Warships from Both the Republic and the Empire; The Freedom’s Progress and the Deceiver, investigated and attempted to breach the shield but to no avail as their ships disintegrated on the shield: There were no survivors. Scans of the Barrier appear to show it expanding and will overlap the nearest 3 Sectors in less than a week; thankfully all Sectors currently affected are uninhabited. Official reports by both the Republic; by Supreme Commander Rans, and the Empire; by Grand Moff Rycus Kilran, indicate that this shield has no visible power signature but a high force presence. With already high tensions on the Outer Rim, how will the Galaxy be affected by what’s behind this Barrier, and what will happen next. GHN Report: BZ-13.”

HOLONET BLOG: Day 1025 Soldier on Balmorra- By TroopaCroot773

Recently; if you have been watching the Holonet, you’d have seen the news of a Barrier appearing and taking out an entire Sector. Does this strike anyone as Strange? Sure does me as no-one has claimed responsibility for these attacks. Neither resistance, nor the Advozse Hegemony has the power for such a shield and the Neither the Empire or Republic have done it, so who would? Gaahh, this situation is so tense that the Treaty of Coruscant might just be destroyed by the arrival of this shield. This day has already been bad enough: Resistance Fighters on Balmorra made a push on Sobrik today; Varry got shot in the arm.  Anyone have any Ideas?

Post-A Glorious Di’Kut: No Ideas sorry, but your right about the tensions. Just today, Mandalore the Vindicated called for us to arm up and prepare for war. Post- Nobility’n’Gunz: And I thought living on Alderaan during a civil war is bad. Looks like Balmorra could use some reinforcement to deal with those Separatists. This Barrier is weird though, the fucking Advozse Hegemony DIDN’T claim responsibility? I would think that the guys who threw Asteroids at planets would like to at least claim that they had a shield that disintegrated Thranta-Classes and Terminus-Classes. This Barrier; I think maybe it’s a ploy by the good old Sith Empy’ to force the Republic to surrender completely. Post- G8R-12V War Droid: Oh this news has my Logic Processers running at 100% capacity and my photoreceptors locked on the news. I am quite surprised at what this entails though; an Energy Shield that can disintegrate a Terminus-Class Warship on touch would be useful to the Empire. I’ll have to figure that one out. Wonder where Raving Mad Ithorian is though, he’s usually the first to comment on your blog. Well, if this Shield gets too out of hand we could always hit it with a fleet of Harrowers. First Fucking Rogun the Butcher wipes out yet ANOTHER Hutt clan on Nar Shaddaa and no-one tells old Ithorian a thing, then THIS?!?!? Damn, a Thranta and a Terminus were BOTH disintegrated? Those things are heavy Warships; saw them during the sacking, trading blows. Whoever thinks they can come and do this to OUR FUCKING GALAXY HAS GOT ANOTHER THING COMING!
