A multi-universal view of Twilight Part 2

As I opened my eyes, I noticed a terrible pain and ringing in my ear.  I walked over to the orange pony and looked at her leg.  She was on the floor with a bandage on the wound.  Speaking of wounds, I lifted a hoof up to my ears and felt for any blood.  Oh good, there isn't any, I thought.

I trotted over to the doors and stepped outside.  Nothing peculiar, unless you count the smell of smoke and screams coming from a nearby town.  I stepped back inside and looked at the ponies.  They had all gotten to their hooves and were looking around, dazed and confused.  I motioned for them to come, and they followed, with the orange pony being helped by a gentle-looking yellow pony whose name I believed was Flumbershy.

Dr. Whooves's hearing was coming back, Pinkie Pie had filled up on cupcakes, and nopony had at all wondered what OT's cutie mark was(the velvet cloth had miraculously stayed on her flank the whole time.(And who would wonder what OT's cutie mark is? Its obviously the same as Twilight's, right?)).

Discord wondered what her cutie mark was(The good Discord in the other universe-otherwise known as OD).  He had defended Equestria from the Mane Six for years, but had never once seen or restrained Twilight long enough to see her cutie mark.

"OK, now let's just dump her here and go," said Rainbow Dash.

Twilight glared at her and said "No, Rainbow, we need to explore.  I mean, look at THAT!."  Twilight pointed behind the TARDIS.  They were under a cliff in a grassy field.  What's so special about a cleft?  It had holes.  Big holes, small holes, holes of all sizes.  The biggest was about thirty feet in diameter, and had something dripping from the top.  " And anyway, where are those screams coming from?"
