientist for the Nano Engineering Department," he said proudly, checking something off his list. "Before we go any further here's the head's up on what I can talk about," James said in a semi serious tone. "There is only so many things I can get in detail with. Also if you have a question that I can't answer I'll give you the excuse. It's classified." He said looking at his note pad. "What would have happen if I didn't agree to do this?" I asked James seeing his grin fade. He took a moment to choose his words from the sudden question. "You would be forced to proceed with the project without consultant. It was good thing that you had agreed," he said with a meek smile. "Because..." I said, wanting him to go on. "Because, you'll have more choices to make independently. Along with the fact that there's a good chance," he said moving the subject away. I sat there silent for a moment trying to not make this awkward. "What is this project called?" I spoke soddenly. "Um, well there is no name for the project, your father said it will come in time." He said with a bit of melancholy. "O, that sucks; I was hoping that it would have a cool name by now," I said showing some interest. "Well... just wait," He said as he starts to type on his computer. "What are you doing?” I asked looking over. "Sending an email to the main director." James said sending it. "Would you like to come up with a name?" He said with his eyebrow raised. "Sure, but I don't have any names right now," I admitted. "Any more questions you need to ask?” he said pushing his glasses up. The thought then came to me as I took a deep breath. "Yes I do, what is it that makes me different from anyone else?" I said curiously. With that question he lite up with a big smile as if he waited all day. "Neil, you’re different by your DNA. You have an extraordinarily rare thing happen when you were formed inside your mother during her pregnancy." James explained talking a pen a twirling it. "What do you mean?" I asked now hungry for an answer. "Neil, you were born with an extra helix," he exclaim, freezing me in place. At my reaction he chuckled. "I don't follow James," I said flatly, as he covered his mouth. "Just look," James said as he took out his phone and sets it in front of me. Before he began he calmed himself down. "You know that everybody has a double helix," James said, shows me pictures of the double helix and what mine looks like on his phone. "You're mutation is extremely rare that you'll have more chances of surviving 4 atomic bombs then getting this," James says with excitement. "So what you're saying is that I have superpowers!" I assumed. "No, no, but you are immune to cancer, allergies and any other diseases and your body is acceptable to high doses to radiation," he said getting up from his chair and was in a full smile. "Is there anything else?" I asked taking aback to this discovery. "There is! With your mutation you'll age slower than anyone else," James said taking his inhaler and took deep breath himself. "Wow, is there more icing to go on the cake?" I said with expectation. "Yes, there a lot more, but we need to get back to the program," James said, taking back his phone and glances back at the computer. Sitting back down, he straitened himself. "Neil you may not accept this, but the project is to make a super soldier," he said, now serious. I thought to myself as I needed a moment, I know 'where this is going. I'm going to be a lab rat. O crap, painful experiments. No, wait it's focusing on one thing. Me becoming a soldier... Shit I’m now property to the government, just great. I had come to a conclusion. "That’s cool," I said with a weak smile. "Glad to hear it, because you don't look so excited" James said with empathy. “What am I going to go through exactly during the experiment?" I said changing the subject. James stayed silent again, he then took a page from a folder inside his desk. He clears his voice and starts to speak, "What I'm allowed to say is you're going to go through is 1 year for the project to be completed and 6-8 years of training to start." He said skimming through the pic of paper. "You are probably the only person that can be successful at completing this project besides your father," James said with a week smile. "That’s good to know, but is that’s all?" I asked with anticipation. “It all very limited Neil, I’m sorry, and I'm afraid we are out of time," James said with a bit of disappointment. The door opens to the office and the man in the suite with two MP's walk in. "It's time," he said, as the man looks at his watch. I looked at James before I got up slowly. "You'll be fine," he said, giving me a piece of paper. I'm afraid he was wrong; there was the 2 weeks when my body tried to adjust to the things inside me. It was terrifying to know that your body might reject it self. I felt no different after the Nano bots and iron finely stopped shifting in my body. After it was announced that the project Umbrella was complete, the company through a huge party for me. Boy it was awesome. I can't believe how much James drank that day. Entry {74} complete at 5:00 I looked at the time and saw it was 5:00 am. "Crap, I need to get ready," I said as I saved my work and powered down my laptop. Quickly jumping out of bed I made my way out of the living quarters and into MP room. It was Down the hall way where meetings where unusually paced at. "Neil, your 5 minutes late again," said General Miller. "Sorry Mr. Captain obvious," I said as I sat next to my teammates, Johnny, Sara, Gus, and Sam5 who had a silent five at the end, because of her crazy mother. "Morning caption.” My team said in unison as they had for quite a while. They were eating breakfast and Johnny was writing something down. "So, General what’s today’s mission?" I said enthusiastically. "Turn of the lights off." He ordered. Clack, one of the MP's turned off the lights from the back of the room. "We have Intel about a high interest woman her name is Loran Abernathy" General Miller said and looked at me for a moment. "She has obtained leaked information and you may use any means necessary to keep her for spreading that information around," He said firmly. "Question, what is this secret info?" My team meat Johnny asked. "Johnny you know that answer to that." Miller said face palming. "Shut up Johnny," Gus added. "Yes, Mr. Baby G." Johnny remarked. "Hey knock it off you to,” Sara scoffed. "U-hem, as I was saying the initial also says that she's located in San Francisco, California," General said as he turns to the next slide. "She thinks that she's under the radar, but of course we have eyes on her 24/7. Any other question that isn't stupid?" Miller said looking at Johnny. "Ok then, you'll leave at 0 700 hours; everyone is dismissed," he announced. Everyone leaves the room but Sam5 stays behind. "Caption, may I have a word with you," she said with some concern. This is the most important thing in life to ever happen to anyone." He said pointing at the menu. "I'll have the same but no caramel, and add chocolate chips." I ordered. Johnny had his phone next to my face as he said, "She will be the next president! Or a doctor." We both moved out of the line and to the pickup line. "I just can't believe this is happening to me." He said trying to do a vice impression of me. *** Johnny and I wandered in to a McDonald's were we sat talking about different things. "So Neil, why don't you have some kids of your own?" Johnny asked catching me completely off grad. "Yes, I do have one." I said rebounding my sudden change in thoughts. "Really? Can you show me a picture?" Asked as the tray of french-fries was delivered. Taking out my wallet I showed him a picture that was tucked away in a sleeve. Johnny stared at the little girl in the picture for a while as he shoved french-fries in his mouth. Soddenly he gasped and began to cough wildly. "Whoa, calm down. I said sliding his drink to him. "Is that..." He said relaxing a bit as he stuffed his mouth with fries and gulped down his coke. "Yes it is. I hate to say this, but I'm scared to see her grown up so fast." I admitted look at the old picture in my hands. "Captain." Johnny said snapping me out of me distant daze. "Don't worry about it. It matters that you keep her safe." He said smacking my hand as I tried to get the last chicken nugget. "I guess we should head back it's 10 till." I said giving this old lady who worked here a two hundred dollars tip. "What? Why? I still haven gotten there McRib!" He yelled at me as I walked out. *** "Gus, you’re a total ass hole," Johnny stated. "It's ok Johnny, exploding rocket propelled sharks are pretty scary when they are going 200 miles an hour," I exclaimed as I played with my phone. I made my way to the door and cracked it open so I could see who was inside at the moment. Inside where 2 business men and Loren, they were talking for a bit, but said their goodbyes and left. *** We waited a few moments later and we stepped out very casually. She didn't even notice us walk out of her only closet into the huge room. I walked up to her. Apparently she was busy texting to even notice me sand at her desk with my M16 pointed at her. I turned around to my team and they just shrugged. "E-hem!" I shouted. She jumped 10 feet in her chair when she saw us. "W-Who are you!? How did you get in here?" I read some of what he did; he's a good man Neil," she said with some sympathy. "Neil, wait”... Gus started but stopped. "What is it Gus?” I said as some annoyance showed. I then looked through his file as I ignored my last name and at the back of it read, “Commander A###### has been discharged for the act of insubordination actions to General Dave Matthews and General lieutenant colonel Mat Henry Ferguson. He will be contained and be persecuted for his actions.” I looked further and I found was that it was stated that he had escaped detainment. But what did he do exactly? Does this mean he’s alive some wares? I looked up at Lorain, but she spoke before I did. "Your father's still alive Neil," she said pretentiously "That can't be," I yelled. "Yes Neil, he’s still alive like it or not." She said, but then we glanced at the time again. "I'm so terribly sorry, but now it's seems my rides here," Loren manically said. "What?” I scoffed. "Everyone GET DOWN"!!! Johnny yelled. A helicopter came to the window behind us and a few guys and a mini gun splattered there bullets along the walls. I managed to get down in time but Gus and Johnny didn't have any cover or time. Sam5 and Sara where next to steel cabinets. Blizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, the mini gun spun on until Lorain got in the helicopter and they flew away in the matter of moments. I got up very slowly as Johnny's bloody body slid of me. "Sam5, Sara you're still alive?" I said as looked around. "NEIL! Help me"!!! Gus shrilled as his body filled with holes twitch in pain. Gus was against s the wall. He had screamed my name in vain as he bleed out. "Ya, we are alive but Gus is fucked up bad!" said Sara dusting herself off. I flipped Johnny over and took his medic pack off. I’m not as trained as Johnny but here it goes. I told myself as I ran over and saw the extents of Guess injuries and what I could say there was about 37 bullet holes in the poor old man. He was even lucky to even breathe. "Neil I'm not going to make it," he shakily said. "Don't say that Gus," I told him while I took out fillers and morphine. "No I’m going to be with Johnny soon," He said as looked in my eyes and puts a shaky hand on my chest. "I hope you kill that son of a bitch. Even though he's your... s-s" Gus said slowly. As his vital signs were failing fast. "Come on, stay with ME"!!! I yelled as I shook Gus back to himself. Gus took a deep breath in and said his last words, "Good by Alexander.....” I stopped trying to keep him alive, because I had failed. I got up without a tear in my eye, throwing the medical box out the window and flipping the desk made me want to ball. "Call it in Sara, our mission is a failure.” I said running my finger through my hair. Sam5 takes a blanket from the couch on the other side of the room, and placed it over Guess body and takes a moment. I then walked over to Johnny and took off my black coat and placed it over Johnny. "You were the smartest of all and even though you never shut up... You were always talking of your new family. I'm sorry." I told him. *** We waited a few minutes before back up came to clean up the mess. "Captain, we got your message... Holy Shit!" Special agent David said as he walked through the elevator with came in. "What happened here," he asked. I was standing in front of her desk looking over my dad’s file. "A helicopter came and shot up the place killing 2 of my men. Now, do you have the ride we requested?” I said coldly. "Yes, sir it's already prepared back to Montana." he said as the others looked about the room. "Good, come Sara, Sam5," I said as we walked past him and into the elevator. "Get someone to clean this mess up." I said anger in my voice. Ding, the elevator doors closed and we made our way down to the lobby. "Neil... What are you going to do when we get back?” Sam5 asked with fear. "I’m going to have a word with the man." I found that amusing that he needed to smoke every time we meet. "A helicopter came by with a mini gun with a few friends and shot everything up." I said coldly, dropping the report down in front of him. He glances down with out a single care. "I'm sorry for your loss Neil, but did she tell you anything?" He said while leaning on his desk wanting me to cut to the chase. "Yes she did in fact she told me mostly everything," I said, admittedly. He frown at my answer. "Go on." Lieutenant said like if he wanted to get it over with. "She told me that project Umbrella was going to have a reboot to make more soldiers because one is apparently insufficient, and that it may go into the Chinese hands as well." I said. he raised his had and said quickly, "That part with China is a lie. Listen Neil, this project is what Americans needs to have a brighter future.” know what he's trying to do. He then tried to inject me with pure chloroform, but I caught his hand before he could get the needle into my neck. "Your request had been DENIED!" I said with gritted teeth. I placed a large amount of pressure into twisting his arm that I dislocating and tearing his arm muscles. The man fell to the floor silently as he gasped in pain. I got up and stood over him with the needle. I tossed it into the trash and stomped on his knee bricking in into several pieces with a light snap and crack. He couldn't say anything, because the pain. The man could only coughed up blood while his arm shook. "G-guaann. f-fuck you,” was all he could say. I picked him up and placed him back on his chair gently. "I'm sorry it had to end this way for you. It was fun bring a loyal dog. Magnum and my mom’s 9.mil. In my closet was a one strap backpack that had some clothes in it. I quickly got my laptop and took everything out with everything into one file to be drag out and pasted onto my USB. It will take 10 minuets to complete. So I had some time to make sure I was prepared. First thing that should happen after I get over the high wall is the alarm. Then they will have a lock down. Once they figure out I have left. There will be a mass of ground troops to come for me along with dirt bikes. From there I will turn 46 degrees to the right to the small under ground room next to the burnt tree... I will stay for 3 day's and leave in the morning. A beep from the computer should me it was half way done. Where will I go first... I will go to Ohio to start the such for my dad. I didn't look back I kept on running through the quickening dense woods so slowed my pace as I could now see what was at the end. "Holy shit." I said under my breath. It was a ledge as I had suspected. it whet directly to a sink hole that was filled with water and there was also a huge whirl pool. "Fuck I’m now trapped and this is too wide to get around." I said aloud to myself looking around for an escape. It will take about a week to fully recover with medical attention. I took his helping hoof with my right hand and got up slipping do to the pain. I grunted with pain as I stood next to the pony. “That was harder than expected,” I said aloud. I lean my body agented to tree taking in deep breaths trying to catch my breath. “Pony what’s your name... Also wares the nearest town from here?” I asked as the ground slowed to a stop from the spinning. A massive headache was coming my way as I tried to keep myself from passing out. '"Can you help me find my stuff?" I asked. We looked around for my one strap backpack and briefcase. I pointed to where they were at. So I leaned next to a tree as Fallout pied up my stuff. He carried my backpack and I healed on my brief case. “Thanks’ Fallout.” I told him as we walked. At first the pace whet from slow to I was feeling better. Walking with Fallout was something out of a movie or something it was nice to finally get away from it all latterly. *** We walked about 7 minutes when Fallout stopped and moved his ears like radio dishes. We were still in the light shuffling tree's. “It’s going to rain.” He said looking around. We walked further into the woods when Fallout saw something that he pulled me to walk faster. “Come on I can see a cave we can stay at until it calms down.” Fallout said, leading me to a large cave that looked uninhabited. The sound of thunder roars through the air as the very heavy rain came pouring down soddenly after. “Dam.” I said almost jogging after Fallout to the big cave. We stopped inside and the sky was getting darker from the black clouds covering the evening sky. “Nile you should take it easy.” Fallout said worriedly looking at my wound. “Don’t worry, I had worse done to me… Fallout, since we are going to stay here for a while let’s take a look.” I told him as I walked into the dark cave. “What? Hay wait it might be dangerous!” Fallout said, with caution while trotting after me. I skimmed my hand on the side of the wall as we walked past the cave entrance. “There might be something we can use.” I told him bluntly, and I then took my lead off into the dark cave that to me I could see fine, because of my eyes reflected the darkness so I could see perfectly. “Ok, but if we die I’m not taking you to Ponyville.” He scoffed at me while he tailed in behind. “Now that would be a dilemma don’t you think?” I said jokingly deep in the dark cave where. I sighed, “Fallout am I dead or this is what I think it is.” I asked very unsure of what life is taking at this moment. “Neil, you’re defiantly not dead. And this looks welcoming. Let’s see whose inside.” Fallout said, before I could protest in taking a different approach to this strange door. Click the door opened and Fallout walked in. “Anypony home?” He asked waiting for a reply as he stepped in. “Whoa… look at this place it’s like a library.” He said walking in. I waited before I walked in, because I kind of have a bad feeling about this. I shrugged and walked in the cave door. Inside where tones of book shelves and a few lab equipment for some chemistry experiments. And in the far front of the room there was another room that looked strange. “This place is amazing!.” Fallout said; he was apparently stoked. I walked over to a closet and in side was potions of some kind. Well I figured that out from a lab that said 'potion of some kind.' I know the pony who did this is a real genus. “Is there anything helpful?” I asked Fallout who diapered… “I found peaches!” Fallout yells coming out of a door labeled 'kitchen.' I looked at the door we came in from 'exit' it read. This pony must be OCD. “Judging the look at this place it must be about a 1000 years old or so.” I said to Fallout as I took the jar away and examined it. “So this is old and that what I just ate might be expired.” He said thinking this through. “The restroom is on the left.” I said pointing in the direction of Fallouts safe haven. He ran off and I decided to have a look at the strange room that had writing on the edges. Before I got there a book on the table that caught my attention. Sole fusion it read on the books its spine. Je I wonder what this is about. I opened the book to the first page and saw some relatively hard to read writing. I have hypothesis that we are linked in some way; therefore all living species are solely the same. For instance a pony and a zebra, what if I can mix there soles together to make a smarter being that can learn more then one pony could ever do. Also I could possibly make the best solders for Princess Luna. I have already and take action to further my studies. And so for its quite stunning in the results. I looked around and saw a lone figure with a wooden pipe looking towards our way. “Where are we sir?” I asked trying to get a better look at this pony. “You are in my prison and you are just gusts passing through.” He said with his voice sounding old and rugged. “Are you the one who made the room we went into?” I asked knowingly of the answer. “Well of cores. If it wasn’t me you wouldn’t be here.” The old stallion said waving his hoof. “By the way what are you? How did you so happen to come in a portal?” He asked as he set down his pipe. Portal? Yup, that makes sense but how are we going to get out of here? I took a moment and replied, “My name is Neil I’m a human, and I did come through a door in a cave in the middle of no ware.” Fallout just woke up and stretched. “Coffee, I need coffee…” He said sitting up and a cup of coffee was levitated to him. Clack, the room lite up with crystals and I could see the stallion now he had a long white beard and a wizard hat along with a cape. He reminds me of Mickey Mouse from Fantasia 2000. “But first I have to introduce myself. The third time I transfused I expecting a different result when I had combined 2 deer’s together. The spell was too weak still, so it tour them apart. So I made several amusements and cleaned up the mess in the room. The spell activated without warning and my body was transported into this room that is like limbo.” Swirl said remembering the events. “You said you had died but your body transported?” I asked him. “Indeed I did, my body was no longer with me I was turning into dust when I woke up. Aren’t you worried at all?” Fallout asked pulling a jelly donut from the side of his chair. “When you lived for a long time you know not to fret over predicaments no matter how large and just go with the flow.” I said to Fallout while he scarfed down his donut. “Well said Neil.” Swirl praised. A few moments passed as I enjoyed the company of a wizard and a random pony with a cool name. “I’m not to sure what will happen, But what I can say is that… Neil, Fallout your bodies have combined into one.” He said a little slowly to help us proses this. Fallout didn’t take this to well as to sort of speak, well if he could. “So you’re saying there’s on body and 2 soles in one head. Kind of sounds like something like a movie plot to me…” I said. I wasn’t sure how that would work. Swirl looks at a grandfather clock and sees the time. “It’s time for you to leave, there is time to say. If you don’t you will both die and disappear so some other place that is out of anypony’s control.” He said getting up and opening a closet and wrote something with chalk on the doors with his magic. “Come on and step in the wardrobe.” He ordered. We both went over and got in. I took a quick look behind my back well I’m not sure if it was Mother Nature had done, but there were 3 wolf looking wooden like things chasing me. why are they chasing me? “How would it benefit the wooden wolfs it had ate me? It’s wood! Where’s the god dam LOGIC!” I yelled hearing one of them gaining on my tail. “Bad dog!” I told the wolf thing dog. Chomp, snap, the dam thing tried biting me, but I grabbed a low tree branch and sling shot it in the wolf’s face. The wooden wolf tumbled to a dead stop as the other 2 where looking at each other. Ok this situation is getting brighter. I only hope there could be a canon blast after I die maybe. Hay I wonder if these thing can morph into one big wolf; that would kick ass. The other two wolfs where now on both sides of me and they were getting closer by the second. The smart thing to do would be is to stop and run in a ‘U’ shape to keep them behind me; therefore I show run faster and go to the left slightly and take on the wolf by hitting it. "With what I asked myself?" I said huffing. I will find out as soon I prepare myself. I then did what I told myself to run faster so one wood wolf dog thing would behind me and now I have the advantage with speed. If I slip it be like Gorge of the jungle. I tumbled and rolled on the forest floor as the wolf tried to stop but hit a tree. It had only dazed it for a while. I quickly got up and picked up my ruined back pack and my brief case. I took off in a faster sprint. I could feel the blood dripping off my back and I could smell poison it smelled of burnt rope, hay and pine. “This sucks.” I said to myself. My wound wasn’t that deep but the claw did scratch my spine. This is a exciting day with an adventure that can be enough for a week in my book. Whoa, is that flat lands ahead? I saw the end of this hell that made my happy as a kid in Disney world quite the ride. My legs are feeling like jelly now and my heart is now racing faster than my eyes flash red as my breath became raged. The poison was spreading. There’s nothing I can do about it. The explosive sound of a cannon shook the ground violently underneath me as passed out after a blinding gray explosion obliterated the wolf into ashes. *** I awoke leaning against a tree on top of a hill in a grass plain with mountains in the distance. I saw Fallout walk up the hill and sat down next to me with a bag in his mouth. He puts it down and says, “Welcome Neil I can see you had a rough time out there.” “No shit, it was nothing but kittens, and rainbows.” I said sarcastically taking another look around. “Fallout did we die? Or we are in my head right now?” I asked as he took out 2 glazed donuts and hoofed one to me. “I’m as clueless as you are. I have been walking in these plains for a while and the strangest thing is that I could hear you faintly.” He told me nibbling his donut. I nodded for no reason and thought about some Arizona tea and in an instant a blue cooler appeared next to me. “Awwww Yeeeaaa! I said with excitement. I opened it up and pulled on out. “What’s that Neil?” Fallout asked taking one in his hoofs. “It’s my only favorite type of tea in a can.” I said opening his can with my fingers. “I’m guessing this is something I can’t open with my mouth?” Fallout asked smelling its contents. “You can but you will probably loss some teeth doing so.” I told him as he took a sip. “Not bad but it test’s kind of strange.” He said putting the can of tea down and fell to his side. “You don’t understand the way of the artificial flavors young one.” I told Fallout but I was interrupted by the evening sun get brighter and it became blinding until there was only white. “Neil! I was about 30 minutes early to the train station and I was feeling excited to finally be here. I trotted to the conductor with a big grin. I gave him my ticket and asks me, “Why so early? Is it to catch the worm?” “Well I’m not too sure about that, but I know it’s another beautiful day, don’t you think?” I said looking around at the still shadow of the night sky that was being moved to make way for Celestia’s sun. “Yup, it is… I'm just going inspect something. Bye.” He said trotting off around me to the baggage cart. “Ok…” I said, walking to an empty cart in the back and took a seat in the middle of the cart. I placed my satchel next to me and remember something. “I forgot snacks.” I said to myself ashamed. Looking outside some other pony’s had stared to come in to the train station. I felt a sudden strange wave of fear overcome me while a family of 3 walk in and take a set in the front. “Why?” I asked myself. Putting my head down on the table and desisted to fall asleep. The train then starts to depart and we leave to the next town ‘Ponyville.’” On the way over we talk a about things we like and our home town. It was quite interesting to know that Rarity had an assistant ‘Dragon’ named Spike; therefore I should meet this dragon and see if he like’s comic books. “We are almost there Fallout.” She said taping a hoof on my arm. I was feeling bad from all thing’s I ate. “Yay…” I said waving my hoof in the air. “Maybe you should take it easy with the snacks next time.” She told me as she moved the trash off the table into the brown bag with her magic. “This day, is my first day out of Zebraska.” I said looking out the window. “How do you like it so far?” Rarity said, I looked back at her and stare into her eyes and said, “This is going to be one of the most remember able days of my life. Especially when I met you, miss. Rarity.” Rarity then blushed madly, she tried to cover it up, but it was too obvious. “T-Thanks Fallout.” She stammered. Why is she blushing is it something I said? “Look, were here.” I said as the town came onto plane view. “It’s not as big as I imagined it to be, but it looks like a nice place.” I told Rarity but then saw she was in disconcert. “What’s wrong Rarity?” I asked. “The train should be slowing down by now” she said looking out the window. The train indeed didn't stop. It passed the train station and kept going at a constant high speed. I looked at Rarity and got up. “Come on let’s see what’s going on.” I insisted. She fallowed me out to the next cart. This one was with a few ponies who looked confused. “It’s going to be alright we will check up on the situation.” I amounted to the ponies. We kept on moving to the next cart this one was filed with nothing but mares and I repeated what I had said and went to the front of the train. The conductor of the train was looking around for something. “What’s going on sir?” I asked polity. He was startled for a moment and said, “The pin for the brakes has fallen out and well were in no danger the train will simply will be slowing down soon. Can you help?” Rarity stepped forward to the brake which was a lever that has a hole for the pin. “I don’t have any hair pins this size.” She mumbled. “Do you have a spare pin?” I asked. The conductor nodded no, “Hay what’s that on your hat?” I asked the conductor. He took it off and what was clipped onto it was the spare pin. “O, um…” he said as he took it off and put it in the hole with a click. He then slowly puled the lever and it made the train slow down. “Well in the event like this I’m going to have to keep on going to next town.” He said looking at his clipboard. "Sigh, ok then ware’s the closes town from here?” I asked annoyed. “Apple Loosa.” He said tapping at the map. “Well then we will wait.” Rarity said walking back to the passenger cart. I fallowed behind her and when we got back I told the pony’s that there has been a problem and we will have to stop at Apple Loosa. “This suck’s Rarity.” I said getting my satchel on. “What are you going to do Fallout?” Rarity asked putting a hoof on my arm. “I’m going to walk.” I said. “What? You can't be serious the Ever Free Forest is not a safe place.” She said with a worried look. “It’s ok Rarity, I'm a tough filly.” I told her as I took her hoof and shook it. “Good bye, I’ll see you later.” I said walking out of the cart and into the caboose where I hoped off the back and made my way through the Ever Free. “This will be exciting.” I said to myself walking into the forest. The train blew its whistle and began it's journey to Apple Loosa. Can’t wait to get past this. I think the first thing I’ll do is eat at Cake’s place and catch up on life. I tried to swallow my own saliva but my throat was like sandpaper. "Cough! Cough!" I hacked, with pain. I had managed to crack open my eyes. All I could see was a blurry mess. "Any one there?" I said if there was someone around. My muscles burned while it used most of my energy to move. How long have I been out? Where am I? I then wiped the eye gunk to see nothing around but the black of the night and the trillions of stars that littered the black sky. I watched as if I could feel the sensation of euphoria for a moment but it slowly died down. With all the strength I could muster I got to my feet. The world spun and my legs shook under my feet. I feel down to the floor like if gravity had increased. “Nuh! Cough.” I moaned in pain. The wound on my back felt like it had ripped open. Sam5 stops as I tried to walk past the road. “This is were I have to leave you.” She said letting me down the floor slowly. “No… I need you to stay.” I protested. She looked me in the eyes before saying, “I’m only here to push you along. I’m sorry caption.” When she turned around I reached out for her. “Can you tell Sara, I’m sorry,” I said, stopping her for a second. *** I passed out when I tried to get back up. My body locked up when I had woken up. I yelled as I sat up I shock. I looked around to see no one around, but now I was in the middle of the snowed over road. Shit, must have been out for more then a month. When I tried to get up. My muscles felt if they where tightly packed iron springs that couldn't move. In a situation like this, I made a small Ice shelter from the snow and once inside I took my lighter from my pocket and held it to my shaky hands. Clack...Clack, I pulled the little lever until the small blue flame came to life. I sighed in relief as the small flame heated my palm. *** I had managed to warm up my body enough to fully function. I think I should take it easy. The poison might still be inside me. Like a zombie, I busted the small shelter by standing up. The cold swoop to me as if where a ocean wave. "Whoa that cold" I said with chattering teeth. I picked a direction to walk on the snowed road and began the journey over the startling line.
