"Back down Fury Blitz... I won't let you keep tauntng the princesses personal student." I told the colt who was picking n a little purple filly.
My anger was starting to build as I saw Twi crying, seeing such things make me lose my temper so I threw out a threat, "Keep it up and you'll be on the floor ASAP." I told him.
"And what you gonna do it with Emerald? Your puny hooves?" He taunted as he kept hitting Twi on the head whilst laughing his ass off.
After that my anger just snapped, I stormed up to him and delivered one massive left hoof to his head, sending him across the library.
I was surprised at the power the pinch contained as I looked at my own hoof, which had a black tint on it but turned back to its natural lime green colour.
As I made way to the doors felt someponys hoof on me, so I turned around to see Twi was following me.
"T-t-thanks... Emerald.." She stammered as she gripped me in a tight hug. Surprisingly the little filly gives large hugs when somepony helps her.
We both froze in a hug as someponys voice we both knew rang through the library, "Well, well well... Looks like somepony has a crush now." The voice said as our faces flushed a bright red, at least the colour of my mane.
"Oh lighten up my student, I was kidding." It said again, but as soon as the word 'student' hit my ears I knew who it was.
I got out of Twis hug and turned to see Celestia herself behind us, so I did what the royal guards did when she neared, I threw up a salute towards her, but fell onto my back in the process. "Uh. Oops.. My bad." I said sheepishly to the princess.
Celestia actually left off a giggle at the sight of that and helped me up, "One of the reasons I'm here for actually... Emerald, you can no longer attend this school." She said solidly.
I literally felt my heart stop as those words left her lips and paled instantly, "B-b-b-b-b-b-b-but.." I stammered, but she inturupted me.
"Because I'm giving you special training as a royal guard, for Twilight specifically." She finished as she saw my face brighten up again. Celestia looked over to Twilight now as she was taken aback from her words, "Also Twilight, I came here to help you with your bully problem but it seems outer friend here dealt with it." She said with a smile.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing, a royal guard! I started jumping up and down repeatedly until I saw shock on Celestia's face, it looked as if she was looking at my eyes. 'Whats wrong with my eyes? There a sky blue colour...' I wondered as I went past her and went to a mirror to see something that rattled my mind. My normally sky blue eyes were engulfed in a light turquoise colour that hid the blacks on my eyes. They even contained the shape of a dragons eyes. Perhaps that's what shocked Celestia. "Uhh.. What's with my eyes?" I questioned her.
"I..... Don't know." Celestia tried to lye about what she saw.
"... Lier..." I muttered, picking up the attention of Twilight.
"She is not a lier!" Twilight argued.
"Then why did she pause?" I asked her, throwing a glance at her swiftly as I picked my saddlebags up.
".... I don't know... I just don't know.." Twilight said as she started crying, thinking she lost a close friend to her until she felt a hoof touch her shoulder.
"It's ok Twi.. I'm still your friend." I said as I hugged her. After the hug I went to Celestia and asked, "Can I start training now?" In the most begging like voice I could get.
"Yes Emerald.. You can start." Celestia responded, but before she could continue I was already gone.
"Woah... He moves fast." Twilight remarked.
"He's eager. He wanted to join the guards for some time now." Celestia said as she want after me.
"Welp... I'm lost." I muttered to myself while looking for the exit to the castle, tapping my horn as if something was bothering it. I was about to start again when somepony grabbed me and started pulling me somewhere. "What the fuck! Let me go!" I yelled at the pony covered in a crimson cloak.
The pony dragged me into a room and threw me onto a table whilst strapping me down so I could not move. The pony went over to a table and grabbed a needle filled with a red liquid as it turned back to me with the needle raised.
I yelled in pain as the point made contact with my skin as the pony injected the contents into me when the door blew open to the princess and four royal guards.
"Seize him!" The princess yelled as the guards lunged at the cloaked pony who at the last second vanished, causing th guards to crash into the wall.
I felt my bonds removed as another guard put me on his back and went towards the princess. "What do we do with the colt your highness?" The guard asked Celestia.
"Why train him of course, that's one of your new recruits." She awndpsered as the guard nodded and went towards the barracks with me on his back still.
"Don't worry kid, your in good hooves now." The guard said as I passed out on his back.
