When Can I Go Back Home?

"Leo?" Lightning said again.

The pony was still struggling to get out of the tree and at the same time, staring at Lightning.

"Uh, I'm sorry but, I don't think I know you.... and I don't know how I ended up in a tree...."

How is he here? Did he have some special connection to get from Chicago to... wait, CHICAGO! How am I gonna get home? And why is he still staring at me? Aww man, am I blushing?!

Leo finally got out of the tree and landed on his hooves.

"Leo, it's me, Skyler. Skyler Universe. Remember me?"

Leo looked up at her, surprised that he didn't know it was her voice.

"Skyler? How? Whaaaa?????"

Lightning smiled, "Eeyup."

"How did I get here?"

"I dunno but I wanna get back to Chicago."

"Um, where am I? This place.... it looks... familiar...."

Leo was busy looking around so he didn't hear what Lightning said.

Lightning smiled even more, happy to know he's still a brony, "Ponyville. Oh, and you're a pony... well, a pegasi."

Leo started jumping, "Oh My Gurd! I'M ACTUALLY HERE?!"

"Yeh."

As Lightning talked with Leo, she didn't realize Rainbow and Twi were watching them. Along with Rarity.

"Ooooohhhh, cute! I think Lightning has a coltfriend!" Rarity squealed.

"But, how did he get here? And, Lightning didn't tell me her real name!" Twilight whisper-shouted.

"Uh... they're leaving Twi." Rainbow interrupted.*

"Huh?" Twilight said, noticing Lightning and Leo walking away.

Dash was about to go after them but Twilight stopped her.

"Let them be together for a while, Dash. I'm going to research on Chicago."

Lightning and Leo have always been best friends. People would always tease them and say they were dating. But, nah. They're just really good friends. Their friendship is really strong, so that's why people always tease them.

"Sky, how did you get here?"

Lightning pondered for a moment, trying to remember.

"Oh! I had this dream and then, that's when I ended up here. Well, in a hospital."

"You were in a hospital?! Are you ok?!" Leo said, worried.

"Duh, of course I was ok!"

"Oh, uh, I knew that...."

Lightning smiled and saw Leo's cheeks turn pink.

Leo quickly looked away from her, realizing his cheeks were heating up.

Lightning also blushed and looked away.

It was that awkward silent moment when you don't know if you should talk first.

"Let's get something to eat, 'cuz I'm hungry!" Leo said breaking the silence.

Lightning nodded in agreement, "Kay kay."

Lightning and Leo headed to SCC, aka Sugar Cube Corner.

"A sweet shop?"

Lightning nodded, "Eeyup! The sweets are awesome! Just try not to get a sugar rush."
