The Nightmare of Darkrai

Luna knew that wasn't really Adean it was the thing that controlled her. Luna was not going to back off from her shadowy reflection that took control of Adean, she had to fight, but not Adean she had to stop Darkrai. "I have to stop him he was doing this all along, and I will not back down!" Luna thought in a rage shooting a powerful attack at Darkrai but missed as Darkrai shank into his shadow form and moved to another place. "Your anger makes you powerful Princess Luna just like it did when you defeated your sister" said Darkrai. "Leave my sister out of this!" Luna scolded. "I my loyal subject is right your anger will make you rule, but it's not enough to stop me now I'm the Princess of the night" Nightmare Adean laughed. Luna shank to her hooves and cried softly and looked up at Nightmare Adean. "Adean don't listion to him he's only using you to get what he wants" Luna sobbed. "He's my master and my subject I must obey and now I must despose you!" Nightmare Adean shouted. She started summoning black storm clouds from over Luna's head and sent powerful lightning right down at Luna. As the lightning came streaming down, Luna started fighting it back with her powerful alicorn magic but it wasn't enough to stop all the lightning from attacking her. Luna did not have much magic left to stop the lightning or Darkrai. The lightning kept on coming as it chased Luna all the way out of the Everfree Forest.

Meanwhile at the Rainbow Kingdom Princess Twilight Sparkle was reading her books till Luna flew up to her window with a book in her mouth. "Well hello Luna, how had it been in Canterlot?" Twilight asked. Luna dropped the book that was in her mouth. "Not now one of your friends is in trouble" said Luna. "Trouble with who?" Twilight asked. "A dark Pokemon named Darkrai turned her into his queen to serve him and keep an eternal night" said Luna. "Darkrai?" Twilight questioned. "Yes just look at this book I found in Adean's library" said Luna. Twilght retrieved the book from Luna and used the magic to flip the pages. "Darkrai, Darkrai, ahh Darkrai, it says that Darkrai only comes out at night and if a pony crosses its path it will put you to sleep and give you nightmares, hmm seems kinda familer" said Twilght Sparkle. "Yes I talked to Darkrai and he mentioned that he was the one that transformed me into Nightmare Moon" said Luna. "And Adean became under Darkrai's control didn't she?" Said Twilight Sparkle. "Then I might have to get my crown and the Element of Harmidy out and defeat that demon to turn Adean back to normal" said Twilight as she lit up her horn and took her old element of magic crown out of her box of elements which also had the element of Loylty, kindness, honesty, generosity, and laughter. "Are your five friends coming with us to stop Darkrai?" Luna asked. "No their off doing other important things so I think this is my chance for the two of us to face Darkrai on our own. Said Twilght Sparkle.

Back at the old ruins of the royal pony sisters on top of the balcony of the ruins Nightmare Adean was waiting for nightfall to make an eternal night for her subject Darkrai.
