Then twilight walked out of a room. "This is my house." She said using her magic to veiw the book i had in my cloak yesterday. "Your spell book is intresting. It's mostly dark spell translated in light spells. Did you write this?" She asked holding a quill from inside my cloak. "Yes, i've used it for self-defence for the past years. It was ment for my brother. I have to go find an inn or hotel." I then walked to the door to be stopped by twilight putting her hoof on my shoulder. "Come with me, my friend has a few spare bedrooms." She said opening the door to leave. "Who is your friend?" I asked as I followed twilight. "Her name is rarity." Twilight said stoping at a large house. "I think you will like her." When we entered the house a white unicorn walked up to us. "Hello twilight, who is this guy?" She said pointing towrds me. "Is he new in town?" I nodded to answer her question. "My name is shadow charm, just call me shadow." I told her as we walked into the house. "Spike allready told me you needed a place to stay." She said pointing over to a small dragon sitting next to a filly. "The filly he's with is my little sister, sweetie belle." When i look at them spike glared at me, as if he wanted me gone. "What was his deal?" I thought to myself. "Maybe he thinks im after rarity or something." "The spare room is upstair at the end of the left hallway." Rarity said walking over to a room filled with dresses. "Thanks for giving me a place to stay." I said to her wakling up to her. "It's nothing, really." She said turning to me. "Im sure you're a nice guy." I was starting to notice her slightly blushing. I looked outside and saw the moon was out. "Goodnight." I said walking over to the spare room.
chapter 5View Onlinethe adventures of shadow charmchapter 5I recently found an apartment nearby ponyville. I now where I belong. I don't know how much longer it will take for sombra to find me. I soon heard knocking at my door. I knew who it was. or at least I thought I did. The door was blasted open by a source of immense power. "What is going on? reveal your self!" I shouted. soon an armored unicorn apeared out of the dust. "Darn it!" "I see you remember who I am shadow." Sombra said sounding less evil than I thought he would. "What do you want sombra? and what threat are you going to use to get it?" "Relax shadow."He said in a relaxed tone. He possibly could be happy. "I just want to get the gem of strength. But if you don't accept this request, i guess i will have to go with plan B." his horn started to glow as he and I were teleported into what i think was an under ground base of sorts. "It's either the gem or her. Choose wisely, and fast." He said pointing over to rarity tied up above a bottomless pit. "Don't do it shadow." Rarity said trying to break free. I knew what I had to do. I ripped the gem from around my neck and held it out to sombra. "Take it sombra." I said starting to regret what im doing. "just release her first." sombra nooded and teleported her to me. He had fallen for my trap. I tossed the gem into the bottemless pit before he could get it and quickly shot a beam of magic at him knock him into the pit before he could stop me. After he vanished into the shadowy pit, me and rarity teleported back to ponyville. "How did you know that would work shadow?" Rarity said before hugging me. "Even the king of illusion can be devieved." i told her hugging her back. "Sadly, the ultimate defence against evil was lost in the void." suddenly the ground began to shake as a large hole opened up in the ground as sombra lept out wearing the gem of strength tied around his neck. chapter 6View Onlinethe adventures of shadow charmchapter 6The gem of strength looked different than before. It turned grey. "You have been a thorn in my side for too long shadow!" He said as the gem of strength flouted around him. "Time to make you suffer!" I slowly walked backwards thinking of some thing I could do. With the gem of strength, he is almost unstopable, almost... "You won't get away with this." I told him as darkness came together forming a farmiliar figure. He was a unicorn with a broken horn and green mane. I couldn't belive who it really was. "Granite? Is that you?" "Join me shadow." He said as dark energy formed in place of his horn. Dark energy surrounded me. "Unleash your true power." The darknes started to consume me, no matter how hard I fought it back. Rarity ran towards me. "Shadow! What is happening?" She said as I walked back. "Stay back rarity." I said trying to fight against the dark energy strengthening in my soul. "Get the elements. Don't go near me...." The darkness was taking control of my actions. "Forgive for what im about to do." That was the last thing I said before the darkness completely corrupted me. Sombra smiled at the horrors that were unleashed. Soon the other 5 elements of harmony appeared. "Shadow, Granite, get them!" Sombra said to us as me and my older brother attacked the elements. I was sent to attack rarity. I wish I could stop what was happening. "Why shadow, why?" Rarity said as sombra forced me to attack her. Before i could strike her, I was able to regain control of my actions. I stoped before I struck her. "im sorry rarity." I told her turning towards granite. "Come to your senses brother!" I shouted as I began to glow. I turned white as wings formed on my back. I soared towards my evil brother. Regretingly I fired one of my strongest attacks at him. "Forgive me brother." I said staring at my brothers smoldered corpse. "What are you doing, fool?!" Sombra shouted at me as I turned towards him. Blinded with rage, I fired a powerfull beam at him causing a small explosion hitting me and destroying sombra. I blacked out soon after being hit with the explosion. I woke up in the rubble of the explosion. Most of the dammage was all ready repaired. I started to search the town for the gem of strength. I found Rarity holding the gem in her hooves. She was wounded. I walked over to her and put my hoof on the gem of strength. She looked suprised to see me. 'Shadow, is it really you? She asked me as I picked up the gem. "I thought that you didn't survive." I decided to use a healing spell on her wounds. 'The worst is over." I said to her before walking of to get something. 'I will be right back." When I got to my appartment, I pulled out a small box. Rarity soon entered the room. "Thanks for saving my life shadow." She said as I turned to her hiding the box. "Your welcome." I said walking up to her. "There is something I need to ask you." I pulled out the small box opening it to her. "Will you mary me?" She nodded as tears of joy swelled on her face. She flung herself into my arms. The end

"Where are we big bro?" I asked my brother. I was still new to magic, but I knew a dark presence was near. "I don't know shadow." My brother said to me. He and I were both unicorns. His name was granite edgde. "Im scared bro." I said as the dark presence was getting stronger. Now granite was detecting it too. I saw him take a few steps back in fear. "Get behing me shadow. Quickly." Granite said to me. I saw an armored figure walk into the area. The figure was a unicorn. Besides armor, he had a red cape and crown. "Who is this guy?" I asked my brother. I had a feeling he knew who this guy was. "This guy is known as king sombra." Granite said in a worried tone. "Shadow, start running." I took a few steps back before granite charged at sombra. Sombra pulled at a sword and quickly struck granite. "What's going on?" I said seeing the bade slice granite's horn clean off. The next thing i knew granite was on the ground dead. "Granite!" I shouted running to him. "Please wake up." I said as my horn began to glow. I tried healing magic, but it was no good. I ran as fast as I could. I teleported home once I escape. I still want revenge on that evil king.
chapter 1View Onlinethe adventures of shadow charmchapter 1It has been 10 years since my brothers death. A few days ago i came across ponyville. Hopefully sombra will not find me. I was walking around when I was hit with a random pink blurr. By the time I regained the ability to move i saw a pink pony in front of me. She looked exetremely exited to see me. "Who the heck are you?" I asked as i got up. "My name is pinkie pie." She said sounding slightly more exited. "I came to welcome you to ponyville!" "Warn me next time, ok?" I said walking away. She shruged and vanished as quick as she showed up. I found an area to set up camp. It was an empty area by the time I set up my tent pinkie allready found me. She brought 2 of her friends with her. One of them was a blue pegasus, the other was a purple-ish unicorn. "Hello again!" Pinkie pie said to me. "Wait a minute, what is your name?" She asked me with a puzzled look. "My name is shadow charm. You can call me shadow." I told her seeing the 2 other ponies aproach us. "Who are they?" "These are my friends, rainbow dash and twilight." Pinkie said pointing at them. "They wanted to meet you." "Nice to met ya shadow." Rainbow dash said noticing something in the cloak i was wearing. "What's that?" She asked me pointing at the book she saw in my cloak. I used my magic to hold the book. On it was a picture of a red gem carved into the shape of a sword. "It's a spell book. I found it in some ruins." I told rainbow dash in a depresed tone. "It was a horrible day i don't want to remember." "What happened?" Twilight asked while her and rainbow dash prepared to hear a long treasure hunting story. "I was only 8 when it happened." I began putting the book back in my cloak. "After I found the book I tried to use a teleportation spell in it to return home with my older brother, granite edge. The spell malfunctioned sending me and granite to a forest. Someone attaked us. I survived the attack. My brother, wasn't so lucky. If only he could have escaped." "Why couldn't he escape?" assked twilight. "he gave up his magic to save me when i was born." i looked around and saw that the sun was almost set. "it's starting to get late, you should head home." I turned towards the tent and entered it.
chapter 3View Onlinethe adventures of shadow charmchapter 3I woke up to the sound of a small sqeal. I looked out of the room to see sweetie belle tied up near the door. She was surrouded by masked ponies. "Not now. He found me allready?" I said useing magic to grab a knife. One of the ponies noticed I was awake. "No one can see this." Another of the masked ponies said. "get rid of him and the others in the house immedeatly!" I quickly hid my spell book and prepared for attack. I ideodicly charged at the masked ponies hopeing to reach sweetie belle alive. The masked ponies took no time makeing sure that I failed. I was able to reach sweetie and untie her, but in the middle of battle I was allmost completely killed. i used an invisibility spell to get me and sweetie belle to safetey. I quickly opened the window. "Go out the window, before they find us." I told sweetie belle. "I will get rarity to safety as soon as i can." As soon as she jumped out of the window I grabbed my spellbook. "hopefully this gem still works." I pressed the sword shapped gem on the cover of my book. The gem ejected from the book connected to a thin brown rope. I tied the rope around my neck and prepared to use its abilities. I was allready pretty mashed up from saveing sweetie belle. The gem started to glow summoning a sword to my aid. I charged down the stairs to rarity's room finding another masked pony with a knife at rarity's neck. "Hand over the gem of strength and she lives." He said to me holding the knife closer to rarity's neck. I was unsure of what to do. I spen ten years traveling village from village hopeing that they wouldn't get the gem, but if i refused i would fail to spare an innocent victom. Without thing I untied the rope and tossed the gem to the maked pony. "Take it, just leave her out of this." I said as he released rarity qnd left with the other maksed ponies. Now I had realized I broke a hoof and got stabed in my hind legs. I almost instantly fell to the ground unconcious. the rest of what happened was a complete blurr
chapter 4View Onlinethe adventures of shadow charmchapter 4I woke up in a hospital of some sort. I was unaware of what happened after I gave up the decoy gem. My front right hoof was in a cast and sling. A white pony walked up to me. "There are people here to see you." She said to me pointing at the door. "Alright." The door opened as twilight and rarity entered the room. "What are you doing hear?" "We came to see if you were okay, and twilight had questions about your spellbook." Raity said to me as twilight searched for the book. "According to what i read in it." Twilight began while opening the book. "The gem on the cover has great abilities and can be removable." "The masked ponies have the gem." Rarity said pointing to the hole that the gem goes in. "No, they dont have it." I said going over to my cloak near a table. I pulled out the gem of strength. "I gave them a decoy. They won't take long to realize they got fooled. The gem of strength is kind of like an element of harmony that can work on it's own." If it was in the wrong hands, we all would be defenceless." "We need to hide this gem as soon as possible." Twilight said putting down the book. There was a sudden crash against the door. "Hand over the actual gem!" A pony on the other side of the door. I took out another decoy gem and tied it around my neck and gave the real one to rarity. "Wear this." I said to her. "I will use a spell to make it look like a normal gem. Take it and run." I said teleporting them to safety. I opened the door preparing to be destroyed. A masked pony used a knife to cut of the fake gem and smash it. "Without that gem you are useless." The pony said smiling at the gem shards. "That gem is also a fake." I said. "The real gem is far from hear." I quickly teleported while he was confused. I teleported into the middle of town. Rarity noticed me and started walking over to me "How did you survive?" She said happily. "I teleported away from them." I said while the masked ponies charged at me. I was forced to use my shard shock attack. I fired several gem shards at them. After they were weakened they involuntarily teleported away. Afterwards, I went over to rarity. "Meet me in the park at midnight." i told her before i walked away. It was almost midnight. i found rarity near a bridge. i walked up to her. "Hi there shadow." she said slightly blushing. "I brought you something." I told her reaching into my cloak. I pulled out a peice of amethyst connected to a silver necklace. "I carved it to look like the element of generosity." "It's beutiful." Rarity said as i tied it around her neck. now i noticed she was closer than before. "I love it." "It's nothing really." I said seeing her get slightly closer. before i knew it, we kissed in the moonlight
