Based on H.G. Wells' classic science fiction novel, 'The War of the Worlds', The Martians have created a new invention to invade Earth quickly, while it seems to work, the Martians are in for a nasty surprise when they discover where they've ended up. What follows is a crazy adventure that puts the average 'Human in Equestria' fic to shame including some strong red weed, tripods and...some stuff that if I said would be classed as spoilers.

It's no much of a case if Equestria will survive, it's more of a case if the Martians will survive. What ever might happen, one thing is for certain that somewhere out there is that H.G. Wells is turning in his grave at the thought of this fic.
