Of Dazzles and Shimmers

"And that's why I'm here in Equestria." Sunset said to the five Pony friends and Spike.

"Seems kinda weird that Twilight would just up an' ignore ya like that."

"That's what I thought too."

"Okay. You want to apologize to Twilight, right?"

"Yes."

"So, then what do you need us for?" asked Rainbow Dash.

"Well..." Sunset lead the five into the library, where three ponies sat, chained to each other by the neck, whispering.

"Are those..." asked Fluttershy timidly.

"The Sirens. I guess they were turned normal after the battle. I need you five to watch them."

"Wait, you're just gonna leave us in the hooves of these five?" asked Adagio.

"Yep."

"What if we need to go to the bathroom? Or if we get hungry?" asked Sonata. Sunset's horn glowed, and three tacos appeared, pleasing the blue mare.

"There. If you guys need to go to the bathroom, just ask one of them." Sunset now faced Twilight's friends. "I'm sorry I had to call on such short notice."

"Its not a problem at all darling. It's our pleasure to help a friend in need."

"Thanks. Now Spike, you said Twilight was staying where?"

"The Crystal Empire. It's just a quick train ride away."

"Great. Then that's where I'll be heading."

"Sunset, just out of curiosity, how many bits do you have on you?" asked Rainbow.

"Gosh, it's been a while since I heard that word." She said under her breath. "None, why?"

"Ah hate to be the one to tell ya this, but you're gonna need bits to get on the train."

"Wait, you have to pay to get on a train? Gosh, I spent so much time as Celestia's student, I forgot normal Ponies had to pay to get things."

"That's okay. I think I got some loose change in my throne. I'll take you to the Crystal Empire. I'm a big deal there, ya know." said Spike.

"That'd be perfect. Now," Sunset said in a serious tone. "You have to watch out for these girls. They were single-handedly able to destroy the unity at CHS in just a day. Don't let them get in your head."

"You gout nothin to worry about Sunset Shimmer. We've dealt with manipulating monsters before. These girls will be a piece o' pie."

"Ease up on the M word over there." Aria said, giving her taco to Sonata.

"We better get going Spike. Again, thanks for all of this." The seven gathered for a group hug, and Sunset and Spike trotted out of the castle, leaving the two groups to stare at each other.

"This is gonna be SO MUCH FUN!" yelled Pinkie.
