The Ultimate Crossover
When Worlds Collide
Previous ChapterNext ChapterTwilight Sparkle read over her spell a finally time, she wanted to make sure she got it 100% correct. This spell was highly dangerous & could spread unspeakable evil over the land. Spike groaned.
"For Celestia sake, Twi! Just do it." He said extremely bored & agitated. The two had been in the Library for 3 hours. Twilight glared at her assistant.
"Spike, this spell is highly dangerous. If ONE thing is wrong, Equestria could be doomed. Just! One! Little! Thing!" She said with nothing more than pure seriousness in her voice. She put the book down & her horn relit, however it was a bloody red & dark green color instead of her normal purple aura. Spike stepped back in shock & fear at this unknown force. Twilight put her horn to the ground & mumbled something very quietly, but before she finished-
"Hi Twilight!!!" Pinkie screeched in Twilight's ear. Twilight jumped at the voice of her friend & looks in horror at the ground. The aura had spread across the floor in that opposite color combination & spelled out something.
The spell was done wrong, you made a mistake
Now I shall decide all of your fates
When 6 worlds collide in an Ultimate Cross.
All of these worlds may face a horrible loss.
""Ultimate Cross"? What does THAT mean?" Spike asked, scratching his head in confusion. Twilight didn't look away from the words as she answered his question.
"I... I don't know." She said. "Princess Celestia needs to see this." Twilight turned to Spike.
"Spike, send a letter." She simply said. Spike nodded & went to get the quill & paper. Twilight turned to Pinkie.
"Pinkie, I need you to get the girls. We'll need all the help we can get if this is something..." Twilight gulped. "Dangerous." The party pony nodded her head at an impossible rate of speed.
"Okie dokie lokie!" She said before speeding off. Twilight picked up her book & looked at the spell.
"What have I done?" She asked herself. She placed the book back down & sat on the floor only hoping this wasn't going somewhere she hoped it would. If the book was correct, she may have just unleashed a creature far worse than Tirek & King Sombra combined.
"If it's worse than those two," she thought to herself. "Than we might not be able to defeat it alone."
SpongeBob's foghorn alarm clock went of with its ear piecing screech. How this sponge could live such a thing was a mystery to all, but he did just that. SpongeBob turned off the alarm.
"Hooray! A new day!" He cheered, throwing his arms up. He jumped to his feet still on the bed & pointed to his pet snail.
"Let a rip, Gary!" She shouted. Gary pressed a red button that sprung the bed up like a spring,
sending our friend flying. His pajamas had been blown off from the G-Force & he face-smacked his Godzilla-sized calendar. By sheer dumb luck, he landed on the exact day of the month.
"Looks like its my day off." He said in his cheery, optimistic voice. "I'm gonna see if Patrick wants to hang out." He peeled himself off the paper & headed for his closet. He selected his casual attire & super jumped into the kitchen. Gary, being smarter than the average pet, had made toast. The toast popped out of the toaster into the flying sponge's mouth by that same dumb luck. SpongeBob landed in his shoes in a red painted target symbol.
"Ta-da!" He said as he landed like a ninja in the smack center of the circle. SpongeBob began to lace up his shoes as he Gary handed him a stopwatch. He looked at it & his mouth looked at though it was going to snap right then & there because his smile was so big.
"5.0 seconds? A new record! Good job Gare." He said, standing up. "But the toast could have been served with more cinnamon-sugar." His smile drooped a bit as he said this, but was soon back to normal. He opened his door & to his surprise, there stood his best friend Patrick.
"Hey, SpongeBob. Wanna go jellyfishing?" He asked.
"What a coincidence, I was gonna-" SpongeBob was cut off by a rumbling in his house. The two friends looked around in terror & confusion.
"My Neptune!" SpongeBob said, looking for the cause of the commotion.
"Look!" Patrick yelled. A blood red & dark green aura was spelling something on the floor. The two looked at each other & back at the words. It appeared to be in the form of a poem of sorts.
A sponge & star is what I see
The best of friends as two could be
But when one finds another sucked away
Will he follow... Or will he stay?
The aura formed an enormous black hole and began to suck SpongeBob in. Patrick seemed unaffected by it, however he could feel the force behind it as he grabbed his friends arms. The force of the suction was too powerful for Patrick to pull his buddy out & instead SpongeBob's arm tore off.
"PATRIIIIIIIIIICK!!!" He screamed as he was sucked in. Patrick panicked & ran in the abomination.
"SpongeBob! I'm coming with you!" He screamed as the hole closed behind him.
Slash!
The sound of a sword piece flesh emanated through out the mineshaft. Steve kicked the corpse of a zombie off of his diamond blade. Steve wore a teal shirt, purple jeans & had dark brown hair & beard. His magenta eyes looked down the mineshaft looking to see if more mobs were on his trail. To his surprise, he had killed them all. Mineshafts were always crawling with the abominations of MineCraftia & on the occasion, the decaying corpse of a miner that would spring back to life. Steve hated mineshafts, but a Skeleton had swiped his pickaxe & jumped down this webbed up, mob gang-bang of a mineshaft. Steve could tell it had been this way for a while, the decaying wood, rusted railways & not to mention the mobs. Steve poked his head around the corner and saw the son of a gun who stole his mining tool.
"There you are you son of a bitch." He whispered to himself as he drew his bow.
Whoosh!
The arrow flew & pieced the skeleton's bare skull, going in between his head & breaking it in half.
"Bullseye." Steve thought to himself as he walked to the pile of dusty & decayed bones. He picked up his stolen tool & pulled the arrow out of the Notch-forsaken pile. As he pulled it out of the pile, the remains of the skull perished in ash. Steve gave a rare shutter at the sight. Being a hero, Steve never showed weakness & lives by a code that he never, NEVER, broke. Steve made his way back to the surface & returned home to his wood, brick & stone fortress. But as soon as he walked in an Enderman stood before him but... It looked off. It's skin was a very dark red color, almost like blood. And it's eyes resembled early Enderman eyes only these were a darker shade of green.
"You things make this too easy." Steve said pulling out his blade & walking towards the beast of burden. The beast suddenly roared a distorted cry & slammed the hero against the wall. Steve coughed up blood and stood up. The beast was gone, Steve looked around for it waiting for that generic Enderman sneak attack. However when he looked down, he saw the texture of the Enderman in the form of writing.
You think your a hero? You thought wrong
You are physically, but are you mentally strong?
Your heroism is in no way respected
For your weakness I have detected
A scream cried out, but it was not one of rage or anger... It was fear & that voice...
"Sireena!!!" He called he ran to the place he had heard the scream, which was his portal room. The portal room was made with mossy cobblestone & had a chest of essentials, Armor, potions, materials, food & other things used for Nether travel. However, in his haste he didn't think of grabbing anything, he ran directly to the portal but stopped himself for a moment. He know just noticed that the obsidian was bleeding that red color & the portal had green streaks in its layers. The scream came again. but from a younger female voice.
"Sussie!" He called. He ran directly into the portal, unprepared for what may happen next.
"Ooooooooh!" Mordecai cheered. The blue jay had beaten his raccoon friend once more in "Strong Johns". Rigby punched Mordecai, but him being weak it had no effect. Rigby scoffed.
"Whatever dude, I got all day ta beat ya." He said with a arrogant smirk. Mordecai whirled around and laughed.
"What are ya gonna do, unplug my controller again?" He said. Rigby rolled his eyes. "Pffft, whatever dude, whatever." The two picked up they're controllers & sat down. But before they could do anything-
"Ah! What!?" Rigby yelled. The TV screen was blank with static. But it looked... A bit off.
"Dude, what is that?" Rigby asked. He leaned in leaned forward to get a better look at the TV.
"I... Don't know. It's looks... Green." Mordecai replied, also leaning forward to see the static slightly contort.
"No dude, it's red, really dark red." Rigby said pointing at the TV. "Wait, it's both." And his observation was correct. The TV's static was in fact both colors.
"Dude, look at the static. It's... Moving, weird." Mordecai pointed out. And once again the observation was correct. The static was contorting & twisting like a boa constrictor around a helpless field mouse. The snake static began to form into something but the two could make it out. However, Mordecai finally seemed to see something.
"Dude, it's forming words." Mordecai said. The static twisted into letters & was finally readable by the two.
Punishment is give to whom deserves it
So I'm here deliver it to you two dim-wits
For it seems you two live in these virtual worlds
But reality returns, when your fears unfurl.
"Uuuuh! I hate poetry!" Rigby shouted. Not a moment after his out burst, a static-y hand grabbed his neck & dragged him into the small TV.
"RIGBY!" Mordecai shouted. Before he could make another move, the hand returned and grabbed dragging him into the static filled abyss.
Finn stabbed another glob beast as it climbed him & Jake's tree home. The glob fell as soon as Finn removed his blade from it's gummy corpse. Jake was smashing blobs left & right like a game of Wack-a-Mole.
"Dude," he called, panting a bit before continuing. "Where... Are these things... Coming from?" As he finished, a blob attempted to lunge at him. But before the slimy beast could land, Finn slashed it in two tar-like pieces. Finn removed his now sweat covered hat & wiped his forehead.
"I don't know dude, they just showed up." He responded to his dog's question. Finn breathed in a hoarse breath. These... Things had been attacking for 2 hours.
"Geez," Finn thought as he slashed another goo monster of this seemingly endless hoard. "Where'd these things come from?" His thoughts were interrupted by a sudden low pitched scream. A goo beast had roared out & began to retreat as did many others. Finn & Jake stood in awe as they left.
"Weird." Finn said. He picked up his hat, wringed the sweat out of it & tied it to his forehead.
"Goo's weird, dude." Jake responded, merely shrugging. "Wanna go play Bemo?"
Finn nodded. "Sure dude." The two began to descend the ladder into to there house to see-
"BEMO!" They're little friend was spazzing out as if he had been struck by lightning. The two ran over to him (or her) and picked her (or him) up.
"Bemo?! Can ya hear me!?" Jake yelled. Suddenly, Bemo's face turned to red & green static. Finn, confused, poked one of the buttons on his (or her) body. Suddenly, the static stopped & words came up on Bemo's face screen.
Boy & dog is what I see
Killing my people with great glee
But when they enter a world, odder than they're's
For the inhabitants of that world, will they care?
Jake backed up a bit. "What? Dude this poetry is so... Bad. It's like whoever wrote it couldn't think of any-"
Before the dog could finish, Bemo's screen lit up & suck him in like it was an anteater & he was its unlucky meal.
"JAAAAKE!!!" Finn screamed. He drew his sword & dove into the beam after his friend.
The RED team walked into they're base's supply room, they're clothes sweat stained. Today's was one of the hardest battles in they're careers. The BLUs had given a good fight, but in the end RED was victorious with 3 to 2. Soldier stood before his men & spoke.
"Good job, boys. Today was hard but we showed those hippies what RED is all about." Soldier said with surprising energy, considering how many times he'd rocket jumped. Scout removed his hat & used it as a fan to cool his burning face. He was too tired to even make a smart remark as he always did. Medic removed his glasses & wiped them on his coat, the problem with glasses is when your body temperature goes up so does the fog on your glasses. This was a VERY big problem when Doc was on the field.
"Zis... Is shiza." Medic said with a hoarse voice as his glasses had fogged up before they were even on his face. Soldier looked at him & at the rest of RED & himself. Dirty, sweaty, hot & thirsty.
"Go get something to drink men, you've earned it." He said pointing towards the exit. All of RED ran for the exit as soon as he finished... well, almost everyone. Demoman sat in his spot, chugging his poison. Soldier sat beside his Scottish Allie and took a beer out of the fridge.
"Nice speech, lad." Demo said as he wiped the sweat from his forehead.
"Thanks, nice job blowing half the BLUs up with 3 stickies" Soldier replied chuckling & sipping his alcohol. Earlier that day, the BLU had sent half they're team to get the RED's intell. They had gotten it, but on the way back, the drunken scot had blown then all to bids. Demo laughed at the remembrance.
"That's going down in me not ta forget book." Demo said, tapping his forehead. Suddenly, the door slide open & Scout ran in.
"We gotta problem." He said & ran back outside. Soldier & Demoman rose to they're feet & followed the bostonarian forerunner. The floor was covered in what appeared to be red & green veins. They slithered around the floor like a snake in search of it's meal.
"Mmph mmph!" Pyro yelled aloud as he pointed to the veins. Engineer looked closer at the floor.
"It's formin' words." He said pointing to the constricting vessels.
A world of war & anarchy
Is what this place shall always be
I like this place, I like it a lot
And I think I will put my kingdom...on this spot
"Anarchy?" Sniper asked.
"Always be?" Scout said, scratching his head in obvious confusion.
"Kingdom?" Spy asked.
"Will!?" Demoman asked. Of course the word "will" was of no importance in this (awfully written) poem, Demo, being Demo, shouted it out spontaneously. Suddenly the veins shot up & constricted the scot as a black hole suddenly appeared and swallowed the man whole.
"Demo!" Soldier shouted, pulling out his shot gun & jumping after his friend, the portal closing behind him. More veins grabbed at the RED Team & dragged them down. The 7 remaining REDs were dragged into the portals, into the great unknown.
Twilight tapped her hooves in a frantic pace. She was in a state of shear panic and as would any sane pony who may or may not have doomed her world forever. Spike tapped his foot, waiting for the princess of the sun to arrive. Princess Celestia would know what to do... Right?
"Oh my! Oh my! Ohmyohmthomy!" Twilight chanted in a pure state of panic. Spike placed his claw over her mouth.
"Relax Twi. Everything'll be-" Before the baby dragon could finish, a flash of aqua blue light flashed before the three and temporarily blinded them. At the moment the flashes stopped, they knew that everything may not be alright after all as they stared into the eyes... Of two oddly shaped figures.
