A wormhole, also known as an Einstein–Rosen bridge, is a hypothetical topological feature of spacetime that would fundamentally be a "shortcut" through spacetime. A wormhole is much like a tunnel with two ends each in separate points in spacetime.
For a simplified notion of a wormhole, visualize space as a two-dimensional (2D) surface. In this case, a wormhole can be pictured as the 2D surface of a tube that connects different parts of the surface. The mouths of a wormhole are analogous to the holes at either end of the tube in a 2D plane. An actual wormhole would be analogous to this but with the spatial dimensions raised by one, which can be modeled mathematically even if we find it impossible to visualize. For example, instead of circular holes on a 2D plane, a real wormhole's mouths could be spheres in 3D space
Armed to the teeth, razor-sharp mind, and a greed that surpasses a dragon. The band of criminals: Hoxton, Chains, Dallas, and Wolf are on a mission to steal everything they can get their blue gloved hands on. They plan on arriving with no money and leaving with pockets dripping with dollar bills, Benjamin Frankles.
Either they have to stay quiet for all love of god or go in guns flaring up and police falling dead over their shoes, they get the job done somehow or one way. For them it's a means of money, a job. They don't care about the consequences or the karma that lay before them.
All they know is that everything has a price and they will steal it.
Something very strange has occurred, which led to them passing out in their living room of their not so fancy safe house.
They wake up and see this... contorted figure telling them to do something. Steal five jewels and anything else they keep. That's a offer they can't pass up!
After that, This figure promise them immunity from the their tracks as long as they don't get caught in the process of stealing anything.
Dallas being the mastermind he is, couldn't pass up this opportunity for easy money, espically since these ponies are centaries behind their weaponry.
