Twilight is stabbed, kicked, and punched by a mysterious 'illegal' alicorn in a cloak, wanting 'revenge'.
Twilight, with only a few hours of breaths left, gets rushed to Canterlot hosptial by her friends.
Will she find out who her mysterious attacker is, before it's too late?
