A Rainbows Heart A Cupcake Story

Pinkie pie awoke to Celestia's sun on her face she was in a neck bras she didn't like waring it she was in a room all by her self witch was wearied because they usually have two beds and a room mate.  a nurse walked in she looked a little afraid of pinkie she had a white cote and a bubble gum pink main and her cutie mark was a red plus and heart all around it.  Pinkie sort of remembered this mare Pinkie spoke up and broke the silence between them "hay I know you your nurse red heart right, can you tell me what happened to me I cant seam to remember anything fro the past week and I'm a little confused" pinkie said.

   " Um I-I  um I-I'm really not up to code to tell you this stuff only the doctor can tell you I'm just hear to check on you" the nurse said.

"oh ok, well are my friends hear one is an alicorn two are earth ponies"? pinkie asked.

" yes" nurse read heart said.

" well can you go get my alicorn friend for me" pinkie asked.

"Um um I-I um-" nurse red heart was cut off by pinkie.

  "Your afraid of me aren't you, you now what iv been doing don't you, that's why I'm hear right" pinkie said.

"I-I will go get you friend" nurse red heart said a little nervously and speed out the door.  pinkie sat there and looked down  as the door closed.

"maybe every one will hate me when i get back to pony vile" Pinkie said to herself.

    Nurse red heart walked down to the waiting room where all he girls where sleeping fluttershy was on the couch with a hospital blanket that the nurses where happy to give all of them, apple jack was on the floor rarity was on the couch with flluttershy spike was also there he was on the floor below rarity and twilight looked like she fell asleep on top of a daring do book.  Nurse red heart walked up to twilight and nudged her "ecus me princess your friend pinkie pie is requesting your presence in her room" nurse read heart said.

  twilight looked up at the nurse  "uh ok, and pleas you don have to call me princess you can call me twilight if you want" twilight said as she wiped the sleep out of her eyes.

"alright twilight follow me" red heart said.

   As they walked down the hallway twilight started to notice that the walls where different then the other rooms and hallways she looked twords red heart and stated to speak "iv never seen this part of the hospital is this new"? twilight asked.

  "no we have had this part of the hospital for quite some time it for the mentally ill patients"red heart said.

  "oh uh ok" twilight said.

    Red heart stopped infrot of a door labeled patient 173 and next to i was a sine that said sentient and violent.  twilight looked a red heart what does i mean by sentient and violent" twilight asked.  Red heart looks at twilight giving her an i don't know look.

" i always believed that it means that she is mentally ill and she is violent" read heart said.  Read heart opened the door with a key card that said level 2 on it twilight thought for a moment "'I will have to ask more about this stuff later".  As the door opened twilight saw pinkie pie she was waring a neck brace and had a bandig around her head that had a small red spot on it, twilight walked in the first thing pinkie did was smile.

     "twilight, you have no idea how boring i is hear and this neck brace is to tight and my head really really hurts and- "pinkie was cut of by twilight putting a hoof over her mouth "Uh red heart can you at least take he neck brace of of her and can you give her headache pills or something ?" twilight asked.  "the only way we are aloud to take the neck brace off is if her neck isn't broken any more and judging by her ex-rays she is no shape to even walk so no we can not take it off, and I am not otherwise to give her any medicine" red heart said "alright, pinkie is there anything that you waned to talk about" twilight asked. um ye there is but um................ nurse red heart can you go um you now away this is kind of private" pinkie said. "um of cores" and with hat nurse read heart left.

    " Ok pinkie pie what do you want to talk about" twilight asked.

    " well twilight do you remember when we all defeated nightmare moon well when we had the party for luna i remembered what the everfree forest looked like and i went back to see if it was as scary as we though it was and when i when there i saw thees things it looked like party things so i went over there and when i did the party suplys turned into something that looked really reallly big i looked lie nightmare moon but it was pure black all of it and it had green eyes-"

    'Flashback'

   "pinkie pie"

   "hu how do you know my name i mean a lot of ponies know my name i mean heck all of pony vile knows my name but iv never met you before so who are you?"

   "I am a nightmare, i am the thing that tuck over luna 1000 years ago."

    " well you a big meany." pinkie said

    "now, now pinkamena diane pie hear me out how would you like to see you friends wingles, hornles and with no cuty marks dont you think that sounds delightful" the nightmare said.

   "no it sounds tarible i don't want to see my friends hurt".

   "hurt,............ hurt, three of you friends are more than hurt do you want to see their story's lets start with the yellow one we all know she was bulled but did you know she was suicidal" the monster said.

   "oh no i didnt know that" i wont show you all of their storys i will show you glimpses of them i will leave it to you friends to tell you the rest, now to the orange one she lost her parents when she was young and you rainbow friend............ well................. her parents didnt treat her that well" the nightmare said.

   " wait what do you mean her parents didnt treat her that well?" pinkie asked

   " enuff chit chat time is BLOOD"

the monster rased twordes pinkie and in-golfed her in a black substince her eyes glowed green her cote turned black her hair whent black with pink stripes and flat and then all of a sudden her cote wen't back to pink and her hair was puffy again and her eyes went blue once again.

    " wha- what just happened?" pinkie asked

    " you will see pinkie pie you will see" a voice wispered.

    " im geting out ah hear" pinke said and ran for the exit of the forest.

  Twilight looked at pinkie as if pinkie wherent being serous. " pinkie do you really expect me to beleve that story" twiight said as she started to walk away.

"wait i can prove that its true just go get all the girls and see if they will let rainbow out of her room for awhile" pinkie said.

     " uh ok pinkie but if this is just one of your tricks i sware i will- ".

    " twilight pleas trust me" pinkie said, with that twilight whent to get the girls.
