A Rainbows Heart A Cupcake Story

Once rainbow and soarin got to his house they started unloading things and putting them in the spare room.  Rainbow picked up her gala dress and looked at the back of it the hols for her wings where still there she would have to ask rarity to fix that, she folded up the dress and set put it in the closet that was provided for her.  The last thing rainbow went down to get was her best young flyers competition crown, she looked at it for a bite and the went up stars and put it in the closet, to her that crown was a reminder that she used to be able to fly and she didn't want to see it.  Rainbow looked at her self in the mirror, she would remember all the things that her om said about her, one was that she said every time she looked at her she saw her father and that was always a good thing

"Oh rainbow, you look just like your father" her mother firefly said.

"mom you won't forget him will you" rainbow asked.

"How can I, when i look at you i see him" firefly said as she hugged her daughter.

Rainbow had tears in her eyes she let one flow freely as she looked in the mirror.  she was brought out of her trance by soarin.

"Hay you okay" soarin asked.

Rainbow wiped a tear from her eye "Yeah I'm fine, just looking into a memory of my mom" rainbow said.

"Oh okay well lunch is ready if you hungry" soarin said.

"Okay I'll be down in a second" rainbow said.  She looked herself over one last time and went down stairs to join soarin for lunch.

"salad with carrots" soarin said handing rainbow a plate of salad.

"looks good, thanks" rainbow said.

"your welcome" soarin said as he started to eat his salad.

"once they where done eating rainbow got up and went over to the couch and sat down, soarin joined her and sat next to her, they sat there in silence for awhile till soarin spoke up.

"Do you want to talk about anything?" soarin asked.

"No, not really" rainbow said.

"Well how about we talk about each other, I'll tell you about me and you tell me about you" soarin said.

"Well there isn't that much to talk about me" rainbow said.

"Are you kidding me your rainbow dash don't you have anything about your self" soarin said

Rainbow glared at him "Soarin you know well what happened to me when i was younger, I was 18 when i got out of the orphanage  im 22 know iv only been in pony ville for 4 years, there isn't that much to talk about" rainbow said.

"Well how about when you where in the orphanage, anything there?" Soarin asked.

Rainbow put her head down and put her ears to her head, "Well there is one thing" Rainbow said.

"Well what is it?" soarin said.

"Well, when my step-dad beat me he also raped me, and that got me pregnant" Rainbow said.  Soarin looked at rainbow in surprise.

"So- so you have a daughter, or son?" soarin asked.

"Daughter, yeah" Rainbow said.

"whats her name" soarin asked.

"Her name is Scootaloo" Rainbow said.

"Why don't you go and tell her that your her mom" Soarin said.

"yeah i gess I could do that" Rainbow said.

"all right lets go" soarin said.

  An orange filly raced passed the two pony's ad wet back to the two pony's. "Hay rainbow dash, you wanna see my new trick?" scootaloo asked.

"Actually kid i came to talk to you" rainbow said.

"Okay, what do you want to talk about?" scootaloo asked.

"i think its best if we go inside first" rainbow said

"Okay, follow me" scootaloo said. The where closer to the club house so they went in there.

"Okay so what did you want to talk about?" scootaloo asked.

"Scoots you know your adopted right?" rainbow asked. scootaloo gave a small nod saying yes.  " Well the reason you never meat your really mother is because she wanted to keep it a secret from you on who she was, and scootaloo im so,so ,so sorry iv lied to you all thes years and i thought know would be the best time to tell you, scootaloo im your really mother" rainbow said waiting to hear screaming from the filly but insted she felt a hug.  Scootaloo had wraped her hofs around rainbow and cried but with tears of joy.

"Scoots your not mad at me for lying to you?" rainbow asked.

"Mad, why would i be mad, im meting my real mom why would i be mad about that" scootaloo said tears rolling down her face.  Rainbow let her tears flow freely and hugged scootaloo back.

"hay kid that scooter you have, i got that for you i just didnt put my name on it so that way you didn't know i gave it to you" rainbow said. from behind the mother and daughter was soarin who was smiling and had some tears in his eyes, he looked down at scootaloo and thought about his sister, he soon wiped the tears away and went over to the two and wiped the tears off of both of their faces.

"Okay kow that, that is delt with why dont all of us go and get some ice cream" soarin said, scootaloo put a huge smile on her face cus she loved ice cream.

"Okay lets go" rainbow said.

"hear kid why dont you climb on my back and I'll cary you there" soarin said.  scootaloo climed up on soarins back and smiled, this was the grates day of her life.

  "Okay, okay hears another joke why is the poler bears feet so cold?"rainbow said in a funny way. the two pegusis pony's thought for a moment and then both of them shrugged.

"because it was beer footed" rainbow said and both pony's laughed.

"Okay scoots your home I'll see you tomorow" rainbow said, scootaloo jumped of of soarins back and went to rainbow first and gave her a hug.

"thaks for today......mom" scootaloo siad and ran inside her house.  Rainbow had tears in her eyes but she wiped them away.

"well we beter get going to our date tonight fluttershy has probably got it all set up for us" rainbow said.

"yeah lets go" soarin said.once they got there fluttershy had set everything up, they whent over and sat down, the sun hadent quit set yet so they had time.

"wow remind me to thank your friend after this" soarin said.

"so soarin, how have you been for the past couple years?" rainbow asked.

"well pretty good it's just it hasnt been the same without you" soarin said, he, spitfire and rainbow had been good friends at flight camp.

"Yeah same hear it just wasn't the same without you and spitfire" rainbow said. "speeking of why did you move to pony ville?" rainbow asked.

"oh i just wanted to get away from all the fans, and hear no one knows what i look like under the sute, so im free to do what ever i want without bein swormed by fans" soarin said.

"Oh, okay that makes sence" rainbow said.

"hay look the sun is setting" soarin said.  Rainbow leaned into soarin and he put his head to hers and then looked at each other, they leaned closer and closer together utill soarin close the gap in betwen them and they where sharing ther first kiss, rainbow savered the moment cus it was the first time she had actually kissed somepony.  The two broke apart and looked at each other again.

"i love you rainbow, you are my first love" soarin said.

"I love you too soarin" rainbow said.
