Luna glanced at her sister as their chariot flew across the sky towards Ponyville. The moon shone brightly down on them as they weaved their way among the scattered clouds that remained from the day's rainfall over the Canterlot region, but she was used to the Pegasus of Cloudsdale letting matters with them slide for a while before the bothered to clean up. The breeze that went through her mane, however, was almost exclusively because of the movements of the chariot as they flew along.
With the strange behavior of the nobles and lords as of late, she should surely place a higher priority over some trip to see Rarity. Yet her big sister insisted that the trip was worth all of the trouble, and even went to the point of having Luna come there wearing nothing but a full length black cloak. With her generous breasts, she was having just a little keeping it closed as the wind whipped around her.
She glanced at Celestia and noticed that she was wearing naught but a plain white dress herself. It seemed odd that she would not wear anything to contain her even larger royal breasts, and the wind whipping through her all too short skirt told her that she wore naught in the way of panties either.
Perhaps the stress of ruling Canterlot in such trying times was finally getting to her. She had a stressful attack against the Diamond Dog's mine-fortress to save Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends from their clutches. The notion that her precious Twilight was raped and left for dead surely stressed her out as much as anything she could have imagined. Then she had to make a considerable dedication of resources to ship load after load of instant nursing formula to the mines plus a huge financial investment in having mining golems created to replace the lost slaves they liberated from the mines.
On top of that, a whole new community just for the dogs that chose to leave the mines was being set up between the outskirts of Ponyville and the Everfree Forest, and there was ponies that needed to supervise the whole deal until the dogs were ready and willing to manage their own affairs. Yet is was rather difficult to find any pony she knew and trusted enough to take responsibility for such a trying and patience testing task... Yes, Pinkie Pie immediately offered her services, but was told that a number of others had to be... interviewed first... as the most qualified had to be selected for the task. It of course was Royal Doublespeak for, 'Not you, not ever!' Hopefully nopony explained that part.
But then there was some nights each week where Celestia insisted she remain undisturbed ALL night in her private chambers. She insisted unless the moon was falling from the sky or some similar world-ending crisis, there would be HARSH penalties for any who tried to disturb her. That even applied to her beloved little sister. It seemed odd that Celestia insist she be dragged to Ponyville when this was one of her normal 'DO NOT DISTURB' nights.
Luna looked down over the side as they flew on. Woodlands, creeks and hills all passed underneath as she tried to piece together what was going on apparently all around her.
She nearly jumped out of her hide as Celestia wrapped her arms about her, one high enough on her chest to lift her breasts, and the other slipping under the cloak to rest just about her crotch. With her hug, she could feel Celestia's breasts getting mooshed against her back and wings.
"We still do not understand, big..." she began.
"When you see the wonder that Miss Rarity has prepared for you," whispered Celestia into her ear, "ALL shall be revealed. By then, you shall understand what all the fuss has been about."
"You're evasiveness is becoming worrisome to us," she replied, "This thing you're taking us too... it almost sounds... like something... *nefarious.***"
"NEFARIOUS?!" she asked, "Seriously, little sister?"
"You're right, of course," replied Luna as she looked away to hide her blush, "It must be those novels I've read where the heroine is whisked away by someone she trusts into some devious trap. We are sorry."
Celestia just laughed as she continued to hold Luna tightly. As she did so, one arm slipped up to lift her breasts higher as the other hand slipped lower towards her crotch. She could feel her big sisters's breasts getting pressed tighter against her back and wings as she began to grow embarrassed. In fact, they were getting lifted high enough that they were threatening to pop right out of her cloak.
She looked about, grateful that the Guards were not around to see Celestia carrying on so, and that the winged horses pulling the chariot were only interested in doing their jobs.
"I CAN SEE PONYVILLE NOW, MY MARE-LADIES!" called the lead puller.
"Take us to the place called the Carousel Boutique," called Celestia, "We shall not need you to return until tomorrow morning, but be here promptly once the sun rises."
"You won't lower the moon and raise the sun from the customary platform?!"
"Not this time," she replied, "There are things that are... too important. I'm sure they'll all understand if we miss the formal pomp and ceremony... once in a while."
"Of course, mare-lady," he replied, "Of course."
"We are now truly worried, little sister, about what could be so impor..."
But Celestia simply hushed her with one finger as she lifted her arm from underneath Luna's boobs. They settled back down so that they were firmly covered by the cloak once more.
"Trust big sister," she cooed in her ear, "It shall be... grand."
The chariot began circling down as the spire of the boutique came into Luna's view. Celestia returned her arm to grip her chest, yet this time, she seemed intent on hugging her so Luna's arms were pinned. She stepped out, all but pushing Luna ahead of her as the chariot flew off back towards Canterlot.
"This is getting to be too much for us, big sister!" called Luna, "We *demand** an explanation of this at once!*"
Celestia moved towards the door as it opened, and they both could see Rarity. She seemed to be wearing a cloak similar to that of Luna, but in pearl white. Luna could see under the shifting cloak, and had to wonder if she was wearing anything underneath the flowing cloak either.
"Welcome dahlings!" she called, "Come in and have some lovely tea before we begin... the fitting."
Luna had to wonder about the slanted grin on her face.
