Loyalty

The morning sunshine shined in my face. A very unpleasant wake up call. "Yaaaaaawwnnn..." Outside my bedroom window, chaos had spread across Ponyville. "What the hay?..." I hurriedly spiraled out the door to investigate. Twilight was trying to get everypony to calm down. "Twilight! What's going on? Why is everypony acting all... Crazy??" Twilight pointed behind me. I turned around to see a small, black hole in the sky. My eyes widened; I had never seen anything like it. "What is that?!," my eyes spun around to the sight.

"It seems that a black hole has appeared. I don't know what could've caused this!," the smart unicorn placed her hoof upon her forehead and thought. I couldn't help but think about what was happening too. Did I do this? That Sonic Rainboom was probably my most powerful one. I've never flewn as fast as that. Maybe... It was me!

"Uhh.. Twilight? Is it possible for a powerful Sonic Rainboom to cause THAT?," I repeated in my head 'it's not me'.

She eyed the ground and looked back up at me,"I've never thought of it, but... Yes." I nearly fainted. It was me. "If we don't act now, all of Equestria will be sucked into it. I have to inform the princess!" Twilight ran into her home. I followed her inside, possibly to tell her my suspections.

"Hey, Twilight. Another thing. I think that black hole might've been caused by me.. Listen, I was at Soarin's birth-" I was interrupted by Twilight's lengthy gasp.

"Whaaaaaaaat??! Rainbow, how could you?," she was so serious.

"It was an accident?..," I shrugged my shoulders. Sweat dripped down the side of my face and down my snout.

"Go get the rest. I'll be here." I had no other option but to listen to her. Ponies still panicked about. Mothers grabbed their fillies. Colts rescued dramatized bystanders. I flew as fast as I could to Fluttershy's. I beat on the door as if a tornado was gaining on me. "Fluttershy! Open up! It's me, Rainbow Dash!" The door slowly creaked open. The shy one popped one eye out. When she saw who it was, she welcomed me.

"Rainbow Dash? What is it?," she quietly whispered like she had just woken up. Without hesitation, I wrapped my arm around her and blasted back to Twilight. "What's the rush?"

"It's urgent. Twilight's orders. Black hole. Near destruction..," I huffed and puffed. We had finally gotten back to Ponyville. I swung the door for Fluttershy to enter. I peeked in only to find the rest of the gang to be inside. I trotted in to join the discussion.

"So, any plan to stop this catastrophy, Twilight?," Rarity swung her mane around and batted her eyelashes.

"And what the hay can we do?," A.J. stomped her hoof to the wood floor. Pinkie just sat their like nothing terrible was going on. She was the silly one, of course.

"I don't know. A Sonic Rainboom caused this last night. It's been approximetly seven hours since the black hole appeared. In less than twenty-four hours, we will all be gone!," Twilight shook her head. I can't believe I caused this.

"Oh no. That sounds bad.," Fluttershy implied.

"Maybe I can come up with a spell to redo this. In the mean time, you all keep everypony calm."

"Alright!," everypony except me agreed. I just stood in my agony. I couldn't think straight with everypony worrying and running, scared. I followed the others back outside. I thought that maybe clearing the rain clouds would make everything less worse. The last rain cloud was in sight. I bolted for it, but.. Somthing has gotten a grip on my tail.

"What the-" I angled my head back. "Oh NO!" The gravitational pull, of the black hole, has gotten me! I didn't know what to do, except fly. No matter what I did, I just got closer and closer to the spiral of doom.

"Rainbow! Somepony help her!," Rarity cried. Fluttershy swooped in front of me, a worried expression wiped upon her face. She tugged and tugged on my hooves, but she, as well, was pulled with me. Rarity tried using her magic to pull us, but that failed. Pinkie and Applejack warned Twilight about our demise-to-be. Twilight bursted out of her Treehouse.

"Hold on girls!" Her horn lit a purple aura. Twilight shot a ray into our destroyer. Fluttershy had been dropped from the pull, and from me as well. The magic helped Fluttershy, but did not help in my aid. My whole life had flashed before me. I had been sucked into the spiraling blackness. I just hoped for my friends to be alright. Spike had brought Twilight the 'Universe Guide of Stars' book.

"Here. This says something about a black star.," Spike pointed to a section on one of the pages. Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie, and Spike scanned the paragraph.

Twilight repeated,"The mysterious black hole is created once a large explosion immediatly blows. Only stronge forces can create a black hole. The 'Black Hole' has a gravitational pull, in which it pulls thing towards it. It can only be demolished once it has sucked in a creature of great royalty."

"Great royalty? But Rainbow Dash was sucked into the black hole. I never knew she was 'royalty'.," Pinkie Pie giggled,"Celestia's pretty royal though, hehehe." They stood in awe.

"I'm glad the black hole stopped, but we have more important matters... We've lost our friend..."
