Rocker has just been realised from the juvenile detention center at age fifteen. All he seems to want to do though is go back and is afraid something bad will happen again if he stays in the open world for too long. Until he meets an adorable little filly with lung cancer. He than befriends this filly and tries to keep promises he wants to keep for her. As this goes on he changes and she gains hope.
