The Golden Kingdom

When Twilight, Pinkie pie, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow dash, and Rarity returned to Ponyville they went on with their normal routines and jobs. One day when Rainbow Dash was working on her weather job she was assigned to get rid of a stray lighting cloud near the lake about a couple hundred feat in the air. She figured since she dealt with lightning clouds before and flew even higher than the cloud was said to be the job would be finished in a short amount of time so she head out to where the cloud was and started to think about ways to get rid of the cloud. She just tried to buck it, when it didn't budge she bucked it even harder making a lightning volt to come out of it and strike the lake below it sending energy throughout the entire bed of water. The third buck was the hardest shes ever had to kick a cloud but when she struck the cloud it zapped her, she was still conscious but wasn't able to move her wings! When she started to fall she thought quickly and came up with the idea to land in the water, it would hurt she thought but she would still be safe. So she aimed for the water, she did land successfully in the water but the energy and electricity from the volt was strong enough to still be in the water! She then felt the energy run through her she kicked and struggled to get out but she was in the near center of the lake so she was stuck. When she was struggling she saw a bright light heading towards her and as all this was happening she saw her whole life play out in front of her. She saw herself first learning to fly, she saw herself creating her first sonic rainboom, the very last thing she saw was her friends and herself together in a loving group hug. Then she stopped struggling and shut her eyes letting the bright light consume her, and with that she died.

After a few hours the other weather Pegasi began to wonder where Rainbow Dash was, they knew she would never quit early on a job so they sent out search parties to look for her what they found shocked and crushed them, they found Rainbow's body floating in the water belly up. They fished her out and got her body to the hospital. All her friends were at the hospital waiting for the results for what condition their dear friend was in.

The doctor came out with a saddening face and reported "I'm sorry, we tried everything we could but we... Just couldn't save her."

"What! No!" yelled Applejack with a trembling voice, "She can't be dead sh-shes to strong!" With tears in her eyes Applejack trembled down Rarity comforting her the best she could without crying but couldn't help it she started crying with Applejack.

Pinkie Pie turning a dark pink and her hair turning less curly said "B-but shes Rainbow Dash sh-she can't d-die."

Twilight trying to comfort Pinkie said "She was the strongest but she was still like you and me Pinkie, s-still able to... Pass on." Twilight and her friends hugging each other trying to keep some comfort in such a saddening situation. The rest of the night was silent and depressing. A few week later the funeral of Rainbow Dash was held at the center of town everypony attended this for she contributed to the town in all the ways possible. And it was that night that confirmed Rainbow Dash the sporty, arrogant but caring pony was now in the golden kingdom of their god or goddess.
