A multi-universal view of Twilight Part 2

As the ponies filed into the TARDIS, they suddenly realized that they had left OT under the tree.

"I'll go get her," said Rainbow Dash.  As she walked over to the tree where OT was at, she saw her squirm and open her eyes a bit.  Rainbow Dash hurried over and gave her a good punch the face.

When Rainbow Dash carried OT over to the TARDIS, Fluttershy asked, "Why is she have a black eye?"

"Beats me," Rainbow Dash replied, trotting through the doors.  Dr. Whooves shut the door behind the ponies and twisted off a small cap on the control console. Then he opened the vial of MMPH, and poured it in.  After he closed the cap he went to work on the console, flipping switches, levers, and pushing buttons.

He said, "Oh, and Pinkie Pie, if you find a stash of cupcakes, don't eat them, please."

"What?" said Pinkie, looking up, her mouth covered with cake crumbs.  Dr. Whooves sighed and went back to work.  All of a sudden everything went very still, and then the TARDIS shook violently the Doctor cursed as a lever flew from the console, smashing into a nearby wall.  Once again the TARDIS shook, toppling over a few ponies.  Applejack flew into a wall with a loud CRACK!  Instinctively, Fluttershy rushed over to help her friend, whose leg was bent at an odd angle.  Whooves smashed open a case containing a big red button.  Before he hit it, he hesitated and said, "I sure hope this works."  After he hit the button,  everything went silent, blurry, and then black.
