Someone in Canterlot is a spy for the Diamond Dogs, yet Celestia acts strangely. Can somepony get to the bottom of things?

Ever since their… adventures with the Diamond Dogs, somepony in Canterlot has been acting on their behalf. A growing number of ponies have been seen acting strangely. Many of them the nobles themselves. Yet Celestia seems to have some sort of need to drag Luna all the way to Ponyville to see Rarity about some 'special fitting' she keeps carrying on about. Could Miss Rarity have some kind of key to unlocking the mystery at Canterlot, or is her opinion just one key… of several?
