Chapters Discord lay on the hospital bed, a searing pain spreading over his body. He groaned and his eyes flickered open, but it was surprisingly a little dark in the room he was in. As he was trying to get up, but it felt like something had stabbed him with a knife in his side. So he fell back onto his bed and squeezed his eyes shut.
“Where am I?” Discord grumbled and slowly lifted his eyelids. He was in a hospital room, most likely Ponyville’s. It was good that Princess Celestia got the place built properly; otherwise he would be sleeping on a simple portable table. A light brown fur skinned stallion stood in the corner of the room and was reading a board. He looked up and saw Discord was awake.
“Ah, I see you’re awake,” The Doctor smiled tightly. “You've survived a very serious injury.”
“I’m the god of chaos, what could possibly harm me?” Discord scoffed.
“Well, Lord of chaos, you fell from a very high height. Says in the description from…space?” The Doctor’s brows furrowed while saying.
“Ha, does sound like me,” Discord chuckled. “I’ll just use my magic and—“
“DON’T!” The Doctor exclaimed and Discord stopped before snapping his fingers. “We have been given strict orders from Princess Celestia for you not to. Using magic in your condition might not be a very good idea."
“If I don’t then…I’m going to be here for weeks! It’s not much fun in a hospital,” Discord pouted.
“I’m sorry, but that’s the safest way to recovery,” The Doctor sighed and scanned the clipboard he was holding. “Nurse Red Heart will be your physical therapist and will help you with a few daily things.”
“You mean she’s going to treat me like a mental vegetable?” Discord’s voice was soaked in sarcasm.
“Yes,” The Doctor squinted, scowling at him. A tall and fit mare walked into the room, her pink bun tied up bouncing along with her fairly large chest. She blinked and her eyes fixated on Discord and she smiled warmly. “This is miss Red Heart. Behave, Discord.” And with that, the doctor was gone.
“Hello,” Nurse Red Heart chimed.
“Hello,” Discord was still staring at her slim body and beautiful breasts. It wasn't everyday he saw a beautiful mare such as her, and he knew that this was going to be fun.
“Eyes up here,” The Nurse told him, cocking an eyebrow. He looked up and smiled faintly at her sparkling blue eyes. He smirked and put his arms behind his head. “What’s so amusing?”
“Nothing,” Discord lied. He then started to get his gears turning. Discord couldn't use his magic, or at least too much of it…maybe he could just cast somewhat of a hypnotizing spell on her. He wouldn't completely be in control, but at least he had something to work with. After all, being in a hospital is quite boring.
His eyes glazed over as he drew his powerful gaze into her and pulled her mind out and twisted it, then putting it back into her. Of course it hurt him now, but it would hurt a lot less afterwards…
Within just a minute, she was drawn into his spell and she was blinking, her whole body draining of some color. He smiled, a little satisfied.
Nurse Red Heart now had a complete attitude change. Her stance was suggestive, her glossy lips were moist. She smirked at him and walked with sway and she bent over at the end of his hospital bed. Discord ran his hand through his thick gray hair and flashed his vicious fangs.
She then slipped off her top slowly, revealing her very tiny and pale pink lacy bra. She then slipped off her skirt and slid her hands over her body. Discord felt blood rise slowly and his breath hitched as she moaned softly.
Then she went to one side of the bed and crawled near his groin, anticipation in the air. Nurse Red Heart slowly peeled off the blanket that was on his lower body. She then lifted up the hospital wear that Discord was wearing and gasped softly as she saw his extended length—already? She thought to herself. “What do you want me to do now?” She teased.
“Don’t make me say it,” Discord growled with desire.
“Say it,” Red Heart smirked.
“Take it whole,” Discord demanded.

Doctor Red Heart
The sound of Nurse Red Heart’s heels clacking against the floor echoed throughout the hallway. She had a devilish smile on her face as she slipped out a vial from her cleavage. A mysterious green liquid splashed around in the bottle as she shook it gently and chuckled. As she got into an elevator at the end of the hallway, she saw Doctor Turner enter quickly with her.
“Hello, Doctor Time Turner,” Red Hear smiled warmly as the elevator doors closed.
“Nurse Red Heart,” He nodded. She knew he was looking, and the Doctor didn't get paid that much…so that definitely was not a wallet.
“You never mentioned if you were married,” She smirked, “are you?”
“Um…no,” Doctor Turner answered her with a small swallow and the straightening of his tie.
With a quick and swift motion, Nurse Red Heart mysteriously pressed the emergency stop button on the elevator and she glanced over at the Doctor. He seemed to be in his own thoughts…that were about to come true.
“You look incredibly handsome today, Doctor,” She complimented him. He furrowed his brows and put on a nervous but satisfying smile for her.
“Thank you…you don’t look so bad yourself, either,” He replied. For a while it was very quiet…but, suddenly, Doctor Turner pinned her against the elevator wall and kissed her roughly and forcing. She did not resist, though, instead she moved with him.
“You have…no…idea…how long…I've wanted…to…do this,” He breathed in between long kisses. He groaned and undid Nurse Red Heart’s hair bun and he ran his hand through her silky pink hair. The Doctor eyes then turned to slits as he did suspect something. Trying to distract him, she moved her pelvis, tightening her walls against him. He squeezed her tighter and growled through his teeth. She then laughed as she saw the stain of green in his teeth glow.

She straightened the collars and slammed her hand on the emergency stop button in the elevator. The elevator began to rise again and within a few short seconds, the doors slid open. Red Heart walked through the entrance and into the hallway as she put her hair into a bun.
She then went down the hallway and into Discord’s hospital room. He smirked as he saw her.
“My, my, what have you been doing?” Discord chuckled.
“Working my ass off,” Nurse Red Heart replied with a yawn.
“I can see that…,” Discord pointed at her jacket. “So, have you been promoted?”
“I guess you could say that,” Nurse Red Heart laughed. “I’ll be back in a while, promise I won’t be long.”
“Fine,” Discord grumbled, “but you better get your ass back here quickly so I can have my fun.” Nurse Red Heart chuckled and walked out the room, heading towards the elevator. His body sure enough was still there.
As she knelt to his body, she checked for a pulse—there was a small one. She snapped and the Doctor’s eyes slowly opened.
“Nurse…Red Heart,” He groaned.
“No…not anymore,” She sighed, “Doctor Red Heart.” She then kept her two fingers on his wrist and waited slowly until his pulse withered. She picked up his body with ease and walked far enough into the hallway and kicked down one of the doors.
She smiled wickedly as she saw the many drawers where bodies were stored. She opened one of them with a free hand and tossed him in, then closing it tightly.
“The Doctor is in.”
Don't Forget to Poison the Plants
Doctor Red Heart felt herself being trapped in something soft. It wasn't something she wanted to tangle herself out of, but it certainly wasn't something she arranged…or so she thought. With a little twitch of her muscles, she felt as they turned against her and she was held tighter.
“What in Celestia…” Doctor Red Heat muttered and she opened her eyes. As she predicted, she was being restrained by something, and as she found out she realized that this was actually planned with anticipation. “My, you seem to have knocked me out cold, my pets.”
Tentacles surrounded her body and they loosened in reply to her words. She chuckled and rubbed her face against the nearest limb of plant. It seemed to vibrate softly in a response, purring.
“Do what you want to me, but remember I have plans. So that means you have to leave at least a little bit of energy in me,” Doctor Red Heart reminded her creatures. They went limp around her body for just a moment, seeming to be put down. She gasped as she felt her body almost drop, but the tentacles were quick to act and caught her in quite the position.
“I could’ve gotten seriously hurt!” Red Hear snapped. She huffed as she felt their tremble that indicated that they were both sad and somewhat scared. “I’m sorry,” She sighed, “but I am not in a good mood right now.” The smooth creatures quirked up in curiousness and tightened around her shoulders, copying the motions of a massage.
“It’s just the Doctor was a bit rough on me,” Doctor Red Hear sniffled. A tentacle in front of her stiffened and made a furious motion. She giggled and a loose limb wiped away her single tear. “Don’t worry, he’s already dead.” The limb lifted her chin and Doctor Red Hear smiled warmly. “Promise you’ll be gentle?”
A part of the creature held onto the pinkie of her right hand and wiggled it.
“Thank you. And I promise you that there will be plenty for you to play with,” Red Heart told her pet. The creature tightened around her body like a hug and her lungs almost got squashed. “Hey, I thought you were going to be gentle, and speaking of…”
She realized the position she was in, and the opportunity that the tentacles had. She felt like she was at the dentist almost, her back being supported by the creature and her legs higher in the air than her upper body. The limbs slithered around her suggestively and worked away at her clothes, trying to release the restraint on seeing the more hidden parts of her skin.
First, it tore at her skirt which was only a door to another door. The tentacles near her legs tried again in excitement, as they tore her lower undergarment off like it was a present on Heart Warming’s Eve. The cool air in the hospital hall blew on her as the small cloth was ripped off. She let out a small gasp as it teased her so. Luckily, the sprinklers only activated in the halls and not the rooms.
She went inside the room and slammed it behind her, then quickly looking out the small rectangular window on the door. Plants became vines and tentacles. Her mission was complete and the only thing left to do was—
“Uh, excuse me, miss?” A deep and southern voice called out. Doctor Red Heart turned around and in surprise, she saw Big Macintosh in the hospital bed—a confused look on his face.
This could be fun…
Doctor Red Heart stared blankly at the red stallion. His eyebrow cocked as he saw her expression change bewildered to suggestive. As much as she was a pretty young lady, he wasn't exactly in the mood. Nor did he know the girl.
"Um...miss?" Big Macintosh called out in his country twang.

“Yea…it’s worked real well. But, I’m not sure that I am supposed to get as comfortable as what you are aimin’ for, miss,” He told her.
“Hmm? I’m not sure I get where you are coming from, sir,” She laughed innocently and was only inches away from him.
“Mam’, I really would appreciate it if you kept a bit of…distance?” He gulped nervously and scooted away from her. She frowned and sat back in the seat, straightening her back. She cleared her throat and sighed with slight defeat.
“Oh, you’re definitely no fun,” She mumbled and bit the side of her cheek.
“No fun?” He snorted. “I don’t know who you are or even if it’s okay to be doin’ the sort of thing you want to in a hospital.”
“A hard working gentlemen,” She awed. “That’s so rare…so why not…take a little taste?” She grinned and slid her hand on his groin. He made a small yelp and pulled down his hospital gown.
“H-Hey! You stop that!” Macintosh said nervously.
“No fun…” She repeated. Doctor Red Heart looked at his face another time and he had the same eye twitching expression. “Whatever, you’re really missing out. But with no fun from you, what purpose do you serve?”
“Purpose? My back is broken! Of course I couldn’t even do anythin’, even if I wanted to!” He blabbered.
“Oh? I guess that’s good, then. I don’t need a wandering patient in my halls. This place has to be based on nothing but sexually driven ones,” Red Heart said to one in specific.
“Sex Driven!? What does that even mean?” Macintosh groaned and put his hands on his face, but dragged them down when he heard a faint noise. He thought at first it was some sort of…baby laughter. And it really made him question his sanity when he figured out that it was moaning. Now, what in the hell was up with moaning in a hospital?
“Oh…they work fast, my pets,” She chuckled and stretched with a yawn. “My, I am quite sleepy. And sore.”
“Sore?” He whispered. There was something not quite right about this place, and he wasn’t sure that he wanted to figure what it was that made this place so strange.
“I’ll be back for you later,” Red Heart promised and left him alone, leaving out the door. Macintosh felt blood rise as the noises outside got louder. He hurled his fist at his erection and the air in him left subtlety.
“This is going to be a long day,” He gasped and collapsed onto his bed.

“Doctor Red Heart…your back. What took you so long?” Discord questioned Red Heart as she walked slowly into his room. She grinned and put a hand on her hip, pausing her steps in front of the bed.
“You could say I was a bit busy, time really flies when you’re having fun,” Red Heart replied.
“Fun? I could take it that you were enjoying yourself when my presence was of lack?” Discord chuckled.
“It’s a long story,” She added.
“I have all the time in the world,” He stretched the request for an answer. And, with that, he did get an answer.
“Let’s just say I’m looking forward to driving all of Equestria into a sex empire,” She told him.
“A sex empire?” He furrowed his brows. “Do tell.”
“Celestia and Luna will be overthrown, and when that happens, I will run Equestria and we will do so side by side,” She explained.
“I’m sure that would be a good plan, but—.”
“No buts! At least…not yet,” She smiled. He shook his head slowly and his smirk grew wide.
“What have I gotten myself into?” He scoffed.
“Probably something you did not expect to play out like this,” She chuckled and walked to the bed, slipping inside the bed with him.
“Are you trying to say something?” He breathed on her neck.
“As much as that would be very soothing, I am exhausted. And with no beauty sleep…there is no beauty,” She yawned and started to snooze. Discord undid her hair tie and ran his hand through her hair.
“Your wish is my command,” He sighed and kissed her forehead.

“It must have been my instincts that said she was nothin’ but trouble,” Macintosh groaned as he got to a sitting position on the end of the bed carefully. “I wish it was my back that was broken.” He rubbed his abdomen and grunted. “I don’t know what would have happened if Applejack hadn’t given me her kidney…”
Big Macintosh stood up and looked sadly at nothing in particular. He was in much irritation with a pain in the ass kidney failure and those fights he would have every day with that damned
Caramel that would simply not leave Applejack alone. That guy just couldn't take a hint, could he? That guy was strong, and just as strong as him—any stronger and he himself would probably have more than just a kidney failure.
Now that he was straight in the hospital with a new kidney generously given to him by his sister, everything was just peachy.
“I had a kidney failure and my sister had to give me an organ load, so I got that going on for me,” He grumbled.

“Doctor,” Discord whispered in Doctor Redheart’s hair softly. She rustled in the hospital bed and kept her eyes closed, baring a warm smile.
“Yes?” Redheart purred.
“I have an idea,” He told her.
“Do tell,” She laughed quietly.
“Have you heard of the Elements of Harmony?” He asked.
“Of course…and I like where this is going. Please, continue,” She said with an interested tone.
“Well, the six of them wouldn't be hard to possess—we could easily take them over,” Discord suggested. With that, Doctor Redheart sat up and grinned at him like it was Hearth Warming’s Eve. She giggled and scrunched her nose, then quickly kissing him on the lips and hopping off the bed with excitement.
“Oh, Disi, your ideas are always the best,” She yawned as she stretched her limbs—trying to pique Discord’s interest slightly. She ran her hands over her bare chest and sighed. “It’s too bad you can’t come with me. You’d have some fun.”
“For now, enjoy that fun by yourself. While you can…” Discord chuckled.
“Gladly!” She chirped and slid on her light pink tube top. He then watched as she slipped on her panties and clipped her stockings on, and her black silk looking skirt.
“I do wonder where you get such sexy and imaginative clothing from,” He smirked.
“The pay is amazing as a nurse! And now, since I’m a doctor, I’m practically drowning in money!” She winked and rummaged about in a cabinet. She grabbed vials of green liquids and needles—slipping them inside a small, white purse with a red cross on it. “Wish me luck!” And with that, she left the room and escaped into the hallway.
Tentacles of every shape and size awaited her, slithering about the walls. And, another thing was that mares filled the creatures’ grasps. She admired them with glances and quick scans as she walked past them. An appendage quickly slid around her arm and she stopped in her tracks.
“Not today, sorry,” She pouted and petted it soothingly. “I promise later, right now I’m going to get you a few treats!” It sprang up with enthusiasm and wiggled a few times that was meant to be nodding. “Good boy!” She chuckled and walked towards the exit of the hospital. She pushed open the doors and breathed in the fresh air of Ponyville.
And with a sad realization, she saw that the town was so tranquil and…ordinary. Hopefully, she would be able to fix that and make something happen around here. She plastered a real smile on her face and made her way to the castle. It was the ‘Queen of Friendship’s’ domain, and she was bound to be there along with her council members. Or as she called them, friends.
When Doctor Redheart was not too far away from the hospital, she was knocked to the ground by a unknown source. She groaned and opened up her eyes, hoping to locate the source and receive an explanation of the painful fall—and as she did, she heard the faint noise of papers flying through the air.
A young face with bright green eyes and sharp teeth was what greeted her eyes. She soaked in the handsome features of his face, enjoying every bit. His face then turned a faded crimson and he tried to get words out.
“I-I’m so sorry, Miss Redheart!” Spike stuttered. So it was him. Doctor Redheart had him in her office ever since he was a teenager. Back then, she was around 16 herself.
“Its fine,” Redheart smiled and brought her face closer his, smelling the scent of a burning ember. He lifted himself off her body awkwardly and let out a nervous laugh. He brought out his hand and she took it unhesitatingly. As she was lifted by his strength, she felt electricity flow through her fingertips and into his.
“Sorry about that, I can be clumsy sometimes,” He laughed and bent over to pick up the scrolls off the ground and put them back under his arm. Redheart quickly joined him, going on both of her knees and helping him pick up the scrolls. She got up and gave them to him, not missing a blink of those beautiful eyes of his.
“It’s no problem, really, Spike,” Doctor Redheart said, feeling her heart lift as she said his name.
“You…remember my name?” He seemed surprised.
“Of course, I remember every one of my frequent visiting patients,” She chuckled.
“Yeah, I used to get hurt all the time. Like I said, I can be a bit clumsy,” He laughed along. “Where are you off to?” She was thrown back by the question, and wondered how she should answer it.
“To the castle,” She replied simply with ease.
“The castle? Why?” He furrowed his brows. She walked slowly to him and leaned into his spiky green hair.
“You’ll see soon enough,” She whispered and walked past him. He turned around, bewildered by how close she got and how far she
got in a matter of seconds. And he wondered how one lady could be so attractive.

“Rainbow Dash, like I’ve said many times before, turning the town into a city is something we should be talking about with the mayor,” Twilight sighed and rubbed her temples.
“I knew you were going to say that, and I and Pinkie got the approval on paper!” Rainbow Dash told her proudly, holding out a piece of paper. Twilight raised her brows in surprise and took it, reading it carefully.
“Very impressive. I’m glad you got this. With a signature and everything…” Twilight mumbled.
“See? I told you she’d be impressed!” Rainbow snickered at Pinkie. She rolled her eyes.
“What do you think about the town turning into a city, Twilight?” Pinkie asked her.
“Me? I think it’s a very good idea, recently I’ve heard that Manehatten has expanded its city. And technology as well,” Twilight informed them. “I’m sure that’s the same reason Mayor Mare accepted the suggestion.” Suddenly, the doors to the meeting room were opened slightly and Doctor Redheart came out. “Nurse Redheart?”
“Hello,” Redheart smiled warmly. “And call me Doctor Redheart.”
“What brings you here?” Twilight asked her. Doctor Redheart hid her smug expression and got closer to the circle of seven chairs. She stopped when she was just close enough.
“I’d like some details on the patient, Discord,” Redheart requested.
“Discord?” Twilight scoffed. “He fell from Space, what’s more to know about him?”
“Well, he has the tendency to be a little…suggestive,” Redheart implied.
“No doubt! I can see it in his eyes all the time…” Fluttershy commented.
“These are things that we’d like to hear, Fluttershy!” Rarity gasped. “How long has this been happening?”
“It really isn't a problem, natural if you ask me. It’s just…“ Redheart began, taking a gas mask out of her purse and strapping it to her head, “…He’s very persistent.”
“Um…do excuse me for asking, what is that weird thingy?” Pinkie asked curiously.
“This?” Redheart pointed to her gas mask. “This is a gas mask.”
“Why…Why are you wearing a gas mask?” Twilight questioned her.
“Because of the gas, of course!” Redheart replied.
“What gas?” Rainbow Dash scrunched up her nose. Doctor Redheart took a small, thick disc out of her purse and threw it onto the floor.
“This gas,” She stated simply and green gas shot out of the device, clouding around the room and causing all the elements to cough and soon enough, fall to the floor—unconscious.
