Chapter 1 The Past Story
It was ten years ago I was pregnant with her. My poor poor daughter. Rainbow Dash was helping me take care of my animals especially Angel. No pony knew I was pregnant until Rainbow Dash came over that night. At first she thought I was eating too much because my well ex-coltfriend left me. Then she realize I was in more pain then being dumped.
"Fluttershy?" she started and i knew what she was going to ask. "Yes, Rainbow Dash, what is it?" I answered hoping she wasn't going to ask what I thought she was going to ask.
"Are you pregnant?" as she asked that my heart sunk I felt ashamed for not telling her.
"Rainbow, let's not talk about this right now." I tried shrugging it off, but she wouldn't leave the subject alone. Her face went from being worried to completely shocked when she realized I was what she feared I was.
"Oh Celestia, what did I tell you Fluttershy? I told you Storm Cloak was bad news. Where did he go ill go give him a piece of my mind." Rainbow Dash started, as much as I would want to be alone I couldn't handle being alone at this moment.
"It's my fault, Dashie, I was careless and I asked for it. I didn't think this was going to happen." I lied I knew what was going to happened and I didn't do it with my free will, but I don't to get into that story. Dash sighs
"Look, Fluttershy, if you want to keep it then do it, but its not going to be easy. You're too young to raise a foal on your own and you know it. And we both know that hes not coming back to take care of you either." Those words burned into my mind and my heart sunk after it was said. She was right I was too young to raise a foal on my own, and he wasn't going to come back. Oh, Celestia, how did i get my self in this mess. Nine months after Dashie visited she was born.
"Congratulations, Ms. Fluttershy, It's a girl." when she was laid into my hooves the world stop. All I could think about was how beautiful she was.
"She's so beautiful." I said as tears ran down my face.
"So whats her name going to be." The nurse asked looking at me with a smile.
"I... I don't know. I still need to think about that." I said looking at my baby girl in awe. "Well talk your time." The nurse said as she went to leave .
"Wait, Nurse Redheart. I think I came up with a name." I said with the perfect name in mind. Her name matches her purple mane and orange body.
"What will it be , Ms. Fluttershy?" she asked looking ready to hear it.
"I want to name her Scootaloo." she smiled and nodded then walked away. A few days later after I was released from the hospital I took her to the nearest orphanage, that was close to my cottage. "I'm so so sorry my dear Scootaloo." I said as I set her down at the steps. My eyes were full of tears I was so upset. As much as I wanted to keep her I couldn't. Leaving her at the orphanage was the right thing and I knew it. I set her down on the welcome mat, rung the door bell and flew off as fast as I could. It was raining that night. I marked it as the day I made the worst mistake of my life.

Chapter 2 Scootaloo's Tenth Birthday
Chapter 2 Scootaloo's tenth birthday
"Fluttershy!" a small voice said. I snapped back to reality when I heard my name.
"Huh?" I asked after my flashback to the past.
"Are you ok, Fluttershy? You zoned out for like a full minute there." Scootaloo said.
"Yes I'm fine just thinking. What can I do for you girls." I asked the three of them. Applebloom held out a piece a paper with several signatures on it.
"Will you sign our petition to save the Ponyvill Clock Tower. Mayor Mare is wanting to tear it down and build a parking lot there." Applebloom said as Sweetie Belle chimes in.
"It's apart of Ponyvill's history you know." then Scootaloo finished.
"It would sure give us our cutie marks for sure this time." I smiled at the noble thing they were doing I was so proud that Scootaloo would save the clock tower even if it was for the wrong reasons.
"Yeah let me go get my quill." I go and grab my quill pen and signed their petition. "There you go one signature." I gave them the piece of paper back and they said in unison.
"Thanks, Fluttershy!" as they turned to leave I said quietly.
"I'm so so sorry." I guess Scootaloo heard me because she turned around.
"Did you say something, Fluttershy?" she asked. I panicked when she turned around.
"N-nothing I was just sorry of the for the clock tower." I lied.
"Don't worry, Fluttershy, we are on the case." they left and I teared up.
"I'm so proud of you."
I go inside my house and look at the calender. March 9th with the ninth circled.
"Oh my is it really that time already?" Today is Scootaloo's 10 birthday and every year i go out and buy her a well thought-out gift and a small meaningless one. This year I think I'll get her a new scooter since she lost her other one while camping. I then went and bout her a toy of Daring Doo. When I got home I wrapped both gifts I then took the well thought-out gift to Sugar Cube Corner and while everypony was out getting, Scootaloo, I put it inside with out my name of course. The meaningless one has my name on it naturally and I keep it with me when I show up to the party if I have the courage to go. It's stupid by I see as a way of saying.
"I'm sorry for not being there for you. My poor baby." I cry as I say that out loud while Angel tries to comfort me. I wiped my tears and leave going to my house to wait for the party to start.
A couple of hours pass and I watch as Scootaloo enters the room. Everypony in the room shouts
"Happy Birthday, Scootaloo!" She smiles wide for her surprise she had. Sweetie Belle and Applebloom said in unison.
"Open the big one. Open the big one." Scootaloo laughed and said.
"Okay. You guys are more excited then I am." She opens it up and the three fillies looked at the scooter in awe.
"Wow!" exclaimed Applebloom.
"Look at the scooter!" Scootaloo said excitedly.
"Thats so cool." said Sweetie Belle. Pinkie Pie walks up to me and to my surprise she says.
"Its a nice gift, Fluttershy, you should be proud of yourself." I look at her with my jaw dropped. "Don't worry about it." she started as she looked at me with tears in her eyes. "I won't tell any pony."

After the party I started home. How did Pinkie Pie figure out who got the scooter for, Scootaloo? She must have been there instead of being with everypony else to get, Scootaloo. Does that mean she knows my secret? She said she wouldn't tell anyone and I trust her. I just don't know how to handle that. As I'm caught in my little dream land I come back when I run into something. No it wasn't something it was someone. I look up only to see the pony I feared most.
"Hello, Fluttershy." he said with a devilish smile.
"S-Storm Cloak." I said. It was the only thing I could get out of my mouth. He looked different then from ten years ago. He has a scar on his right eye and he looks stronger then he was back then.
"So what brings you to this little cottage?" he asked pointing at the cottage we were standing in front of.
"I-I live here." I said bluntly. I just don't know what to say. His black body and blue mane has always intimidated me. He stomped his hoof on the ground and I jumped back landing on my back.
"Still the coward you always were. That's pathetic, Fluttershy, I figured you would at least learned how to be assertive. No wonder no pony wants you. You're to much of a coward to be loved." he said harshly. My eyes teared up. I'm not pathetic and weak, Rainbow said I was strong for going through with the pregnancy.
"I-I'm sorry, Storm Cloak, I'll try to be braver next time." I said scared that he was going to hurt me again. He laughs and looks at me dead in the eyes.
"Braver? Really, my little Flutter Slut, really?" he said. Flutter Slut, is that all I am a slut?
"Hey, Storm Cloak!" yelled a familiar voice. I turn my head to see who it is and my heart sunk when I saw Rainbow Dash.
"Well well well if it isn't Rainbow Trash." Storm Cloak yelled back. "What brings you hear." Rainbow flies and lands between me and him. She looks like she could attack at any moment. Storm Cloak looked at her and smile. "Oh spare me, Rainbow Dash, you don't intimidate me." he said poking her on the nose. She bit at him and said.
"I don't care if I scare you or not. Fluttershy is my friend and you already hurt her once. This time I'm not giving you the chance". She had so much determination in her voice it was hard to tell if she was scared or not. Storm Cloak turned around and started leaving.
"We'll see about that, Rainbow Trash. Can you save her if her life goes to hell." he said as he flew off.
"Are you alright?" Dashie turned to me checking my body for wounds.
"Dashie, how can you stay so calm and determined against somepony like that?" I asked her with curiosity.
"Because I'm awesome. I'm glad you're okay, Fluttershy." She said giving me a hug. "What did he mean can I save you? Of course I could." she said while still in the embrace.
"I-I don't want to talk about it." I said trying to shrug it off.
"Okay, Fluttershy." she said as she stands up and bulls something out of her back. "Here this is the first year shes doing this, but Scootaloo wrote you a thank you card." Dashie handed me the card and I read it aloud.
"Thank you for always being there to help me till now. I want to show you my appreciation by giving you this Cutie Mark Crusaders clean up house coupon. Just give it to me, Sweetie Belle, or Applebloom and we will clean your house for free. PS. Thank you for the Daring Doo toy, Fluttershy, I really appreciate it." I started to tear up. I'm so proud of her she made this all by herself.
"You're proud of her aren't you, Shy?" Dashie said. "Never thought your daughter can come up with such a nice thank you gift did you?" To be completely honest I wasn't expecting it, but I won't tell, Dashie, that. "I have a couple more thank you notes to send out so I have to go. See ya, Fluttershy." She flew off like a bullet when she left. I went inside my cottage fed my animals and put the thank you card on the shelf above my bed. It was getting late and I was getting tired so I decided to go to bed.
