Turnabout Apple Pie

In one afternoon on the Apple farm, in the middle of October, the Apple family were preparing for the harvest that year. Applejack was busy this particular afternoon, she had a delivery to make, a delivery of apples. Normally Big Mac would make these types of deliveries, but he was injured that morning, so Applejack was the one making the delivery.

"Don't y'all worry, I'll be back sooner then you can say Apple Sauce!" Was what she said before leaving the farm. Things were about to get downhill from there.

The main events happened later that day, when Applejack returned, she had red stains on her hooves, when her family questioned this, she said she stepped into a spilled drink when passing a cafe, she was the Element Of Honesty so of course her family believed her.

Later that night however, things went sour, things were going as planned until police ponies came, many of them, all seemed to be running towards a ditch near the farm. When the Apple family ran out to investigate, they discovered as well as the police ponies that two mares, dead, were in the ditch.

"This......THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!!!!!" Screamed Applejack, who seemed very shocked at the turn of events. The police ponies already had their cuffs out. One of the ponies started informing Applejack that the bodies were found by her friend, Fluttershy, and claims that she was a witness seeing an orange pony near the ditch with a wagon.

The police also informed Applejack that traces of the two bodies were found inside the wagon that Applejack pulled back to Ponyville from another town whom where the two mares were from. "Applejack, the evidence is clear, you're the murderer in question, you're under arrest. You have the right to remain silent." As the officer was saying this to the mare, he put the cuffs on Applejack, and was leading her towards the Detention Center.

The Apple Family couldn't believe that Applejack could have been the murderer. But Twilight also saw Applejack's arrest, and knew Applejack couldn't have been the murderer, she just couldn't, maybe the murderer was another orange pony, or did the real killer disguise himself?

Then Twilight had a memory spark in her brain, she knew a certain defense attorney that would save her friend, one that could find the truth, the defense attorney that saved Rainbow Dash the previous year, she would call him back through the spell, the attorney who's name was Phoenix Wright.

Twilight ran back to the library, she had to get the attorney, she had to see her friend be declared innocent. If Applejack was found guilty, she could be banished to the sun, or worse, maybe even have a noose tied around her neck.
