After an augmentation program went wrong due to unforeseen consequences, Rarity and Luna's new "magical" powers rendered them mentally unstable and turned them into the evil NightMares.

Finally caught by the government, the United Terran Federation has sent a Commissar to give the two women an ultimatum. Use their powers to serve the greater good of humanity, or face the firing squad.

While the Commissar certainly doesn't trust the women, the Nightmares have agreed to reform, but there's just one issue. In order to "turn to the good side", they must receive true love's bliss, and what better way to achieve that than through good old fashioned love making?

Naturally, the NightMares have their eyes on the Commissar, and the Federation is forcing him to comply. He'll do what he must, for the greater good.
