Whoo boy, where the fuck do I begin? This is Katie Minthorn here, and I am a unicorn mare with a light grey coat and red-brown mane with eyes of azure. Only reason you can see my horn now is because--get this--I lost my damn horn concealer, and had to go to school virtually exposed as far as my forehead is concerned. For some reason, nopony seemed to mind my horn (let alone raise hell about it), almost as if it was not important in the first place.

Oh, yeah, speaking of school, today was rather interesting.

What could I, an autistic unicorn mare who's on her graduating year, mean by this? Let me explain...

I wake up, holding my phone in my hand as I predict the alarm to go off. As expected, the rooster that had raped my phone starts cawing, and I push the 'dismiss' button. Hooray for touch-screen technology! I move out of my bed, going to my dresser drawer to get dressed and find one of my hooves stepping in a soft, smushy surface.

Great. I stepped in the litterbox, and a fresh pile of cat poop too.

I hop on one hoof to the bathroom across from my room, turn on the lights, grab some toilet paper, and sit on the toilet. I scrub the mess off of my hoof, making sure to rinse some of the toilet paper in a nearby faucet. Not too damp, though, because then it would tear.

After that was said and done, I rushed back to my room and got dressed, making sure to avoid the litterbox this time. I needed to clean that thing when I got home. Anyway, I run to the living room and put on my black horseshoes before flinging my tightening-string bookbag off of my chair and onto the floor.

I look at my desk, seeing my glasses, earbuds, MP3 player....and, of course, the MLDS (My Little Dual Screen) and ML3DS in its case on my desk. I hastily cram those into my luggage case, making sure to put the smaller things (My Little Pokewalker, MP3, Action Replay MLDSi, phone, glasses, etc) in the smaller front pocket. I looked to the floor, seeing the MLGBA greeting me on a clear box. I pick it up and a keychain with a My Little Seviper accessory on it and fiddle with it for a few minutes...before cheering in triumph as the keychain makes a perfect fit. I find another phone purse and fit in six MLGBA games in; these being Filly Fantasy VI, Filly Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls,Castlemania: Circle of the Moon; the Castlemania Double-Pack (Harmony of Dissonance and Aria of Sorrow), and The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Nightmare.

I cram both of those into my bookbag as, almost if on cue, I hear something honking outside. I fling it onto my backside and run out to the bus as if my life depended on it. After a short trip on the road, I am in the cafeteria of Ridgehoof High. I was glad to be here, for after this Friday, I'd only have two weeks of school left before I graduate!

I find my circle of friends: three colts who also had ML3DS's of their own, sitting at a round table eating breakfast pizza. I hurried over to the line, which literally didn't exist today for whatever reason, and got my food before sitting with aforementioned circle of friends.

"Hey, Katie." Says one colt, a little on the chubby side with frizzled brown hair and white pelt.

"What's up, Ben?" I ask, smiling wide.

"I'm doing good." Ben replies, and I saw that he was a Pegasus. Frankly, I always thought he was an earthling, but I guess I was mistaken. I pull out my ML3DS and 16-slot DS game carrier. I put in Filly Fantasy: The Four Heroes of Light in the ML3DS slot, making sure to trade out My Little Pokemon X Version out beforehand. All of a sudden, there is a dark brown colt with a black, short mane and brown eyes looking at my game carrier.

"Hello, Devontte." Ben says to the colt, his wings fluttering a bit. I noticed that Devontte held a blue-and-black MLDS in his hands.

"Hey, Katie, can I play some of your games?" Devontte asks, a stoic look on his face.

I process his request for a few moments before saying, "No, because I don't trust you due to your own irresponsibility. You're too fucking annoying as it is, and I'd damn well like it if you never asked me that again!" With that, Devontte went away.

The bell rang a few moments later, and I put my things in my bookbag before going to class, ML3DS still in hand. I get out of the lunchroom and towards my classroom (a trailer which is in walking distance of both the cafeteria and the art room) and head inside, seeing a mare with a greying mane and light green skin. Apparently, my teacher (a stallion with a short, trimmed brown mane, glasses, and yellow skin) was out today--I was stuck with a substitute, and I kicked myself mentally because the classroom is hectic without Mr. Sparkhooves to keep things tolerable.

The substitute looks at me with a serene look adorning her aged face. "I never thought you'd be a unicorn." She smiled warmly. I see a glimmer of excitement in her eyes, as if she'd seen a unicorn for the first time. I smile back, getting over to my desk which sits in the back of class.

After unloading some things and putting them on my desk, including a pencil bag and spiral-bound notebook, I sit down right as Mrs. Ellihorn walks in. Her mane is white and fluffy, like a cloud is on her head. Her skin is a fair tone of peach, and she's really chunky (I learned recently that her legs had a bad swelling problem or something of the sort). She hobbles past me, and we smile at each other.
