Celestia just wants to show her sister that ponies do enjoy her night, they just don't show it like they should.

Celestia decides she needs to boost her sisters confidence, and it might be nice for the two of them to get out of the castle for just one night out on the town. Using a rather complicated glimmer spell, Celestia and Luna do just that.
