Luna's Destiny

"Princess Cadence, by all means, how are you going to help me?" Luna asked, obviously confused.

"Why, the Royal Hospital, of course!" Cadence answered back cheerfully.

"Well, at least you're all cheerful and happy...." Luna said, hanging her head down slightly.

"Luna, Cadence?" The Royal Guards are here to escort us to the Hospital". Celestia said, calling to the two Alicorn friends of hers.

"Coming!" Let's go, Luna?" Cadence said, running up to her Aunt.

Once they arrived to the Hopsital, Celestia noticed that Luna had a strange look on her already unhappy face.

"Dear Sister, Luna, are you alright?" Celestia asked, giving her sister a concerned look.

"Yes.... Just... Just worried, that's all....." Luna answered, nuzzling her elder sister.

Once the entered, all of the ponies inside bowed to them immediately.

"No time for bowing, I kindly ask you to escort us to a room, it's for my sister, Luna". Celestia said.

"Yes, of- of course, your Majesty." Replied a purple, blue maned pony.

"Thank you, Violet Skies?" Celestia said kindly.

"Sit down please, Princess Luna?" Asked Violet Skies, smiling heartfully.

"Umm, alright...?" Luna replied, sitting down in a blue cushioned armchair.

"So, Princess Luna, what may be wrong?" Asked Violet.

"Well, as long as you don't, tell... Anypony else, I'll tell you, alright?" Luna asked, nervously.

"Why, of course, anything for the Princess.

"I'm.... Pregnant........" Luna said, barely a whisper.

Violet gasped, but her face soon changed into a giant smile.

"Oh, my!"

"But- Luna cut her off.

"I need to know when it is due, and what race it might or, may be?" Luna asked, grateful that Violet hadn't taken it seriously.

"Well, come with me, Violet asked, walking to the other side of the room, heading towards a blank white screen.

"Sit down, again please?" She asked.

Luna sat down, nervously smiling at both Cadence and Celestia.

"Now, I need you to lay down on your side, Princess?' Asked Violet.

"Okay."

Violet left the room for a couple minutes before returning with a round object.

"Hold still?"

Luna layed completely still, as Violet put the object onto her stomach.

"Oh, good.... Excellent!" Violet looked up from her work, and smiled.

"It's due in three months!" Violet said  obviously extreamly happy.

"Three months!!???" Luna gulped.

"And?..." Celestia asked, pointing out Luna's other previous questions.

"It's a girl, and an Alicorn!!!" Violet, said, patting Luna's back.

Once the three Alicorn returned to the Castle, Luna's face was more anxious than worried, but still worried.

"Luna, it'll all be okay.." Cadence said, hugging her friend tightly.

"But I only have two months to prepare, what if I'm not prepared by that point in time?" Luna asked, not thinking about the positives at that moment.

"We'll  help you, don't worry yourself to death, and promise me one thing, you'll, tell us when you need us, okay?"

"Luna's face lit up slightly, and she ran over to hug the pink Alicorn tightly once more.

"Your the best friend I shall ever have, thus I do promise that I shall tell you when I need help." Luna said, tearfully.

"Thank you, Luna".....
