Transformation: What about our world?

Like fucking magic, I was horrified by the sight of different colored ponies around the area.  I looked to my friend Naki who had her jaw dropped in amazement.  We were not sure what to make of it.  Were we in heaven or hell?

“Guys we are in Equestria.” Hatchi said.

“What do you mean Equestria?” I said.

“I mean we are in the world of my little pony.” Hatchi said clearly.

        My little pony?  Equestria?  My stomach felt sick. I went down to my knees and kept on saying “this is not real.”

        I looked at Hatchi and he was gone, “Where did he go?”

        Naki pointed to the direction he was.  I looked towards the town and Hatchi was fucking skipping in town and what was surprising that the ponies cheered when he entered the town…  What?

        “I think we should follow despite what you are feeling.” Naki said.

        She picked me up and I uttered, “Traitor…”

        “Huh? What was that?” Naki said smashing her foot on mine, and I shouted.

        Then ponies looked in our direction and shouted in glee.  I heard them talking in our language which made me lose my color of my face.

        Naki decided to speak, “We need medical attention, we have been through an ash cloud, and do you have a doctor?”

        “I am a nurse and I can treat them!” shouted a pony with a red cross on the hat.

        She walked up to us and escorted us to the hospital.  She introduced herself, “My name is Nurse Redheart, and I will be taking care of you.”

        “Were you the nurse who took care of Mr. and Ms. Cakes' baby and kept Pinkie Pie out?” Hatchi asked.

        She was shocked, “Why yes, no one else knows that other than another human I know.”

        I got up in relief, “There is another Human in this place?”

        She giggled, “No not in this town, in Canterlot up on that mountain.  Now since you are another human, I will have to inform him about your arrival.”

        She got us three beds and there were more nurses that came into the room.  They were unicorns….  What?!  I looked at Hatchi and he was happy as a fucking child.  Naki was somewhat the same way and I was feeling uncomfortable.

        “We are just going to do an analysis of your anatomy so we can see what is wrong.  These unicorns will use their magic to do so.” Redheart said.

        “You do not have the technology to use or even a x-ray?" I asked.

        They looked at one another strangely, but shrugged it off.  Their horns glowed and we were up in the air floating surrounded by different color auras. ‘Get me down, get me down; get me down!’ I screamed in my head.

        This was not natural at all.  Talking ponies, magic, next thing I would think that there will be a flying Pegasus… Right?  Well I was right, a pony with Rainbow hair just came in without even knocking.

        “Alright how are the new humans doing?” she asked.

        “Rainbow Dash! We are trying to get them analyzing to see what is wrong with them.” Redheart said.

        “Ah how are you doing with your races Rainbow Dash?” Hatchi asked.

        “How do you- Ah never mind I had the same experience with Trey.” She said.

        “Who is Trey?” Naki asked.

        “He is the human who showed up in Equestria out of nowhere.  Oh my gosh!  I need to go to the race!  Thanks for reminding me… What is your name?” she asked

        “My name is Hatchi or Chi for short.  That is Naki and that is Zoey.” Hatchi said.

        “Alright Chi catch you later!” Rainbow said sprinting out.

        Then the nurses dropped us to our beds and it felt nice being able to feel the bed after all this time.  I was trying to get use to this, and I looked at Hatchi he was staring at me.

        “Don’t worry we will be fine, just relax.” Hatchi said.

‘Easier said than done.’ I thought.

        “Nurse Redheart...” said the one nurse.

        “Yes? What is the problem.” She asked.

        “All of them have the ash in their lungs, we need to extract it out.” The nurse said.

        “I have the perfect solution.” She lifted he bag with her mouth and mixed some herbs.  The herbs mixed into a purple like substance then to a blue color.  Then she puts the substance in three little vials.

        “This should eliminate the ash in their lungs and any gunk in there as well.” She said handing it to the nurses.

        “Open wide!” the nurse said to me, and I was compliant, but I had no idea what to expect.

        “GAH! It tastes horrible!” I said.

        Then my I got on my side and my chest felt hot.  I threw up about a half of a bucket of ash like goop and other mucus.  The others weren't so lucky they kept on throwing up more and more ash goop that was three buckets full.  That was each so seven buckets altogether.

        I breathed in and it was like my lungs were like new ones and I can smell all sorts of smells.  I think that they got rid of the bad substances in my lungs.  It sure did work.

        But it begs me the question, “Where did you learn that from?”

        Hatchi and Redheart answered, “By Zecora silly.”

        They look at one another and laughed.

        “Alright it looks like you are fine and are ready to see Trey.” Redheart said.

        “What is he like?” Naki asked.

        “I cannot tell you the details because it would ruin the surprise.  He told me that he had been informed by Princess Luna that there were other humans here in Equestria.  So they informed us to no tell what he looks like.” Redheart explained.

        “That is fast that you got word really fast.” Hatchi said.

        “Well that is because Trey has helped improving the steam technology in Equestria.  You can get on a train and you can get to Canterlot in about 15 hours.  Before you had to get up in the morning and it would take you at least more than half of your day on the train.  It is a really amazing feat." Redheart continued.

        Naki finally spoke, “That is amazing, he must be a fantastic inventor to do that.”

        “Yeah it sounds to be too good to be true.” I said.

        “How do you know he lives in Canterlot?” Hatchi asked.

        “Everypony knows where he lives. No more questions it is time to get you out of here to Canterlot immediately.” Redheart said.

        Naki, and I got up, but Hatchi was disappointed.  We got him up and he groaned in sadness.  We were wondering what was wrong with him.

        “Already?  But I want to see Twilight and the others.” Hatchi said.

        ‘Really you want to meet ponies instead of another human being?’ I thought.  Well that is being a Brony for you, but I can understand about it. I looked at Naki and she was smiling. ‘You really like him do not you?  Good luck Naki.’ I thought.

        “Don’t you worry Twilight and the others will be waiting at the train station.” Redheart explained.

        Next thing we knew we were walking in good health towards the train station.  While being cheered for from other ponies in the town and I was looking across the sky and there was a castle on the side of the cliff.  Pegasus were flying passed and I wondered.  What will this Trey be like?
