CHAPTER EIGHTEEN: The Royal Wedding Pt. 3

Luce watched the faker as she put on her wedding gown, and looked into the mirror. She began to sing.

“This is going to be... lovely...” Luce growled with delight. He opened up another portal to see Dorchester, Lance, Twilight, and Cadance all running.

“Run all you can, it will make no difference.” Luce hissed.

(Note: Luce and the fake sing together. Instead of I, Luce says you.)

This day is going to be perfect

Of course, Luce wanted to have his fun with the real Cadance.

Luce roared with laughter as he watched the actual Cadance and her friends try to get out.

“Nice singing.” The faker said.

Luce chuckled sheepishly. “Thank you, you did pretty well yourself.”

CRASH

“WAIT WHAT?!” Luce roared.

“NIGHTMARE!” Luce bellowed.

“Yes my lord?” Nightmare said.

“They've made it to the wedding! DESTROY THE SHIELD! CUT IT OUT! PULL THE PLUG! I will not lose this time!!”

“Y-yes my lord!” Nightmare said. He had never seen Luce Danneggiato this angry before.

“Attention all Changlings! Destroy the shield! Luce demands it!”

The massive horde of Changling's hissed with laughter and began to destroy the shield.

Dorchester's POV...

We had made it out! Now all we did was have to stop the wedding!

“Wait! I have an idea!” I said.

“What?” Cadance asked.

“When Celestia asks if anyone is to object, run in and yell I object!”

Cadance looked at my weird. “Really? This isn't the right time.”

“If anypony has any reason to speak, do now or forever hold your peace.”

Cadance groaned and ran in.

“I DO!” She yelled.

“WHAT?!” The other Cadance roared.

Me, Lance, and Twilight walked in.

“That Cadance is a fake! She's been using Shining Armor this entire time!”

The faker sighed. “Oh well... you've caught me red hoofed. But does that mean you can still stop me?”

A massive green beam engulfed the faker. Her form changed into a rotting, dark gray, pony with torn bug like wings. Her horn was crooked and she had holes on her hooves.

Cadance gasped. “Queen Chrysalis! Queen of The Changlings!”

“Finally figured it out, did you my dear? Oh well, I guess it's time to have some more fun. As queen of the Changlings, it is my duty to feed my spawns. Never before have I encountered a world like Equestria, so filled with love! So much to feast on!”

“You... you monster!” I yelled.

“I knew you would get yourself involved...” Chrysalis hissed.

SMASH!

“Ha ha... the shield has been broken... my spawns now reek havoc upon your town.”

“No!” Princess Celestia said. “I won't let you!”

Princess Celestia fired her sun beam, but Queen Chrysalis countered with her own beam. The two beams collided.

“This is like a Godzilla battle!” I said.

Everyone gasped as Celestia's beam was over powered. Her crown flew off her head, and landed on the floor on it's side.

“Ha ha! Shining Armor's love makes me even more powerful than Celestia!”

“Not for long! You haven't seen my power!” I said.

Twilight ran over to Celestia with the rest of The Mane Six.

“Find... The Elements of Harmony...” Celestia said.

“I'll hold her off! Lance, go with them!”

“Thanks, D.” Lance said.

I nodded at him.

Queen Chrysalis hissed with laughter.

“Oh... we're going to have so much fun!”

I blasted forward, uppercutting Chrysalis in the jaw knocking her back.

She smirked. “You naughty, naughty stallion!”

She vanished and re-appeared behind me. Bucking me in the back and sending me flying towards the wall. I grabbed her with my wing tentacles when as I flew towards the wall, and threw her in front of me. I jumped up, hitting her wings and landed on the floor.

“I'm not done just yet!” She blasted a big green beam at me, but a light blue body had thrown itself in front of me and landed on the ground.

“SILVERMOON!!” I gasped. I ran up to her, her back was sizzling.

“I'm fine... just...” Silvermoon groaned.

“...finish her off!”

I nodded and blasted a bolt of water at her.

“You are a pest! Bugs don't stand a chance when they're wings are wet!”

The summoned water drenched her wings, rendering them useless.

“Fine...” She hissed.

Queen Chrysalis vanished again, and re-appeared behind me. I grabbed her again, but she vanished and I smashed into the wall.

I felt my back being pounded by her. My hooves sparked as I turned around, slamming my hoof into her face. She flew to my side into the wall.

“Had enough!?”

“Not in the slightest!” She pointed her horn at Silvermoon, and began to charge a spell. I felt myself being trapped in some sort of green slime.

Silvermoon got up, spread her wings and shot up into the ceiling.

“Drat!” Chrysalis spat.

She turned to face me.

“Oh well, I'll guess I'll have to finish you off here.”

Queen Chrysalis suddenly turned. I saw The Mane Six and Lance being dragged in by a large group of Changlings.

“FINISH THEM OFF! DESTROY THEM ALL! WHEN YOU DO YOUR REWARD WILL BE BIGGER THEN ALL YOU'VE EVER HOPED FOR!” I heard Luce's voice boom.

“Shining Armor! No!” Princess Cadance yelled out. She run up to Shining Armor, his eyes all... weird.

I struggled until my body heat melted the green slime.

“HE'S ESCAPED! DESTROY HIM!” Luce's voice roared.

Queen Chrysalis fired several bolts of green flame. I spread my wings, and fired a massive bolt of fire, lightning twisting around the flames.

Our powers collided. There was a sudden boom which sent both of us flying back.

“DO NOT LET HIM LIVE!”

“Shut up Luce! I get it!”

She blasted bolt after bolt of green magic at me.

I felt myself weaken.

But something snapped.

“No... I have not come this far... TO DIE NOW!”

A massive wave of darkness spread out. Sending Queen Chrysalis flying back with her Changlings.

She landed on the floor with a thud. I looked to see Shining Armor and Princess Cadance glowing with a massive purple light shining above there heads. Their bodies rose into the air, a blinding light engulfed the room and sent Queen Chrysalis and her Changlings flying into the horizon.

“AAAAHHHH!!!” Queen Chrysalis yelled.

Queen Chrysalis flew back, and vanished.

“I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THESE FAILURES!” Luce's voice bellowed after a few seconds silence, making the entire room shake.

“I HAVE ABSORBED ENOUGH POWER THANKS TO QUEEN CHRYSALIS, TO RISE MUCH EARLIER! BUT I SEE NOW I WILL NEED THAT POWER TO BECOME EVEN STRONGER! ENJOY THIS WEDDING DAY! FOR IT WILL BE YOUR LAST!”

I had to cover my ears to stop them from bleeding, but it made no difference. My head was pounding by the time Luce was done bellowing himself hoarse.

When his voice was gone, everyone was silent.

“Forget him.” I said, breaking the silence.

Everyone looked at me.

“Lets have a wedding. For real this time.” I said.

Shining Armor looked around, and back at Cadance. He smiled and the two began to talk.

Meanwhile I trotted over to Silvermoon who was still laying on the ground.

I changed back into my normal form. “You okay?” I asked her.

“Yeah, it's just a minor burn. I'll be fine.” She said.

I kissed her on the lips. “That's good. Now come on, we've got a wedding to celebrate.”

Silvermoon nodded as I wrapped my wings around her.

I had forgotten all about Luce Danneggiato...

Our troubles...

Our fear...

All that mattered...
