Chapter 1: The Guy It was an ordinary day. The sun was shining, beaming on everyone's eyes and sunglasses. Mostly, everyone's faces were covered in sweat from either just walking, or working out, but for Shining Armor, it was a total different thing. The outside was never his thing. Shining was always inside his indigo room, which looked like the universe or a galaxy. He was a total nerd. He was mostly into medieval stories about ancient Greek heroes, goddesses, gods, kings, queens, princesses, and princes. He was also interested in space stories and legends like Star Wars. While in his room, he had one thing on his mind: air conditioning. While working on his new air bringing project, someone begins to bang on the door. "SHINING ARMOR!!!!!" says a voice, "MOM SAYS DINNER IS READY!!!!" While being annoyed, Shining ignores who's at the door and continues to work on his project. The unwanted visitor begins to bang on his door even harder. "SHINING ARMOR!!! MOM'S GONNA KILL YOU IF YOU DON'T SHOW!" the unknown visitor's voice becomes louder. Shining Armor continues to ignore the voice. The unknown visitor gradually gets even louder and bangs on the door even harder. "SHINING ARMOR!!!!! COME ON WE CAN'T EAT WITHOUT YOU!!!!!!" Shining now gets completely irritated, and marches and stomps to his door, grips the knob, and forcefully opens the door. "What do you want Twilight!?" Shining Armor yells at the top of his lungs. Twilight begins to look at him deep in the eyes as if she's telling him from vision to vision. "Mom says dinner is ready!" she finally says. "But it's only 7:30pm. Why is mom serving dinner so early?" Shining asks, but Twilight gives him the "you already know" look. But Shining is still looking at her very confused. "Ugh. Am I always the smart one? Mom is cooking dinner early because her and dad are going on a date tonight. Sound familiar?" she lectures. Shining now remembering his mom saying that his dad and she were going on a date. Obviously, hearing about dates wasn't Shining's thing either. He either found them weird, gross, or awkward. Twilight claimed that it's because he's never experienced love for himself, or he's just never been in love before in his life. But, that's an experiment for herself, not to mention she's never been in love either. As the two rush downstairs for dinner, their mother,Twilight Velvet, promptly stands in front of the both of them, with arms crossed. "Sorry mom, Shiny wouldn't budge!" Twilight tattled. Shining grins. Their father, Night Light, begins to shrug. "Well, they made it to dinner, I see no problem." he says while stuffing his face with hamburger meat. Their mother sighs. "Fine. Your off the hook this time." she replies, "Shining, you said you wanted to head with Gaffer and 8-bit to Gamestop?" "Yep. I'm getting the new 'Space Ninja' game today!" Shining roared in excitement. "But what about me? Who's gonna watch me while you all are gone?" Twilight wined. "Don't worry honey, we already arranged something for you." Twilight Velvet replied. As five minutes passed, everyone began to wash their plates, while Twilight was still smashing on her hamburger. As he watched the drop of ketchup drop to Twilight's cheek, Shining Armor began to call 8-bit to tell them that he is on his way. As the sun gotten lower and the moon began to rise, everyone began to head out. "Alright Twilight, your babysitter should be here in a moment. Make sure she gets the 25 dollars if shes leaves when we arrive." Twilight Velvet informed Twilight as she got the car keys and handed them to Night Light. Meanwhile, Shining is running up and down looking for his Gamestop gift card. "Slow down idiot!" Twilight yells. But Shining ignores. As the doorbell rings, a beautiful pink teenager walks in and greets Night Light and Twilight Velvet. "Your a pretty babysitter. Whats your name?" Twilight comes up to her new babysitter with eyes wide open. "I'm Cadence. What's your name?" Cadence asks bending down to look Twilight in her eyes. "I'm Twilight Sparkle. I wish to grow to be smart and bright. I'm even smarter than my brother." Twilight giggled and joked. As everyone headed out, Shining came running down the steps. "Shining, Gaffer and 8-bit are here." Twilight Velvet called out to Shining Armor. "Alright, I'm com-" at that moment, Shining Armor's foot slid on the slippery step and flopped to the air. As he slipped and slid on his wooden, slippery floor, he slid towards the door, and bumped straight into Cadence. The two moaned as if they had been hit in the head with a wrecking ball. As Shining Armor slowly opens his eyes, he takes a closer look at Cadence, who was lightly rubbing her head. She soon notices Shining Armor staring at her completely. The two began to lock eyes and came closer together like a staring contest. Their contest soon ended once they bumped heads. "Oops! I'm so sorry for bumping into you." they both said at the same time and began to laugh. "Hi, I'm Cadence." "Hi, I'm Shining-" A horn from a car began to blow. "SHINING ARMOR! COME ON WE'LL BE LATE!" 8-Bit begins to yell. "I better go, catch you later." Shining said while running to his friend's car. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 8-Bit, Gaffer, and Shining Armor all head to Gamestop for the new game release. "So Shining." Gaffer begins, "who was that girl you bumped into?" "Oh! Her name is Cadence. You know the new princess." Shining Armor replied. But Gaffer looks at him very confused. "Cadence? As in, the brand new princess?" 8-Bit asked while making a turn. "Yes! You guys seemed to be very shocked at this." Shining said very annoyed. "UMM......HELLO!? PRINCESS CADENCE!" 8-Bit and Gaffer both yelled. Soon, 8-Bit pulled in to the closest parking spot by Gamestop. Once they walked in, the salesman walked in front of them. "Let me guess, you guys are here for the new Space Ninja Warriors?" he asked. "Yep!" the 3 boys squealed. "Well there right over there, we just got new ones in stock!" the salesman said pointing to the right. Afterwards, the guys kept going on and on about Shining Armor and how he met Cadence. "So, you meeting Cadence is like Kuro meeting Princess Yuri." Gaffer explained from the characters from Space Ninjas Warriors. "It's kinda simple to me." 8-Bit began to explain, "when Princess Yuri and Ninja Kuro first met, Kuro bumped into Yuri. After that, they soon got to know each other, loved each other, then had sex." That's when the guys thought for a minute. Then Gaffer thought of an idea. "It's very simple 8-Bit!" he yelled. "Huh?" both Shining and 8-Bit both looked confused. That's when Gaffer grabbed a piece of paper from the salesman's desk and made a game-plan. "Ok, maybe Shining Armor and Cadence's relationship might change just like Kuro and Yuri's. They meet, become friends, get closer." Gaffer explained. "Ok and what about the....S-E-X part?" Shining whispered. That's when Gaffer and 8-Bit both gave him the guarded ignorant look. "THAT TIER IS TOO HIGH FOR YOU PAL!!!" 8-Bit yelled. "Though if it does happen, here's a tip, let Cadence take the lead." Gaffer said and laughed. "Don't encourage him!" 8-Bit yelled. Soon, Gaffer registered the game and headed out. Meanwhile, the guys headed towards Shining's house. "Alright Shining we're here." 8-Bit said pulling into Shining's house.When Shining opened the back door, he saw Twilight playing the Wii. Twilight heard a car horn and paused her game. She looked out her window to see who it was, it was Shining Armor. "Bye guys." Shining waved to his friends while heading to his door. Meanwhile, Twilight watched as Shining was heading towards the door. "Alright Cadence he's here! Get ready." Twilight yelled as she went to go get the door for Shining Armor. "Hey Twiliy. Where's Cadence?" Shining Armor asked. "Oh I think she's in the kitchen. You should go check!" Twilight said as she pushed Shining towards the kitchen entrance. As Shining Armor entered the kitchen, he saw Cadence who was sitting next to a vase full of ruby roses right next to chocolate strawberries on a slim wooden counter with a silver metal top. Cadence got up and went towards Shining with the bowl of chocolate strawberries. "Um..hey Shining Armor. I just wanted to get to know you mor-" at that moment, Cadence slipped on a piece of rose that was left on the floor. Her foot went in front of her, like she was gonna do a back flip. She almost hit face first on the ground, but apparently her butt had other plans. Instead of falling on the floor with her, Cadence's butt hit Shining's stomach causing them both to crash. They both moaned while rubbing their heads. "Hey Cadence how's it goin-" that's when Twilight saw Cadence on top of Shining Armor. And totally freaked. "CADENCE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY BROTHER!?" Twilight screamed. That's when both Shining Armor and Cadence panicked and got up very quickly. "Um.....Twily! It's not what it looks like!" Shining Armor explained. "Yea, I just fell that's all." Cadence said backing Shining Armor up. Twilight gave them a very unsure look, but then gave them the ok. Afterwards, Twilight Velvet and Night Light pulled in. As they walked in, Shining Armor and Cadence both stood together and gave them a big bright smile. Night Light shrugged, Twilight Velvet raised an eyebrow. "Nothing bad happened while I was gone right?" she asked with a very unsure face. "Yep nothing bad happened!" both Cadence and Shining Armor said. But Twilight Velvet still had an unsure face. "Well ok. Thanks for babysitting Twilight, Cadence! We really appreciate it!" she replied. As Cadence headed towards the door, she faced Shining Armor. "Bye Shining." she said as she walked towards her car. Shining, however fell to the ground without notice. "Shining!" Twilight Velvet yelled as her son hit the ground. As she was going to bend down to help him, Twilight stopped her with her arm. "It's ok mom, he's finally fell in love."

Chapter 3: The FriendsView OnlineHitched *Love Story*Chapter 3: The FriendsIt was the crack of dawn.The moon was getting ready to lower down and the sun was getting ready to rise. The sky looked both pink and purple, and down in Seattle, mostly everyone came out to see the multicolored sky. It was a yearly tradition that everyone had and followed. Down in the Sparkles home, Twilight Velvet sat on the couch and cuddled with her beloved husband, Night Light. Twilight began to dig threw the refrigerator to find milk for her 'Little Bits Crunch' cereal. As soon as she found it, she poured both her cereal and milk in her bowl, and began to pig out on her breakfast. She loved hearing the crunching sounds of the little tiny pieces of cereal, and usually waited until she was finished drinking the milk to eat her marshmallows. Meanwhile, Shining was upstairs in his room looking at the beautiful pink and purple sky. He also saw couples as they either walked up the sidewalk in their pajamas or hanged out in a swing bench. Looking at couples wasn't really what he would do on a Sunday like this. He would either face time 8-Bit, Gaffer, or Pointdexter, or just stay sleep. But know he finally had something to think about. His small crush on Cadence. "I wonder if she has a boyfriend. Which she probably does." he said to himself. Suddenly, Shining saw a very familiar person walking down in fluffy pink pajamas with bunny slippers, with a pony-tail. "Is that Cadence?" Shining asked himself. He couldn't tell because she was turned around. But soon that person turned around, and Shining finally saw who it was. "It is! Cadence! Hey Cadence wait up!" but she barely heard him. "CADENCE!" Shining yelled once again, but Cadence still couldn't hear him. That's when Shining Armor got his blue robe, and headed towards the stairs in a rush. No one noticed Shining Armor as he ran out the door, no one, except for his mother with a smile on her face. "Go get her Shining." Shining Armor ran out the door with his robe in his hand. "Dammit! She's fast!" he said to himself. "CADENCE!" Shining Armor yelled out of breath. That's when Cadence finally turned around, and noticed that Shining Armor had one hand on his knee and tried to catch his breath. "Oh my! I sorry about that! I didn't see or hear you." Cadence said giving Shining a hand. As she pulled him up, Shining finally caught his breath. "What were you thinking!?" Cadence said punching him hard on his shoulder. "Well, I saw you walk by and I........I just.......I wanted to see you again." Shining said as his face turned red as a cherry. So did Cadence's, but she giggled. "What's so funny?" Shining joked. Finally Cadence stopped laughing and opened her big purple eyes. "Well, I wanted to see you again too. I wanted to become friends and get to know you." Shining Armor's heart sank. FRIENDS!? WHAT DID SHE MEAN FRIENDS!?, that's when Shining Armor went a little back to want his friends Gaffer and 8-Bit said to him at the shop "take it slow, start as friends", so Shining Armor followed their advice. "Oh...okay." Shining said while grabbing one of the boxes Cadence was holding. "Let's get to know each other." Cadence heart bounced when she saw Shining Armor's smile reflection off of sun light. Then she smiled back. "Alright.....let's." It had bee almost an hour, and Shining Armor and Cadence were still talking. They got to know each other every well. Their weaknesses, how they act, what they like to do, and etc. Soon, Cadence's belly began to grumble. "Shit! I knew I should've never skipped breakfast!" Cadence said to herself. That's when Shining Armor pulled out his wallet out of his robe. Cadence looked at him very weirdly. "What? I always bring it with me. Just in case." Shining said while winking. "Where do ya wanna eat?" Soon, Cadence pointed to a fast-food restaurant that had a huge rat at the top of the building, holding a tray with a burger that had loads of cheese on it. "I wanna go to Cheesy Burger." Cadence said, but Shining Armor looked at her funny. From what she had told him, Cadence really enjoyed fruits and vegetables and could care less about any meat at all, that is, unless she was really hungry. So Shining finally knew, she was very hungry. "Alright. Cheesy Burger it is." Shining said as him and Cadence charged into the restaurant. As they walked in, all they could see was hundreds of people, in pajamas, on stools, mashing burgers like it was the last one on Earth. Since it was a special day in Seattle, mostly everyone in town was wearing pajamas. No matter what it looked like. "I'm cold." Cadence said while shivering. She then thought she was gonna freeze to death, until a warm, blue robe with white arms hugged her tightly. Cadence soon blushed and saw that it was Shining Armor helping her out. When he let go of Cadence, only his robe was left on her shoulders. He then caught eye of the cashier who seemed to notice he was getting ready to head towards her. "Go find a table. I'll get the food." Shining Armor ordered. But Cadence stopped him with a tap on his shoulder. "But you don't even know what I want." Cadence complained. "Yes, I do." Shining said to Cadence with a smile. "Just go find us a table okay?" Seeing him smile always put a warm spot in her heart. "Okay." Cadence said as she went on a lookout for their table. She searched and searched for the perfect table that would suit them just right. She soon spotted a table. It was perfect. The table was clean, the window next to the stools show the sun/moon pink/purple show. It was beautiful. So Cadence ran straight near the table, and sat on the comfortable, cozy, red, white, and black stool. As soon as she got comfortable, she saw Shining Armor walking with a tray with their food. One side had a chicken sandwich next to onion rings and a water. The other looked like a big, double cheese burger next to large fries and a large orange pop. She didn't know which one was hers. Cadence loved them both dearly. But Shining finally came, and gave her the chicken sandwich meal. "Since your not a burger lover, I just thought maybe you try something new. For once, it'll cause you to not get fat." Shining Armor said to Cadence while taking a big bite out of his sandwich. "Let's eat!" Cadence didn't waist anytime to stuff the new sandwich in her mouth. Once she took a bite, her eyes began to water up. "This is the best sandwich I have ever tasted." she said while whipping her happy tears and began to tear up her leftovers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Afterwards, time passed. It was 8:30pm. Not too long. Shining Armor and Cadence both rubbed their bellies and moaning from the delicious food they just ate. "Want desert?" Shining asked. But Cadence's belly grumbled. "How about next time." she said while laughing. The two headed out of the fast-food restaurant and said good-bye to the three leftover costumers. "That food was amazing! Maybe I should those chicken sandwiches more often." Cadence said while walking with pride. Shining Armor laughed. "What's so funny?" Cadence said while giggling a little. "I've never had this much fun before ever in my life." Shining said with his eyes closed feeling the breeze of cold air blow through his blue hair. Cadence began to blush. She never had that much fun in a while. The only fun time she had was when she and her two aunties took her to Niagara Falls for a vacation. But today, she never had so much fun like this every in her life. "We've got school tomorrow." Shining Armor said while looking down at Cadence. "I'll show you around." Cadence's eyes widen quickly and she began to smile. "Thanks." The two soon reached Shining Armor's home. Cadence held tightly to Shining Armor's robe, like she didn't wanna let go of it, and Shining saw that. "You know, you can keep it." he said, "I didn't really need it anyway." "Really?" Cadence said as she gripped his robe even tighter. "Yeah." Shining replied, "it'll remind you of today." At that moment, Cadence didn't waste anytime giving her lover a hug, and he embraced her back. "Thank you." she said. "Your welcome." he replied. Soon, Cadence let go of their embrace a little and looked into Shining Armor's eyes. He looked into her eyes. "See you tomorrow." Cadence finally said, and let go of their embrace. "See ya." Shining said waving to Cadence, who was alright gone. As Shining Armor walked in the house, he saw his mother standing right in front of him with arms crossed. "Mom," Shining Armor began, " I can explain." "It's okay. I know." Twilight Velvet said heading up the stairs, "but you can tell me about your day tomorrow." As his mother headed up the stairs, Shining sighed in relief. "Phew!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As she skipped happily down the street, Cadence headed towards her home. She was still excited over what happened between her and Shining Armor. "We could've kissed!" she squealed to herself, "but we just met and we're now becoming friends." Cadence continued to talk to herself until she reached her house. She quietly opened the door. Soon she saw that the lights came on and heard footsteps. "Cadence! Oh it's just you." Luna said running up towards Cadence, giving her a big hug. "I was so worried about you! Where have you been? Did you deliver those boxes?" Luna had been all in Cadence's face asking lots and lots of questions like she was a robber or something. "It's been fine. I'm not dead. As you can see, I'm right here." Cadence said while waving her arms up and down. "Oh that's a relief." Luna said. She then paused, and stared at the blue and white striped robe she was wearing. "What are you wearing?" "Oh this.......it's just........Shining Armor's." after Cadence finished that sentence, Luna jumped up with joy and hugged Cadence until she couldn't breath. "Awwwwww..........young love. I bet that's where you were all day. Isn't it?" Luna said getting in Cadence's face once again. "Yep. And I understand when you said, love takes time." Cadence said with a evil grin on her face, " which is why I have this suspicion that he likes he back." The two laughed for a minute. "Yeah, but we girls don't completely understand boys, but there will come a time that we will." Luna suggested. "Yeah, your right." Cadence agreed. "Well I'm heading to bed, I got school tomorrow." "Really, or do you just wanna see Shining Armor?" Luna said while laughing. "Ha. Ha. Very funny." Cadence said. "Goodnight my little princess." Luna said waving goodbye to Cadence. "Nite." Chapter 4: The SchoolView OnlineHitched *Love Story*Chapter 4: The SchoolThe moon began to fall beneath the high point of a steep hill, and the sun was beginning to rise in the same place the moon was, but clouds began to form right in front of the sun. At the Sparkles household, Shining Armor slowly began to open his eyes. Without notice, he closed his eyes to go and enjoy his blissful dream. Unfortunately, it was interrupted. "SHINING ARMOR!" Twilight yelled while banging on the door, "IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP!" "What a great sense of deja' fo" Shining Armor said as began to rise up from his bed. He began to open his drawers and grab his normal set of school clothes. After getting all dressed-up for school, Shining begins to activate his toothbrush bot, (a robot that automatically brushes his teeth). Meanwhile, Twilight begins to put on her school uniform as well. "Ugh! Stupid skirt!" she yells trying to force it on. Twilight tries to put as much force into putting it on as she could, but all of a sudden, POP! "No....NO NO NO! MOMMY!!!!" Twilight begins to yell as her skirt falls flat on the floor. Twilight Velvet suddenly approaches up the stairs into Twilight's room. "Oh Twilight darling, you did it again, didn't you?" Twilight Velvet says and begins to sigh. "I'm sorry mommy. It's just that this skirt was too small and-" that's when Twilight knew how to fit her problem. She began to look at her plastic headband which had a unicorn horn on it, with the corner of her eye. "What is it Twilight?" Twilight Velvet said, trying to look in Twilight's direction. But Twilight blocked her way, and pushed her mother out her room. "Oh it's nothing mom. I know how to fix my skirt!" Twilight exclaimed. But her mother looked confused. "Oh Twilight, are you sure?" her mother asked, while still being pushed out the door. But Twilight had a very suspicious smile, her face. "Oh I'm sure." she said, finally getting her mother out of her room. "Well ok, I'll call you when breakfast is ready." Twilight Velvet said waving to her beloved daughter. "Okay! Bye!" Twilight said, slamming the door on her mother, then laying on the door in exhaustion. "Phew! That was close!" On his way downstairs, Shining Armor tightly fixed his tie, and slid down the rail on his stairs. He soon met up with his mom, who was by the door with a smile on her face. Shining walked up to her confused. "Mom, you ok?" Shining asked. "Of course!" Twilight Velvet said still wearing an unsure smile on her face. "Okay." Shining said, and without notice, Twilight Velvet gave him a big hug, and whispered something in her son's ear. "Don't forget to show Cadence around the school. Be a good host to her." Shining soon hugged his mother back and nodded his head, "okay." As he began to open the door, a car pulled in the Sparkles driveway. The car was shining red, with clean tires like they haven't got dirty once. The windows were spotless, and the red color of the car shined like a thousand suns. "A corvet!" Shining Armor said with his mouth wide open and eyes wide. Soon, a beautiful cream colored woman began to walk out of the car. She walked towards Shining Armor and Twilight Velvet. As she reached their door, she looked at Shining Armor, then at Twilight Velvet. "Are you 'Mrs. Sparkle' ?" the woman said in a proper voice. Twilight Velvet gulped. "Well?" the woman asked once more. "Oh.....um....yes." Twilight Velvet finally answered nervously. The woman soon looked at Shining Armor. "Well, my niece would like to walk with your son to school. If, he doesn't mind." the woman replied, while Shining looked up and gulped as well. "O-o-oh...of course he wouldn't mind.....right Shining?" Twilight Velvet asked nervously while elbowing Shining Armor. He soon snapped out of whatever he was thinking and nodded his head up and down. With that response, a pink colored teen soon came from behind the tall, beautiful woman. Shining's eyes soon brightened. "Cadence!" he yelled and ran over to give Cadence a hug. But the tall woman blocked him. "I don't think so!" she began, "if you think you can hug my niece, YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER THING COMING!" Shining gulped and started backing away. Cadence soon slapped her forehead. "Aunt Celestia, don't scare my friend, like you did back in Manhattan!" Cadence scolded. Soon, Shining Armor and Twilight Velvet began to recognize the woman. "President Celestia!?" the both yelled in confusion. Celestia soon smacked her forehead as well. "Got dammit Cadence! I didn't want them to know yet!" Celestia scolded Cadence. "Ugh! Never mind that. Anyway.....Shining Armor, would you like to walk with my niece to school. Do you mind that?" Celestia said, giving him a serious grin. Shining Armor nodded his head side to side very fast. "No not at all." Cadence soon walked over to Shining Armor and gave him a soft hug. Celestia sighed. "Very well then, and if it's ok with your mother, you can come over her house after school." Shining Armor soon made puppy dog eyes, as his mother rolled her eyes and laughed. "It's fine with me." Twilight Velvet said with a soft smile. Celestia sighed once more and headed towards her car. "Cadence, have a good day at school. And Shining Armor," she began, "watch my daughter, and don't anything stupid. I trust you." Shining gave her the thumbs up. Soon, Celestia's car was soon out of the Sparkles driveway. Shining Armor and Cadence began to walk to school. "Have a good day at school Shining!" Twilight Velvet waved to her son has he departed the house. She then sighed and laughed. "Yes, go have fun." Shining Armor and Cadence walked together in complete silence. Sometimes, Shining Armor would look at Cadence, and then she would look at him. Cadence would reach for Shining's hand, but would pull it back up since she was too scared to grab his hand. Soon, the two wear headed up a gray and navy blue house with a well-cut lawn and gnomes but the door. Cadence looked at the house very confused. "Um, Shining?" Cadence began, "where are we? I thought we were going to school?" Shining soon turned around and smiled, which made Cadence blush. His smiles always melted her heart. "We are going to school, I'm just here to pick up my friend Gaffer. Him, my friend 8-Bit and I always walk to school together. And now, your added to the pack." Shining Armor replied as Cadence raised an eyebrow. "Pack? We're not wolves." she said and laughed. So did Shining. "It's an expression." Shining soon walked towards the door, and began to knock. Soon, a orange colored woman (who looked like she was in her mid-30s) opened the door. "Oh hello Shining! Are you here for Gaffer?" the woman asked. "Yes Mrs. Pepton." Shining said nodded his head. Soon, Mrs. Pepton's direction was at Cadence. "Oh who's this beautiful young lady? Is she your girlfriend?" she asked. "Oh no, she's just a friend of mine." he replied with a smile. Soon, Gaffer came by the door and greeted Shining Armor with their normal handshake. "Hey Gaffer. You ready to go?" Shining finally asked his friend. "Yep-" Gaffer's eyes soon looked at Cadence. She began to wave and greeted him. "Hello Gaffer. I'm Cadence." she said softly. Gaffer's eyes looked at Cadence, then Shining, then at Cadence again, the at Shining again. "Would you excuse us for a minute." Gaffer said while he pulled Shining Armor by the door. "So.....trying to make a move on the President's niece?" Gaffer whispered to Shining with a smile on his face. Shining soon blushed. "What?! No! She wanted to come with me....I DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS THE PRESIDENT'S NIECE GOT DAMMIT!" Shining replied angrily. Gaffer laughed evilly. "Okay..but if you do make a move her, I'm here for advice." Gaffer said winking while Shining Armor rolled his eyes. Soon the guys met up with Cadence. "Okay....let's go pick up 8-Bit-" "He said he's driving to school today." Gaffer interrupted. Shining Armor began to twitch and turn his head. "Thanks Gaffer." Shining said while grinning his teeth. Soon, Gaffer, Shining Armor, and Cadence walked towards their beloved school. "Seattle State High." Shining said, waving his hands in the sky. "It's a school where people have bad dreams and pressuring teachers who give you a lot of homework." Gaffer added. Shining Armor began to twitch and turn his head, once again. "Thanks again Gaffer." Soon, 8-Bit approached Gaffer and Shining. "Hey guys whats up?" 8-Bit said greeting his friends. But soon his attention was on Cadence. He looked at Cadence, then at Shining, then at Cadence, then at Gaffer. Then he pulled his friends near the school gates by the ears. "Excuse us, we'll be back." he said to Cadence. The boys soon approached by the gates. "Hey, 8-Bit, what's wrong?" Shining Armor asked his friend. "Oh what's wrong? Oh I'll tell you what's wrong. WHY THE HELL IS PRESIDENT CELESTIA'S NIECE WALKING WITH YOU TWO????!!!!" 8-Bit replied angrily. "Ugh....for the last time. I didn't know she was the president's niece, okay? God." Shining said and began to make a grumpy face. 8-Bit raised his eyebrow and rolled his eyes. "Whatever." The boys soon approached to Cadence who jumped up and snapped out of what she was thinking. "Sorry Cadence, my friends wanted to talk to me about something." Shining Armor said trying to cover up. "Oh it's fine, can we go to school now?" Cadence said, asking the three boys nice and soft. The boys turned near Cadence and nodded their heads. "Of course." the boys said. Afterwards, Gaffer, 8-Bit, Cadence, and Shining Armor walked into their school. While 8-Bit and Gaffer went to their lockers, Shining Armor took Cadence to the office. Gaffer and 8-Bit looked at him in confusion. "Don't worry, I'm just taking her to the office." Shining said directing Cadence to the office. The boys soon gave him the thumbs up and walked away. Cadence and Shining Armor soon approached the office. Cadence was confused. "So.....those two are your best friends?" Cadence asked as Shining laughed. "Nah.....that's too gay....we're more of best buds. Like a wolf pack." Shining explained. "Oh, can I be part of your pack?" Cadence asked as Shining looked at her with a smile. "Of course." Shining said softly. Cadence's blushed and turned away. Soon, a tall cream colored man, with blue wavy hair, and in a black striped tuxedo walked up to Cadence and Shining. Shining walked up to the man. "Hello Principal Fancy Pants, this is Cadence. She's new here." Shining introduced. "Oh, okay. Welcome Cadence, I hear your the President's niece. What brings you to Seattle?" Principal Fancy Pants replied. Cadence smiled. "Well, my auntie, as well as the president, wanted to see what it was like to live in a state that was more presentable to her. So she chose Seattle." Cadence explained. Principal Fancy Pants soon nodded his head and directed Cadence and Shining Armor near his office. "Okay Cadence," he began, "one of your aunties already created your class schedule, and basically gave you all the classes Shining Armor is in. So....all you need is a locker." Shining Armor soon froze. "All my classes?" Meanwhile, Principal Fancy Pants gave Cadence her locker number. Cadence read it carefully. "B-109?" she read. Shining Armor jumped up. "Hey! Your locker is right next to mine." he said happily. Cadence smiled. "Now I have all your classes, and I'm next to you." she replied softly. Principal Fancy Pants began to smile as well. "Shining Armor, you go take Cadence to her class. I'm sure she'd be happy to meet her teacher." Principal Fancy Pants suggested. Shining's eyes soon brightened. "Your right! Let's go Cadence!" Shining said, pulling Cadence out the door. Principal Fancy Pants smiled and waved as they soon left out. "Who's the teacher?" Cadence asked out of breath. Shining Armor had been pulling her by the arm, while running for hours. They both were out of breath as they reached the door. "Don't worry, your gonna love her." Shining said as he opened the door. Cadence was startled. All she could see was about 15 students looking dead at her. "Shining Armor....your lucky you made it in time." a magenta colored woman wearing a medium sized green skirt with a white buttoned shirt which was tucked into her skirt looked at Shining Armor as he was completely out of breath. Gaffer and 8-Bit walked towards him. "Where's Cadence?" 8-Bit asked Shining. Shining Armor soon pointed behind him. The woman walked up to Shining Armor. "Who's behind you?" she asked. Soon Cadence came from behind Shining Armor, and the woman's mouth was wide open. "Now Miss Cheerilee," Shining began, "before you go saying 'why is the president's niece with you?' first off, I didn't know she was the president's niece first off. Second, she's new here, so do you think you can give her a nice, and proper welcome." Miss Cheerilee calmed down, and approached Cadence. "I'm sorry, welcome to my class Cadence! It's a pleasure to meet you." Miss Cheerilee said with a warm smile. Cadence was unsure, but she soon smile back. "It's a pleasure to me, you to." she said back. Miss Cheerilee soon directed Cadence to her seat. Cadence was soon in a seat, which was surprisingly, behind Shining Armor. "Just get as comfortable as you can Cadence, and if you have any questions, you can ask me or Shining Armor." Miss Cheerilee said and went back to her desk. Shining Armor turned around to Cadence and smiled. "Told you you'd love her." he said and turned around. Cadence smiled. Author's Note Longer........Than.......Expected
