“One minute, I will be right there. And then you can see your dress for the very first time” Rarity said as she walked through the doors of her boutique. She stopped and looked around the boutique. “Where did they go, I stayed up all night to make this” Rarity said looking ashamed. “Oh hang on” she stared at the till where to pony was standing. “What’s this” she picked up a piece of paper and read the note to herself.

Dear Rarity

You have been invited to a beauty pageant in the Everfree Mansion; it is free entry as you have been picked to be a contestant. Meet me there at 20:00 on the dot. Don’t be late.
Rarity put down the letter and threw it down on the counter.

“I have the find my best dress, oh what should I wear” she ran behind the till and pulled out dresses and dresses. Then she stopped.

“I have to do my mane first, then I can find a decent dress and then I can…”

Outside of the boutique Rainbow Dash was flying around the town when she flew into someone.

“Hey watch it, you nearly…” The pony ran off and dropped a note behind them. “Hey mister you dropped you’re… Don’t worry then” she said staring at the note on the ground. She picked it up and read it to herself.

Dear Rainbow Dash

You have been invited to a flying school at Everfree Mansion; it is free entry as you are the student! Meet me there at 20:00 on the dot. Don’t be late.

She put the note down and stared in the direction the pony had ran off.

“Hey that note was for me, where did that pony go” she looked around the town and flew up into the air. “I will find him soon enough, I need to find out how he knew my name” As Rainbow Dash flew around the town she flew past sugarcube corner where inside Pinkie Pie was jumping up and down.

“I love parties, I love to party” Pinkie Pie repeatedly shouted while jumping around. “Hey what’s this by the door” She hopped over to the door and picked up a note.

Dear Pinkie Pie

You have been invited to a party; I know how much you love them. The party is at 20:00 and is in the Everfree Mansion. Be there right on the dot. Don’t be late.

“A party you say” Pinkie Pie shouted while still jumping up and down. “Oh how I am going to have to go to that one” she ran into her room and pushed out the party cannon. “They may be needing this” she said and she pushed it out of the front door and down into the street. “Hey Twilight look a letter to a party” she waved the letter towards Twilight.

“Oh hey Pinkie, a party you say. Who’s going?”

“I don’t know Twilight but I do know that someone told me to go, so I will be going” Pinkie Pie said hopping around Twilight.

“Well, Pinkie be careful” Twilight said looking at Pinkie Pie.

“Oh Twilight, what makes you say that. I am always safe, what could happen to me” Pinkie replied.

“Well I just have a bad feeling about this Pinkie”

“Oh you always do Twilight” Pinkie hopped of singing. “I’m going to party, I love to party” While Twilight Sparkle was looking in shock.

“I always do…” she repeated.

Pinkie Pie hopped along the road and saw Fluttershy.

“Hey Fluttershy are you going to a party too?” Pinkie Pie questioned.

“No Pinkie, I am looking after these rabbits, they need to cross the path. If I was not here how would they do it otherwise?” Fluttershy said.

“Oh well don’t worry Fluttershy, you will get a chance to go another day.” Pinkie Pie pushed the party cannon off though the woods and went off singing.

Fluttershy was standing still looking at rabbits cross the path.

“Oh well, they will make it I could go and see if I received a letter to the party.” Fluttershy flew slowly back to her cottage, but turned around quick and went up to the rabbits. “I will be back later for you guys. Don’t worry.” she flew back of slowly towards her cottage. When she got there, she looked down at the door to the cottage and saw a note. “Pinkie was right, I did get a note.” she bent down and picked it up.

Dear Fluttershy
You have been invited to Everfree Mansion at 20:00 to a class on how to protect the woodland creatures. The class is free. Meet on the dot. Don’t be late.

Fluttershy put down the note and looked at the clock.

“Oh my it is 19:45 I better get there quick.” She put down the note and flew slowly to the mansion. When she had got there she saw Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie outside the mansion with a big party cannon.

“Oh Fluttershy! Thank god you are here! I thought I would be in hell. How can Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash be in the beauty contest? They have not got the looks like me.” Rarity said with her hooves wrapped around Fluttershy’s body.

“Oh thanks Rarity, I was told it was a flying class and I thought the same thing with you being here” Rainbow dash looked her up and down.

“Girls hush, I hear the party starting.” Pinkie Pie said.

All of a sudden the big double doors to the mansion opened and there stood Derpy.

“Derpy what are you doing here?” Rarity said, looking at her in a blank thought.

“I’m here cos I can flap my wings, do you want to see?” Derpy replied.

“No you’re OK Derpy.” Pinkie replied. All of a sudden it started to rain.

“Quick get inside! It is starting to rain.” Rarity shouted as she pushed her way into the mansion.

“Calm down Rarity, we are going in.” Rainbow Dash said. All of the ponies walked into the mansion.

“So then where is the woodland animal protection class?” Fluttershy asked.

“I don’t think there is a class Fluttershy, or a party, and no flying class. And worst of all there is no beauty contest.” Rarity said as she hang her head low and started to cry.

“Wait…” Rainbow Dash shouted. “Derpy show me the note you got, I mean we all got a note, so what does yours say Derpy?” Derpy handed a piece of chewed up paper to Rainbow Dash.

Dear Derpy

You have been invited to a mansion. That is a big house and inside there is a big, big muffin. Now you need to get there nice and early so when the little hand on the clock gets to the 7. See you then

“Wait so you’re telling me that this is all a setup?” Pinkie said.

“Well of course it is. “Rarity said as she looked around the mansion.

“Derpy, what else did the person say to you? Or what happened when you got here?” Rainbow Dash asked.

“They said lock the door.”

BANG… They all turned around and saw the once opened door slam shut behind them and lock.

“Were locked in, help, help me!” Rarity shouted.

“I don’t think that will help very much.” Fluttershy said.

“Then they said I will die.” Derpy shouted.

“Not now Derpy, we need to get out of here first.” Pinkie Pie said.

“Look do it like this.” Rainbow Dash flew and hit the door repeatedly.

“He said I will die!” Derpy shouted and with that a bullet came though the lounge door and hit Derpy right in the chest. Derpy flew across the room and lay on the opposite side of the room.

“Derpy!” Shouted Pinkie Pie. All of the ponies ran over to her body and looked at her lying there on the floor.

“Oh why you Derpy?” Rarity said looking down at her corpse. Then up jumped Derpy and said as happy as she could.

“Then then they said they would kill all of you. And also I like muffins.” Derpy said. Then Derpy fell back over lied in a pile of blood.

“They’re going to kill us all” Rarity said looking at the remaining ponies.
