It's a late night and I got an idea. What if Chrysalis sought a different thrall before Shining Armor. What if said Thrall was Canterlots most eligible bachelor and best prince. If so why did she leave said prince? An attempt to make the two seem like a better pony/changeling. It's just a one-shot but I do actually got an idea to run this longer, it depends on how well this gets received.
