Celestia gives birth to three foals. All alicorns with one having a starry mane. She comes to the idea of changing her daughters forms into regular ponies and have them grow in a different society to the royal one. One of the foals became a earth pony and was sent to live with earth ponies living in a cabin on the outskirts of the Everfree Forest but the other side of the forest to Ponyville. One becomes a pegasus and given to a pegasi family who can't have foals up in cloudsdale. And lastly the starry maned foal was turned into a normal looking unicorn with abnormal magic and sent to live with a unicorn family in cantorlot. Her other daughter, Cadance, who is only adoptive ends up foalsitting the unicorn but is careful not to reveal the foal's true self.

Note:Set before season 3 finale so Twilight is still a unicorn.
