I didn't get back to the Bakery until the sun had begun to rise. Pinkie waited for me inside, looking tired. Once she saw me, she brightened up. I still felt ashamed at what had happened yesterday. She got close to me and kissed me. “Guess what! Guess what! Come on guess!” I took a guess that we were having a party. “Yeah! How did you know!? We’re having a party for Princess Celestia today! It’s her birthday! And you’re invited, crazy huh? Like, does she even know you?! Hahaha, I’m only kidding. Everypony knows you by now!” Cheered up by her antics, I began to smile. “So, what did you do yesterday, where were you? You know…” she suddenly dropped the shenanigans and begun to speak in a low, seductive voice. “…I reaaally missed you and you’re…” she clutched my groin to compensate for the word.

I promised her that we could do it later on. “I’m really tired, Pinkie. I was doing…chores…at the Apple family’s barn, then I had to help Fluttershy retrieve something from Zecora.” She smiled and said “Okey dokey lokie! Wait, do you PINKIE promise we can do it later?”

“A Pinkie promise?”

“Yeah! Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!” she said, making motions with her hooves.

“Ok sure. Cross my heart…” I made a crossing motion over where I thought my heart was, “…hope to fly…” I said, sticking my hoof out like a wing. “…stick a cupcake in my eye!” I finished, poking my eye.

Pinkie laughed and said “Ok! Just don’t break it!”

I smiled at her, then went upstairs to get a few hours of shut eye.
