Molotov Flare was a lot of things. A two bit hood, a crime boss, a son, and even a lover at one point. Still, his life is one worth hearing about. It's worth hearing about because Las Pegasus isn't a kind place. It's the kind of place that either produces a decent business pony, or a decent crook. In his case it produced an excellent criminal.
