At some point when you hear the word 'disease' or something related to that, you often picture it with people coughing or normally lying in hospital beds. But boy, how wrong you are.

Those are the symptoms you often see from at least someone in your life, but these are only the noticeable ones and who knows, the hiddens symptoms are moch more deadlier and often kill people. With diseases mutate frequently, you can never know when these symptoms could lead a person to their own death.

And it just so happens, Twilight has been caught by an unkown disease herself. Will this one either be killed off and be good riddance, or this is just a sign of something else much more worse?
