Pinkie Pie is injured after her last sugar rush sends her to the hospital with diabetes. If her friends don't come up with 500 bits in the quickly, she won't live to see her next party. They enter the Equestria Games: Duel Monsters Division in order to win the money plus more. But when the old champion Dark Side and his brother appear to compete, will they be able to save Pinkie? Or will their efforts be in vein?
