Top Dash

Rainbow Dash watched in horror as her last non-Pegasus friend was thrown into a cloud cage. She knew this wasn't fair. Twilight was royalty, for pony's sake! Shouldn't she be granted a pass?

Rainbow Dash dove into the crowd, looking for the one that had captured Twilight. She had purposely gone waaaaaaaaaaayyy high up, so she could perform a Double Rainboom. She had taken Twilight's enhancing potion, and she didn't care if she was transported to another dimension. She was the Element of Loyalty, and that meant being loyal to her friends.

Rainbow Dash spotted the one who captured Twilight, and dove straight for him. She was building speed, the pressure upon her. The tears were coming out of her eyes, and yet she was still going.

But amidst all this, she noticed somepony watching her. It was the commander. But Rainbow Dash shrugged it off and went toward her target. Then, she noticed for the first time that he was actually heading towards the commander. She didn't care. The one directing it all deserved to get this, too. When he finally reached the commander, that's when Rainbow Dash completed it. The extra surge of power she got from the boom was put to good use, as she landed on top of both the commander and the Pegasus. But Rainbow Dash couldn't slow down, and she crashed right into the portal that she didn't know where it went.
