Freedom! That was the first thing to cross my mind when the box opened. I'm free! Thousands of years and I'm free! I let the light rejuvenate my senses for a second. The light is so nice to see. I form my wings of light and shoot upward into the sky; intent on getting closer to the sun. Who ever was the fool that let me out; I'll have to thank him before I end this world. What do you think Rage, shall we destroy them? No answer, nothing at all? Rage, you there? What happened? Wisdom, can you hear me? Where are they? Are they gone? They must be. I'm really free. Free of the box and of the others in my head.

Stopping my upwards flight, I float there and bask in the light of the sun. It feels so good to just enjoy the light. So much energy flowing in it; I can feel the energy flowing through me. I decide to look down at the box, never really got to see the outside. There is a pair of ponies standing next to it. One of them looks familiar. The Alicorn king? Perfect. I can start my global take over by killing him. Oh but how to do it? So many ways to kill the beast. Let's have some fun.

I opened the box, curious as to what was inside. I fear that I made a terrible mistake. Something shot out and is in the sky. It noticed us and now it's flying straight for us. I conjure a large dome of magic to protect me and Twilight. That should stop it. It's getting closer though; not even seeming hesitant. I put more energy into the barrier just to be safe. It is getting closer and closer. I brace myself for the impact this could cause. But not enough it would seem. It hits with such power that the shield is shattered; Twilight and I are sent back to the edge of the ditch the box was in. The dust clears and I see the thing. It is tall, has dark hair, very muscular, and looks very angry. Whatever this is, he is powerful. "Twilight, I will keep this thing busy. Go get the Elements of Harmony."

"Yes princess."

Twilight heads running off to get them. Good. I hope this thing isn't too powerful. It shattered right through my shield. I charge up a counter attack and fire it at him. A direct hit. He didn't even try to move out of the way. I soon see why, he did not even flinch. But his hair looks a little whiter at the tip. Before I can attack again, he moves straight for me faster than I can follow and punches me upwards; out of the hole in the ground. "Ok, that hurt."

I manage to regain my balance mid-flight just in time to try to evade a blast of light shooting at me. It still hits me on the side and causes a bit of pain. Realizing that I might need help, I open a telepathic link with Luna. /Luna, are you there? Can you hear me?\

/Yes, what is it?\

/I am in ponyville and need your help. I am fighting with something very powerful and very fast. I need you to get here as fast as you can.\

/I am on my way!\

The link cuts off and good thing too. I almost didn't see his next attack. He flew up at me with a sword of light in hand trying to slash at me. I still get nicked on the shoulder though. That really hurts. I see out of the corner of my eye that the Elements are here. I fly towards them, hopefully leading the thing with me.

I was terrified. That thing attacked the princess and she couldn't even stop its attack with her magic. She had me gather the others and now we are ready. But the battle between them looks one sided; and not in our favor. Celestia sees us and starts flying our way, the thing following her. "Girls, get ready." The Elements' power activates and we each feel the connection it creates between us. The thing is in range so I fire the beam at it. There is a direct hit and the thing stops its flight. It appears unharmed if a bit dazed. I fire again; pouring all I can into it. This time the thing falls out of the sky. We beat it.

However, before it hit the ground; it stops its fall and shoots upwards faster than even Rainbow Dash could fly. Higher and higher into the sky. It stops at a few hundred feet, I can barely see it. That becomes the least of my concerns when a massive ball of light forms above where this monster is. From the massive ball of light, thousands upon thousands of small bolts of light shoot out at us. Celestia forms another shield of magic around us but the immense power in its attack starts to crack the dome. I use my own power to help hold it together but it only serves to prolong the inevitable.

The shield is practically falling apart at this point. I have poured so much energy into the shield that I can barely stand; Celestia doesn't look much better. Just as suddenly as the thing's attack started, it stopped. I look up to see a black beam of magic that goes right through where the thing was just a moment ago. Celestia and I drop the shield; and I, despite myself, fall to the ground. When I look up, I see Princess Luna fighting the monster from the box.
