He fell from the stars!

"What are you talking about Apple Jack, there's no way this is the same little colt we found last night ?" Rainbow Dash says as she looked over Red.

They all circled Red examining him from head to hoof to see if there were any similarities between him and the baby colt they found last night. Red felt very nervous with everyone crowded around him. They were all poking and prodding him with their hooves, Pinkie Pie was poking him the most until she found a sweet tickle spot. Once she found it, she kept tickling him until he fell over laughing holding his stomach. He wasn't feeling so nervous anymore as he got up from the floor still smiling and grinning.

"Well whoever he is, he sure is ticklish." Said Pinkie Pie.

"There has to be some explanation for this, there is no way this colt is the same one from last night!" Said Twilight. "There just has to be."
"I know, let's take him back to the hospital to clear this up. If he is really the same colt we found last night then the doctors there should be able to tell if he's the same colt we brought there last night."

"That's a great idea Twilight, that way we can plan a big party for all the birthdays he's missed by growing up too fast." Pinkie Pie said as she scooped up Red in a big hug. As they were all headed out of the castle Pinkie decided to ask some questions of her own, that way she can throw the best party ever. "So what kind of icing do you like on your cake?"

"Icing? Cake? Are those food, are they delicious?" Red said as everyone halted to a stop. They all just stared at Pinkie as she looked astounded that someone has never tasted cake before. "What did I say something wrong?"

"No, it's just we've never met anypony who's never had cake before, especially from one Pinkie." Said Apple Jack.

As they all made their way over to the hospital everyone could see the gears in Pinkie's head turning and turning trying to find a way to throw a perfect party for a pony who's never had cake before. She knew that this would be one of her toughest challenges yet, but being the number one party planner, she had to do her job of making sure that Red would have the best time of his life.

They entered the hospital yet a second time in such a short time as they were greeted by a nurse at the front desk. "Hello again, what brings you here again Princess Twilight?"

"Please just call me Twilight. We are here to see the doctor who helped us last night." Twilight said.

"Ok, I'll page him for you, just wait over there in the lobby." The nurse said.

Five minutes passed really quickly as the doctor came out to greet them. "Ahh Princess Twilight, it's nice to see you again, I hope that foal you brought in last night is ok."

"Well that is why we are here for doctor. We want you test this little colt here." Twilight says as she points to Red.

"Well, well who do we have here?" He asks as he leans down to get a better view. "I know it is not my place to question a princess, but why are you bringing me all these children for check-ups?" "Are you a foal sitter or what?" He said jokingly.

"No, no nothing like that, just I need you to perform the same tests on this colt here." Twilight said.

"Ok ,ok sorry for pulling your hoof, it is just not everyday we get a visit from royalty. Now if you will follow me, um I did quite catch your name young fellow."

"My name is Red."

"Ok Red just follow me and we will get started." He motioned toward the double doors.

Red went along with the doctor not knowing what kind of tests he was going to perform, but if Twilight trusts him so should he. That is what he thought anyways. As they disappeared behind the doors, Twilight's brain started to go in to overdrive trying to figure out what in the world was going on.

"Hopefully these tests will help me come up with a theory of what it is." Twilight says as she wonders about the room.

"What, what is?" Applejack asked.

"Red."

"He is not an it Twilight, he is a pony just like us." Applejack reminded her.

"Are sure about that Aj, if he is the same colt from last night then there is no way he is a normal pony." Twilight says.

"Twilight you already know a pony that is not normal."

"Who are you talking about?" Twilight asked.

All that Applejack did was point to the pink earth pony currently halfway buried in a couch in the lobby area.

"Pinkie! What are you doing?" Twilight asked.

"Duh, I'm couch diving for treasure. I've only found four bits and a paperclip but I think there is more down deep." Pinkie says as she takes a deep breath and disappears in to the couch.

"Ok, you got me there Applejack , but you got to admit there is something strange about Red."

"I'm not saying that there is nothing strange about him sugacube , but he is a scared little colt that needs our support right now untill we can figure this out."

"Your right Applejack, but i just can't help feel thag there are some strange powers at work here."

At that moment the doors open with Red walking through with the doctor scratching his head while looking confused while looking at a clip board he had levetating in front of him.
