Brass Tacks is one tough lunar pegasus. He's quick, he's clever, he's resourceful, and he is Princess Celestia's most trusted scout. So when Princess Celestia hears troubling reports of something along the southern border, she sends Brass Tacks off to investigate what the trouble might be.
