Tyme Lapse is a complicated creature, if creature he is. He was wrougt from a bout of chaos brought about by discord in a time long since past. While creature born of chaos he is, the manner of chaos is so unpredictable, sometimes he's even anti-chaotic. After ,in a tragic accident, he sank a continent (I blame Luna) he was sent by Celestia to a world without magic inhabited by humans. He then brought him self back ,by means of chaos, through the 4th dimension, gaining power over a fourth of the multiverse and coming to live in ponyville; because thats where all the fun is.
