Chapters 21 years later, in a town called Rockbridge, a blue car was driving Down the road. The car then pulled into a driveway. And the pony driving the car is the one and only Rainbow dash. She was a football player at the at the high school and today is the first day of her senior year. She was sitting in her car, a 1969 dodge charger, she was waiting for her friend Fluttershy. "Come on Flutter,"she said. Rainbow started to honk her horn. Then Fluttershy's mother came out of the house.
"She's coming, she just has to take out the garbage," she said."That's noise pollution what. your doing,"she said commenting on. how loud rainbow's radio was "You might as well be dumping toxic waste on our lawn." Fluttershy came running out of the house holding the garage bag.
"Hey Rainbow, I'll be right there," just then the garbage bag ripped open and everything spilled out.
"Just leave it, it's okay. Go on, it's okay." Fluttershy began to run to the car, "oh Flutter, your lunch!" She ran back to her mom and took her lunch, "try and keep it cold, there's yogurt in there."
"Right."
than fluttlershy ran back to the car and got in. Rainbow than backed up out of the driveway, "slowdown!!" Fluttershy's mother said as Rainbow hit the gas and the car took off. She gasped as looked back at the pile of garbage.
As the two were driving to school they began to talk. "Are you guys having a war or something?" Rainbow asked.
"No, She's pissed off cause I'm taking shop like I'm embarrassing them, my dad to."
"It won't embarrass them when you fix their stupid Volvo for free." Fluttershy then turned off the radio. "What?" Rainbow asked.
"Last night, we were playing scrabble. And it's like neck-and-neck between me and her. We blew my dad away early. So, at the end, I had this choice of putting down ratio for five lousy points, or..."
"Or what flutter?"
"fellatio on a triple word score for 24 points and the game."
"What'd she do?"
"She wouldn't let me have it, she won by seven points because she said obscenity's not allowed in scrabble. And I looked it up its in the dictionary!"
"You jerk, Flutter, Jesus. You know, Flutter I was thinking."
"Uh-oh."
"No, seriously, Now that we're gonna be seniors, I figure it's about time that we uh,that we got you laid. You know like this year,huh?"
"You need a guy to get laid."
"Well what about Carl Jonson?"
"No i don't like his mustache."
"Fuck you Flutter! What do you do care if you get a little hair in your mouth huh? Okay, how about Gary Justin?"
"HE'S A SOPHOMORE!"
"So what he's a good looking guy, come on."
"I think maybe I'll just beat off."
Skipping to the school. They are at their lockers and rainbow was just talking to teammate.
Skipping to lunch. "Hey charley have you seen Flutter?"
"Yeah, she's still in the shop."
"What's the matter?"
"Buddy Repperton has her lunch." Rainbow than went to the shop to help Fluttershy.
"You want it? Come get it!" Buddy said "If its yours why doesn't it have your name on here anywhere?
"Just take it Flutter and let's go eat," Rainbow said.
"Yeah that's all you got to do come on," buddy said as Fluttershy tried to grab it Buddy pulled it away.
"That's funny Buddy real funny," rainbow said. then Buddy pulled out a knife and he stabbed the lunch bag and everything spilled out. "Go get Mr. Casey." Rainbow said to a friend. A few minuets later Mr. Casey came And there appeared to be a fight between the ponies.
"All right, break it up! Right now. You all right Rainbow Dash."
"Yeah I'm okay."
"Real cute huh. Three on two."
"They started it." Buddy said.
"That's not true." Flutter began.
"Shut up, c***." Buddy said. He started to add something, but before he could get it out, Mr. Casey grabbed him and threw him up against the back wall of the shop.
"HEY! You wanna SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!I don't have to listen to garbage like that coming from you Buddy, now what were you saying Flutter?"
"Repperton's got a knife," Rainbow said.
"You fucking liar!"
"It's a switchblade."
"That's bullshit, Mr. Casey she's lying I swear to Celestia."
"Flutter, did Repperton here pull a knife on you?"
"Yeah."
"Empty your pockets, Buddy."
"Fuck I will. You can't make me."
"If you mean I don't have the authority, your wrong. If you mean I can't turn your pockets out for myself if I decide to try it, that's also wrong. But-"
"Yeah try it you little bald fuck and I'll knock you through the wall! Fuck!" Buddy said.
"But I'm not going to do it," he finished. "Your going to to turn out your pockets yourself."
"Fat fucking chance," buddy said.
"If you don't empty your pockets right now, I'm gonna call the cops."Buddy gave up and he took out the knife and dropped it on the ground Mr. Casey gave him a glare and then he said, "go to the office Buddy."
"Screw the office!" Buddy yelled "I'm getting out of this fucking pigsty."
"Yes, all right, fine," Mr. Casey said.
Buddy started to leave than he turned and yelled, "I'll fix you, your gonna wish you never fucking born!"

After school ended Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are driving home. "So, all in all, it wasn't a bad first day." Fluttershy said. "You think Repperton will try to get even?"
"No, he's a douche bag, he'll find somepony else to pick on."
"They kicked him out, you know."
"Good, they kick Moochie out?"
"No, probation."
"Those assholes."
"Stop the car! Quick! Go back!"
"What's the matter?"
"I want to look at her will you go back please?!"
"All right Flutter. Sweet Celestia." Rainbow backed up the car and they see what looks like an old car. "What is it? Do you know somepony who lives here?" Rainbow stoped the car and Fluttershy got out and started running to the old car. "What?" Rainbow asked. "Jesus." There was a for sale sign on the car. Fluttershy started to feel the car, and rainbow kicked it.
"Be careful, rainbow."
"This is a piece of shit Flutter."
"She could be fixed up."
"Yeah."
"Oh, she could be really tough." Flutter got into the car and sat in the drivers seat.
"Forget it Flutter, this baby's got 93,000 miles on it. Probably 193."
"I don't care."
"I bet it won't even start."
"She'll start. You need these." Fluttershy and Rainbow look to the other side of the car, and they saw an old male pony holding out what looked like the keys to the car.
How much do you want for her," Fluttershy asked, "I mean whatever it is, it's not enough."
Jesus, Flutter."
"Have you ever owned a car before?"
"Yeah, she owns a Mustang." Fluttershy stoped her from saying anymore.
"No, I just got my license."
"Name's George Lebay."
"Fluttershy, what are you asking?"
"Start her up."
"Really?"
"Yeah." Fluttershy grabbed the keys and started the car. "Her name's Christine."
"I like that."
"Come on Flutter, we gotta get going."
"My asshole brother bought her back in September, 57. That's when you got your new modal year in September. Brand-new she was. She had the smell of a brand-new car. And that's just about the finest smell in the world, except maybe for pussy. When he got her she had six miles on the odometer. Damn Roland went through hell and back with Christine."
"If your brother loves this car so much, why is he selling it?" Rainbow asked.
"Cause he's stone cold dead, that's why. Died six weeks ago.
"So Mr. Lebay how much do you want for her?"
"I've been asking $300. I'll make it $250 for you.
"$250? Flutter this thing isn't worth 50 bits."
"The money's not important, and there'll be no bringing her back here cause I'm selling this shit hole and buying me a condo."
"You got a deal."
"I'll get the pink slip."
"Flutter will you stop and think about this for a moment? Where are you getting the money?"
"I've been saving all summer."
"Yeah for college."
"That's easy for you to say you already have a car."
"He's screwing you Flutter, you could get a really decent car for the much money."
"Christine is decent."
"The guy's weird, Flutter. He's fucking weird."
"So that was $300?"
" yeah, that's it."
"You said $250."
"$250 would do it."
"Come on Flutter if this is such a good idea than lets just come back tomorrow."
"Do you realize she's 20 years old? I mean, that makes her officially an antique."
"Great, Darnell's junkyard is full of official antiques."
"Look I'm buying her. I don't care what you say."
"It's your funeral, Flutter." Rainbow walked over to George. "Look would you give Flutter a break? She doesn't know what she's doing." Rainbow asked.
"You don't know half as much as you think you do, shitter." After that Fluttershy buys Christine and They both head home, but now they have to think of what to say to Fluttershy's parents.

Arriving home and Darnell's
Rainbow Dash pulled up in front of Fluttershy's house. " you gonna be okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. I'm okay." Fluttershy said faintly. There was a short silence before Fluttershy said "you know, you better find your self some other charity besides me and Christine."
"What is it about that car?" Rainbow asked.
Fluttershy thought for a moment and she said "I don't know. Maybe it's just that for the first time in my life I've found something that's uglier than me. And I know I can fix her up."
"Your not ugly, Flutter."
"Fluttershy?!" Fluttershy's dad said. They looked at the house and saw Fluttershy's parents walking out of the house.
"Oh, big out Rainbow you don't need this shit." Fluttershy said. Than she got out of the car and walk into the house and her parents followed. Rainbow watched as they went in, and she knew they were going to have a big argument. She started her car and drove off. As she was in bed she thought about Christine and Fluttershy.
Three weeks later...
Fluttershy was outside of Darnell's garage looking for parts for Christine. Inside Darnell and another pony were looking at Christine. "She's done all this shit in three weeks." Said Darnell. "And look how cockeyed she works, she got fucking brand new windshield wipers for a busted windshield."
"Well the girl does have good hoofs." The other pony said.
"Good hoofs, bad taste in cars. You know papa, you can't polish a turd." Fluttershy then walked in. "You know when I said you could scrounge through that shit pile out back I didn't mean you could build your whole fucking car with my stuff." Darnell said.
"What do you care?"Fluttershy said. "Your not doing anything with it."
"Hey! Don't think you got the gold key to the crapper." Darnell said. "No pony takes advantage of me, understand?"
"Yeah."
"If it wasn't for me it'd cost a whole shit pile full of money to put this heap together."
"I know." Fluttershy said.
"Look. I know you ain't exactly got money falling out of your asshole." Darnell said. "If you did, you wouldn't be here. Maybe we could work out some kind of a deal. You, pick up around the place. Do a few lubes. Put the toilet paper on the little spools. Shit like that. Do that and you can raid my junk pile for whatever you want. I might even throw in a few bucks."
"I'll have to think about it." Fluttershy said.
"Well don't think about it to long! I'll throw you out on your fuckin' ass." Darnell said. He than walked to the office and Fluttershy got into Christine and started listing to pledging my love by Johnny Ace.

At a car factory there was a line of new model Plymouth fury's. all of them are white, all except one, That one is red, a worker signaled another worker to stop the line. When the line stopped he went to the front of the red one and opened the hood. He checked to make sure everything was in order then he put his hoof on the front of the car and looked under it. Then without warinng the hood suddenly slammed shut crushing his hoof, he then screamed in pain.
A few minuets later he was being helped away from the car with a bandage around his hoof, another worker looked at him than he looked at the car. The pony then went into the car and he lit a cigaret, he turned on the radio and it started playing classic rock, then the pony flicked ash on the Seat.
Outside of the car a bell rang meaning that the work day is over. As ponies began to leave one worker with a clip board stays to check on the cars, as he was looking at them he notices that the red car is on, he tried to look inside but he can't see anything. He than opens the door to only to find a dead pony with a cigaret, "Holy SHIT!!!!!" the pony said.Then he began to honk the horn to alert anypony to this.
A few months later the car is delivered to her new owner. After few more months he actually started to fall in love with the car, so much so that he decided to name her Christine.

The argument
A few hours later Fluttershy And Rainbow dash arrived at Fluttershy's house and went inside. Fluttershy's parents were home, they were in the kitchen. Rainbow got a glass of milk. Fluttershy's mother asked" how was your day?"
"It wasn't bad." Flutter said. Fluttershy then told them what she did ,"I bought a car." Fluttershy's parents then looked at her with a strange look.
"You did what?" Flutter's mother asked
"She's outside." Flutter said.
"Your kidding right?"her father said
"You can't buy a car what in the world are you taking about, your 17 years old."
"Oh boy." Her father said when he saw Christine.
"Actually your wrong, I mean I couldn't finance it buying it for cash is no problem. Although registering a car at 17 is something else and for that I do need your permission.
"Flutter you know how we do things, you could of consulted with us." Flutter's mom said.
"You know, I've consulted with you about every damn thing I've ever done. I mean every thing in this house is a committee meeting, and if its somthing I want then I get outvoted two to one. Well this no committee meeting. I bought the the car and that's it!" Fluttershy yelled.
"It most certainly is not it! And how could you have let her do this?" She said to Rainbow.
"I didn't let her. She wanted the car, and she bought it." Rainbow said. "I tried to talk her out of it in fact."
"I doubt you tried very hard."
"Yeah, well, I'm going home." Rainbow said.
"I think you should."
"Okay that's it. I'm getting the fuck out of here." Fluttershy said.
"Flutter, what kind of lang-." Flutter's father said before being interrupted.
"What did you say!" Fluttershy's mother said. "What did you say?"
"Look, you wanted me in college courses, I'm there. You wanted me in the chess club instead of the band, okay I'm there to. I've managed to get though 17 years with out embarrassing you or landing in jail. Now I'm telling you I'm gonna have this, this one thing!"
"You are not keeping any car at this house." Her mom said.
"Fine!" Fluttershy said then walked out of the house and slammed the door behind her.
Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy's parent's looked at each other. "well thanks for the milk." Rainbow said before leaving. Outside of the house Fluttershy was already leaving. "Come on Flutter." Rainbow said. "What are you doing huh? Where are you going?" Fluttershy then drove away. Rainbow got in to her car and followed Fluttershy.

Fluttershy turned into Darnell's garage in Christine, Rainbow Dash followed in her car. Fluttershy stopped in front of the door and got out of Christine, Rainbow Dash did the same. "Hey, um could you honk your horn for me, um Christine's doesn't seem to work?" Fluttershy asked.
"Ah, sure." Rainbow said in return and proceeded to honk her car's horn. Fluttershy got into Christine and started her up. When Christine turned over (started) she let out a puff of smoke. Fluttershy then drove into the garage, there was an elderly pony standing in front of the office.
"Stall twenty." He said.
"What?" Fluttershy said over the noise of the engine.
"STALL TWENTY!" He yelled. "Get it over there,and shut it off, before we all choke to death!" Rainbow Dash walked up allong side him. "Kiddo if you sold her that piece of shit you outta be fucking ashamed of yourself."
"Didn't sell it to her," rainbow said "I tried to talk her out of it."
"You should of tried harder." He said as Fluttershy got out of Christine. "I knew a guy who had a car like that once." He said. "Fucking bastard killed himself in it. son of a bitch was so mean, if you poured boiling water down his throat he would of pissed ice cubes." He laughed. He went up to Fluttershy. "Okay, that's the last time you run that mechanical asshole in here without an exhaust hose. I catch you doing it one time and your out understand?"
"Yes sir."
"Now I'm gonna tell you something else right now. I don't take any shit from you kids. This place is for working stiffs, gotta keep their cars running'. It's not for rich-assed, snot-nosed kids draggin' on the orange belt. I don't allow no smoking in here neither. You go out in the junk yard."
"I don't smoke." Fluttershy said.
"Don't interrupt me, punk." He said. "Don't interrupt me. Don't get smart."
"Ah, sir?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"What?"
"Those ponies over over there are smoking. You better tell them to stop."
He gave her a glare, than he said. "You trying to help your friend right out here, chuck? Rainbow Dash looked at Fluttershy who shook her head.
"No." Rainbow said.
"Then shut your pie hole."he said. "I know a creep when I see one." He then looked at Fluttershy and said. "I think I'm looking at one right now. You're on probation. You get it? You screw around with me one time, I don't care how much money you paid up in front I'll throw you out on your ass! You got it? HUH!?" He yelled right at Fluttershy.
"Yes, sir." Fluttershy said faintly.
"Good. Now get the hell out of here. We're closed. He said, than went back to the office. Fluttershy and Rainbow went to Rainbow dash's car to go back home.
