11:35 a.m.

Phoenix finally had Judge Harshwhinny where he wanted him. Now that Phoenix could see the Psyche locks, he could finally get the information he was seeking.

"Now lets try that again, Your Honor." Phoenix said. "The supposed hostage in this crime is your wife, isn't it?"

"I-I have no clue why you would think that!" Judge Harshwhinny replied. Suddenly he got real serious. "Unless you have proof to base your claims, like a good lawyer should."

"Of course I do!" Phoenix remarked. ("now why would show him I know what I'm talking about?")

"Well Mr. Wright? What proof do you have that the hostage is connected to me?" the Judge asked.

"You've been hanging tightly to the Prosecution the whole trial!" Phoenix said full of confidence. "I bet the deal was 'Give a Guilty verdict and you wife would be set free'!"

With this Judge Harshwhinny fell back, dropping his gavel. As he recovered his composure did as well. One Psyche Lock of the three were gone.

"Very well Mr. Wright, assuming you're correct. Why would the Prosecution go to such lengths to get that verdict?" he asked.

"That's simple." Phoenix said. "The fact that they were disguised as Manfred Von Karma proves it all. They are the real murderer. I found it fishy why Larvia would visit my world just to see some old man rotting in Jail. Then it hit me! If she disappeared and pretended to be the Prosecutor, then the only suspect would Cadance!"

Judge Harshwhinny did not budge to this new information. He stared blankly at Phoenix like his intelligence had been challenged.

"That's fine and dandy Mr. Wright, but if that's the case, why don't I just have the Prosecution put under arrest?" Judge Harshwhinny asked.

"Elementary Dear Judge." Phoenix replied. "Because of who the Prosecution is. Larvia has a whole Kingdom of Followers who would gladly kill you wife in the name of the Queen."

"Errrr." The Judge growled as a second lock broke.

But as one group has success another has failure as Edgeworth was finding out.

Forensics Lab

June 12

11:44 a.m.

As Edgeworth fumbled around with Little Thief, he got more and more irritated with the device.

"ARGGGH! I couldn't use this thing if it meant my life!!!" Edgeworth yelled.

"Maybe I should try?" Luna asked.

"Go for it..." Edgeworth sighed, handing her Little Thief

After a few minutes of Luna tampering with the device, there was a green flash an d Edgeworth and her highness found themselves in a simulation of the crime scene.

"H-how did you...?" Edgeworth questioned.

"Well I just presses these buttons then, poof!" Luna replied.

"Well no matter." Edgeworth said. "Now we can really get to our investigation!"

12:00 a.m.

As far as investigations go, Trixie and Flash's recon mission seemed to not be going as planed.

"Mrs. Harshwhinny are you SURE the Crystal Heart is still here?" Flash asked.

"Bah, you call yourself a member of the Royal Guard? You whine too much!" Mrs. Harshwhinny shot back.

"Errr. Both of you seem to be getting on Trixie's last nerve!!!" Trixie exclaimed. "If you two don't quite down, we'll get caught!"

Suddenly they heard a conversation in the distance and decided to eavesdrop.

"Shhh. Do you hear that?" Trixie asked. "You there. Useless Guard!"

"I have a name you know, pal..." Flash sighed.

"Oh I'm sorry, you must have Trixie confused with somepony that gives a shit." Trixie said. "Now do you have anything that could be used to record this talk?"

"That kinda hurt, pal..." Flash replied. "Here all Guards are issued tape recorders for interrogations."

"Well well, maybe you're not as useless as I thought." Trixie smirked.

*Conversation Is Being Recorded.*

"You're a fool!!!" Larvia shouted.

"ME?!" Chrysalis yelled in reply. "This was your plan!!!"

"Whatever...so where is the Crystal Heart now?" Larvia asked.

"In the Deeper Chambers." Chrysalis replied. "So now that you are a potential suspect, I'm sure a new prosecutor will need to be instated, hm?"

"More than likely..." Larvia said. "All I want is for the Heart to be hidden somewhere Mr. Trite won't find it."

"It will be done." Chrysalis said.

*End Of Tape.*

"Dammit, it's full!" Trixie yelled. "Never mind. It should still be amble evidence for Mr. Wrong..."

"Trixie take the tape and Mrs. Harshwhinny back to Canterlot." Flash said.

"Oh and what are you going to do?" Trixie asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I'm going to get the Crystal Heart back, pal." Flash answered.

12:30 a.m.

"Alright Judge Harshwhinny." Phoenix said. "Are you ready top tell me everything you know about this crime?"

"You've forgotten one thing Mr. Wright." The Judge replied. "How can you be sure the hostiage is my wife. She could be a sister, mother, etc."

"Maybe it's because I'm right here!" Shouted a voice.

"Oh no..." Judge Harshwhinny sighed and his last lock broke.

"Being interrogated by a lowly, un-stylistic, and very unprofessional defense attorney!?" Mrs. Harshwhinny asked. "Yes that must be that foolish fool Phoenix Wright. Of all the foolishly foolish fools in the foolishly foolish world and I end up with the most foolish fool of all the fools for a husband!"

("My God it's like Mrs. Oldbag and Franszika Von Karma had a love child, er pony...") Phoenix sighed.

"And Boom the Great and Powerful Trixie has done it again!!!' Trixie shouted. "Yes it was I that saved this poor mare from her captives!!! Oh and this too."

Trixie handed Phoenix the tape recorder.

"A recorded conversation from our suspect herself.

"HUZZAH!!! THE EVIDENCE HAS BEEN DOUBLED!!!" Luna shouted as she to walked into the room. Edgeworth not too far behind.

"Yes, quite..." He added. "Wright it seems our killer used a bag to catch the blood from the stab wound."

"Oh?" Phoenix asked.

"Well we ran a simulation of the attack and that is the only scenario that makes sense." Edgeworth answered.

"Good thinking Edgeworth." Phoenix said.

"Wright why do you have your fist out stretched towards me?" Edgeworth asked.

"It's a bro-hoof, Mr. Edgey." Dash said. "Why you gotta be so serious all the time."

"I'l just take a "thank you"." Edgeworth said.

"Oh come on loosen up Mr. Edgeworth!!!" Luna said wrapping her hoof around him. "Embrace the fun, I for one, love fun."

"HAHA I got it! I got it!" Flash Sentry yelled as he ran off with the Crystal Heart. "This will have to prove to Princess Twilight that I'm brave and awesome, and totally her type! Believe it, pal!"

But what Flash didn't know is that being that loud, draws attention to oneself.
