A multi-universal view of Twilight Part 1

In an alternate universe, Twilight and the Main Six are a notorious gang bent on destroying all law and authority in Equestria.  Discord  and King Sombre fight to retain order and stop Equestria from plunging into total chaos.

At the Mane Six hideout in what used to be Ponyville, Twilight and Pinkie Pie have a conversation in one of the bedrooms.

"Pinkie, I need you to guard the hideout tonight," says Twilight.

"Twi, we've already discussed this with the rest of the girls, I can't-I'm too hyper." CHOMP! Pinkie Pie bites into a jumbo cupcake and says "and anyway, I'm in charge of cooking, right?"

Twilight nods and says, "Yes, but Applejack's out with a broken leg, and if you don't then I'll just deduct 60% of all food and treasure that we find. Understand?" she asks with a cheerful grin.

"Uh...Sure!" Pinkie Pie says, returning the smile nervously.  She looks at Twilight and trots toward the door.

"Oh, and Pinkie Pie? Don't stare at my eyepatch."
